We paid approx $500 for an FC Barcelona game and were guaranteed seats together via email. Instead, FootballTicketNet booked seats with consecutive numbers but in different sections. This was confirmed by two staff members at the stadium when they forced my girlfriend to move. When we complained to FootballTicketNet, their customer service rep (Max) stated that we were mistaken instead of taking accountability and refunding us. Shameful. Avoid booking with this company.

You don't know the size of my discontent, the responsibility of your company is enormous, you're not just dealing with football games, you're dealing with dreams... I have no words to describe how heartbroken I am! Giving a refund is very easy, you were not the ones who were waiting for a game of this level and two hours before receiving such news due to your lack of professionalism and organization (supplier couldn't make it)... I hope you bear all my costs, no only the ticket but the bus tickets, covid test and the hotel too! Or i will even when i'm still alive in justice with you guys... one of the worst experiences of my life as a customer and i hope i never have to go through that again.
I'm waiting for your contact so we can resolve the refund, I think it's better for good and not bad. I don't trust you anymore.

We purchased Euro 2020 Final tickets and the whole experience of using this website to buy the tickets was outstanding. We were kept up to date as to what was happening with our tickets, what we needed to do to receive the electronic tickets, when they would arrive, and all queries and questions we had were answered with no issues by the fantastic customer service team. Great experience for such a big game, have used this website before and will definitely be using it again. Thank you once again.

Footballticketnet delivered my tickets the morning of the game. A lady called me the night before, very professional and willing to get me in contact with my supplier. The supplier met me at a location an hour before the time prescribed, which gave us more time to enjoy Sevilla before the match. I would definitely use this site for future matches.

The game I have purchased tickets to was cancelled and the football club is refunding the customers but this site keeps denying my refund claim with no explanation or reasoning but only saying how unfortunate this situation is. We've seen experienced multiple weird issues with them before - like not willing to ship us the tickets or only being able to ship it 24 hours before the game.
They are untrustworthy, dodgy, their website has no way of seeing my purchase or any information about my profile and the customer service is terrible. DO NOT PAY THEM!

They LIED. Demand your money back, it's your damn money! Why do these criminals get to keep it? As for the Credit Option? It's a well known scam because they know a big percentage of the poor suckers, like myself, ruined by covid will not be financially able to fly to the UK for years. Fight these nasty a-holes! CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY YOU USED TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS AND EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW YOU WHERE SCAMMED. A REFUND IS POSSIBLE!

We have 10 years old boy, who living for football. Last year I got sick for cancer and this year I decided that after chemo, operation... Our family deserved to go on UEFA league champions Juventus - Lyon.
I bought 5 tickets. And now - because Corona the match was canceled, and this seller refuses a refund. I am very disappointed and sad, because this is not a little money for our family, and unfortunately i don't know how I will be next year...

Refusing to give money back. Match Tottenham x Arsenal will be on empty stadium due to the Corona virus, company is unwilling to send money back. Offered voucher for the money spent, after refusal offered 110% value voucher. They present themselves as secondary market ticket reseller so I believe they actually haven`t bought the tickets at first, so there is no reason not to return money. SCAM! My beautifully thoughtful birthday present turned into nightmare and wasted money and a lot of time.

I've had purchased my ticket with them ( Liverpool VS Crystal Palace) before this coronavirus situation and when it became complicated, I asked them to refund my money because of this virus as I'll not be able to attend the match, they refused and for over 3 months was trying to get my money back with no luck and every email with a different excuse.
Now, they offer me a voucher of 110% who wants to deal and buy a ticket with them again?
I'll not stop until I get my money back.

Unfortunately I've had the worst experience ever trying to refund my ticket for Liverpool Vs Crystal Palace match. I was planning my trip to England that obviously was canceled due to Covid19 situation, but they refused to refund my ticket and offered me a voucher instead even thought I will not be able to travel to England anymore not before a year or two.

Untrustworthy, horrible handling and refused to give money back. Bought tickets for high profile El Clasico in Madrid, which were very expensive. I ordered and paid for 3 seats together in a good category. Received three tickets alright (a few hours before the match) but they were in a much lower category than I ordered and paid for, high up under the roof. Would have been at least 130 cheaper per ticket. I called and complained, but I was told that it would later be refunded according to their Terms&Cond. After that, I was offered a voucher to use for future use on their website. I said no thanks, I want my refund back as I was promised. Later they said I would not get anything. At lastly, I have been offered 30 discount, even though I can calculate that the tickets I got was 390 cheaper in total. Absolutely not trustworthy and horrible customer service. I expect to receive the tickets that I paid for. When I then receive cheaper tickets, I understand that the more expensive were not available, but then at least give me the difference in pricing back... but no... they keep the price difference, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only reason I give two starts (could just as well have been 1), is that I at least got some tickets. Could have risked that I would not have gotten any, and still paid...

My colleagues from a hospital bought me a voucher for 195 pounds at footballticketnet.com.
Unfortunately, they were not able to provide me tickets for a whole one year, and at the end they told me that they will refund me. Sadly, they have not returned me anything for 2 months, and now they even stopped communicating with me.

What a nice present from my friends, which turned out to be a nightmare.

I should have taken notice of the reviews but didn't and got burnt. You will spend so much more than you can afford, they won't issue tickets and insist on delivering the to your address a couple of days before the game. Our game was 'postponed' and then we wanted our money back as we are travelling from Australia. They wouldn't refund and told us to chose another game where the tickets were even more expensive. We didn't want to do that so about 3 months later after numerous emails we finally got some of money back. Now we can't afford to buy them legitimately. They are con artists.

Never order, but never order tickets from this organization. We had bought two tickets for Chelsea-Liverpool for 514 pounds (around 585 euro) and the places were so terribly bad. We sat in the back against the wall of the Matthew Harding stand on the short side. We looked at a concrete roof and could only see one half of the field. What had to be a beautiful day became a big disappointment. So people never buy tickets with footballticketnet! Overpriced and terrible places!

Wij hadden twee kaarten gekocht voor Chelsea-Liverpool voor 514 pound (ongeveer 585 euro) en de plaasten waren zo verschrikkelijk slecht. We zaten achterin tegen de muur van het vak op de korte zijde. We keken tegen een betonnendak en konden maar één helft van het veld zien. Wat een mooie dag moest worden werd een grote teleurstelling. Dus mensen koop nooit kaarten via footballticketnet! Te duur en verschrikkelijke plaatsen!
