Paid for tickets on 20th June 2022 for game on 10th September 2022 while in the UK on holiday. Game postponed due to Queen's death. Football Ticketnet refuse to refund tickets even though I have since returned to Australia and will not be returning to the UK. No tickets issued to date. Paid an exorbitant amount for two tickets and not able to use I live in Australia and will not be able to attend reschedule match. Football Ticketnet refuse any refunds and simply direct you to the no refunds policy. Totally unfair as game was postponed due to extraordinary event.

I ordered ticket for the away fans section, Crystal Palace v Arsenal. They sent me home fans "hospitality" tickets, claiming they were more expensive and won't refund me since it's an "upgrade".

I was only interested in the away fans section. I had to cancel my whole trip, as the price for away seats had gone way up on other sites since I first ordered.

They ruined my summer vacation, and didn't even try to help. Please stay away! I have ordered on other websites before without fail, and this is the first real scam site I have come across.

You told me i don`t have any evidence but you say that you were in contact with the stadium? And the stadium told you the tickets were valid?

So they have your tickets?! So they can tell you why they have your tickets right? Otherwise i should have these tickets? And i had got send you the tickets already? But i don`t because the stadium took my tickets and told me the tickets are not valid. And i tried at the right door to get into, but i couldn`t because the machine saw that the tickets are not valid.

And now you will tell me i get no refund but we paid 488 Pounds plus 1500CHF for flight and hotel so combined over 2000.-?

What kind of company are you really if you treat your clients like that? We will investigate till the end.

Send me these confirmations from the club otherwise please talk to our lawyers.

Ordered tickets for the Championship Playoff Final and requested to be sat at the Forest end. Their site has a very misleading description for tickets - specifically when you're buying Pairs (£400), because the site says: "Best Available Pairs: Any Available Tickets in Pairs" BUT what you're ACTUALLY paying a premium for is a SINGLE ticket and the privilege of being promised to be seated together IF you purchase another Best Available Pair ticket. So that's two tickets for £800 plus the extortionate booking fee (£42 that day). Reading other reviews here, it appears that even sitting together doesn't always happen.

When I eventually got allocated my tickets, to my immense shock and disappointment, they allocated me the cheapest possible tickets (£18 each) at the Huddersfield end (despite more expensive tickets being available. They were also VERY far away from the ground.

So, what I paid (£400 per ticket) was DOUBLE the going rate for Huddersfield end tickets at other ticket resellers.

It might not have been as bad if I had gotten Category 1 Huddersfield end tickets so being allocated Category 5 showed me they were more interested in making as much money as possible from desperate fans.

My advice - choose another reseller if you can't get tickets through the official channels.

Football Ticket Net simply ISN'T worth the (massive) price premium.

These B****** Stalled until the day of the match to make me loose 700€ ticketss -----> in the beginning they said tickets will be sent electronically,, then will be sent by maill and finally in the day of the match they say i must go to some location to pick them up

SCAM manipulating terms of no refund

Terrible experience for the Copa del Rey Final 2022, I arrived to the collection point and had to wait more than an hour and the person does not even identified I had to question her and then she said that she had nothing to to with football ticket net that she was helping them get out of the big problem they were because they oversold tickets, she gave me the ticket 10 minutes before the event started and she was offering money to all that were waiting to buy their tickets as it was possible to sell the ticket more expensive on the streets, I got late, terrible seat, will never use football ticket net again. I called the emergency number given and they said all was managed by the person at the collection point and they were unable to do anything. Luckily I spoke Spanish, otherwise I would've been lost.

I reserved a month ago three tickets for the Chelsea-West Ham match. I paid hundreds of Euros for this in advance. They promised along the month that I should not worry and that the tickets are going to be delivered 100% guaranteed. Even just today I went into a "chat" with their so-called "agent" who assured me that I will get my tickets. But just now, three days before the match and after I finalized my travel plans for this from overseas, they sent an email that they cannot provide the tickets. This is a ripoff. The alteratives they offered are also absurd:
1. Tickets to the Liverpool-Everto game. Are you joking? I am visiting London for gods sake.
2. Use of the money I paid for a match in the next two years. But I am from overseas and I am unable to visit again for a particular match.
The least they must provide is a full refund.

In the meantime - do not buy tickets form them - your money is at risk with this company.

They are thiefs I booked 2 tickets for a game on sunday Order n. ******* and booked a whole trip to london to see chelsea vs west ham and they just sent me an email saying they can not sell us the tickets and they told us we could have a voucher? For that to happen again? HELL NO! I saw all the very very bad reviews but saw good ones and still decided to trust them and proove people wrong but they're SCAMMERS! I guess all the good reviews are fake reviews! They just made us lost ouf money and our dream to go and see chelsea fc play.

I ordered my tickets through the website 2 weeks before the event. The day before the event I had to contact the company to see where my tickets were. Soon after I shortly received an email advising the tickets need to be picked up from a guy who would meet me at a Cafe in Liverpool. This made me worry that I had been scammed. So I started researching the company and came across all these NEGATIVE reviews. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS as it resulted in a very sleepless night for me. I was also worried that the 11 year old and 14 year old would not be sitting with me so I texted the contact direct who confirmed via what's app that the tickets were all seated together. I had no worries about him using what's app as I have an international number.
The day of the game came, we went to the meeting place and was met by someone else who gave us our tickets on iPhone devices. He explained I needed to leave a £50 deposit or photo ID and return them at the end of the night. By this time I figured if it was a scam I now had 3 new iPhones instead! We got to the game, tickets worked and seats were fantastic and well worth the money I paid for them. I had two very happy boys.
I will say we were lucky but I think any web site you use could be a scam but this one wasn't and we had a very enjoyable experience!

If you haven't done business with this company, I'm begging you not to. This is an organization of professional scammers. The lady named Maya is a master strategist on this. She is a thief. They'd say anything to get away with the loot and disappear later. They'll take your money and and deactivate your online profile in their website. When they realized that I filed a claim through my bank and the money was on hold, Maya texted me on WhatsApp (not a regular call) asking me to cancel the claim, knowing that if I did I'll be screwed, and the bank will never reconsider that claim or issue a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION OF SCAMMERS

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, I bought my Real Madrid Vs PSG back in December 16, I got a confirmation for paying 725 euros per ticket, total 2 tickets paid for them in $, then 3 days before the game I got an email stating that my tickets have been cancelled, keeping in mind that I had already bought non-refundable flight and hotels tickets ( I live in the US) I tried reaching to them by phone, it's not set up and it was out of service, no way to reach them by chat, it kept on saying email only, I emailed them 3 times, till now I didn't receive a reply, and to top it off, they refunded the tickets 2 days after the game 90$ less, do not buy anything from them, they are insanely unreliable.

Ordered and payed for 5 premium silver shortside Liverpool fans only at carabaocup final. They confirmed that I would Get tickets as ordered. GOT 2 liverpooltickets and 3 shortside chelseafans only. Contacted servicesenter where they immediately starter buying time. Never head from them again. Freaud.

We ordered 4 tickets from them for a game of Chelsea-United a month ago
They called us a few days before the game and told us that they had a glitch on they website and that they needed to cancel our tickets.
They also said it was written in their policy that they could cancel tickets whenever they wanted

Spent $1300 USD on tickets to Chelsea game. Called 3 days before hand and they said watch your email for the e-tickets. They sent an email the next day at 1 am asking if we were going to the game? (why would they ask this-we spent money on tickets- yes we are going!) Then they issued a refund at 10 am because we did not respond immediately! I called and we couldn't get our tickets back. We spent over $3000 in plane tickets from the US and hotel only to be scammed by this site. They held our money for over a month and a half and then didn't give us our tickets. Customer service was also worthless.

I will never use football ticket pad ever again. I used this website to buy tickets for the Manchester United vs Manchester City game on the 6th of November. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. When I would go on the chat with ‘Michael' he would not respond to any of my questions and one time messaged me and told me to stop wasting his time. It is clear that they need to be trained in customer service skills as it was honestly appalling. I was told I would get the tickets a week before hand, then 5 days beforehand but only managed to get it the DAY before the match because of my pestering using the chat function. If I had not pestered them I would not have received my tickets as they clearly forgot. I wasn't emailed an update once and the tickets were sent using WhatsApp. The tickets were a screenshot and I honestly thought it wouldn't work. Although I am grateful that I got into the match, I am really disappointed by the way I was spoken to especially as I have never bought match tickets before.

We bought Manu/Newcastle tickets for Dec 26. We live in Canada and when the date changed for the match, we could no longer attend, we have to fly home. Instead of doing the right thing and re selling our tickets (which they could and make more money) they offered us 50% of our money back. That is criminal... DO NOT use them... The guy on the phone actually suggested that we change our flights...
