FNP cheated payment made first and asked pay again saying that it was declined and would get credited to my paytm wallet. They asked me to make second payment with discount and that was taken for my order. However they have cheated the first payment and not responding to my calls and emails in spite of sharing proof of payment from my wallet. They also delivered some simple cake totally different than what was ordered based on image in their app. Don't use FernsNPetal as you will have a bad experience and cheated.

The delivery executive did not deliver my order, and when I called to tell him it's not here, he yelled at me, and told me to "go call customer service, and leave him the hell alone". What kind of behaviour is this? He's delivered it to some security named Prince, after he called to ask for directions and I told him the house address and stayed on line, guiding him through the roads of Bangalore. This is my second time writing abt fnp really guys it's totally pathetic service do not use this service.if you believe after lots of negative feedback and on their Portal they remove all negative they just allow positive review anyway.
Instead returing my money the guy from fnp head office Mohammed giving me chocolate cake after spoiling everything and talking like customer are in his pocket. What'll i do with that cake I'll celebrate to spoil everything and I'll say thanks. Fnp couldn't understand the meaning of this business it's not a f&b business that's after mistake you can provide any alternatives to say sorry.it was not just a piece of cake it was for make someone day more special. You should understand the meaning of wishes/gift/surprise and and before delivery just think you can spoil someone name, reputation and lots

And the customer service is Very disaster.the guys was so rude theye even can't understand what's the problem.
And worst thing after spoiling all celebration no body even contact and lastly i just wanna to say as a sender they spoil my surprise to someone and my name too and my receiver whom i sent my surprise through fnp was feeling too bad and unhappy upset in his/her day due to fnp. And after all that mess fnp even doing nothing on my concern.so bad.and nobody has contacted me so far even they made full mess instead special. Nobody has courtesy to reply back.

During check out I was given an option to add chocolates to the package and I took the option and paid for it. However, the chocolates were never delivered. When I placed a complaint, they said that they will look into it and later I found that they just closed the query without resolving it. Very disappointed with the service. The company seems very unreliable.

I won't suggest anyone to buy from fnp as i was planning to get flower delivery for my parents.the payment was successful. Recvd mail and msg from my bank even transaction id... shared all of that with fnp team... they are saying payment not done... after multiple mails even with all tranzaction details they are just sending one mail again and again with a link to pay them again... wat the hell... nd while calling at their customer centre... they are ignoring calls... promised 7-8 tomes to call bl but no call received... when i refuse to wait and asked to hand phone to any senion... they just placed mh call on hold for arnd 20 minute... i had to disconnect... pathetic site... worthless people... they should be ashamed... they are getting order in this corona time but they are doing fraudulent things with customer... disgusting company
