Bought 2 premier league soccer tickets on Oct 7 for an Oct 8 match. Never received order confirm or tickets. Provided 2 email addresses. After several long holds, online chats, and customer service discussion with at least 5 different reps - issue never resolved. Disputing charge now. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable firm NOT FootballTicketNet
