This is my second time writing abt fnp really guys it's totally pathetic service do not use this service.if you believe after lots of negative feedback and on their Portal they remove all negative they just allow positive review anyway.
Instead returing my money the guy from fnp head office Mohammed giving me chocolate cake after spoiling everything and talking like customer are in his pocket. What'll i do with that cake I'll celebrate to spoil everything and I'll say thanks. Fnp couldn't understand the meaning of this business it's not a f&b business that's after mistake you can provide any alternatives to say sorry.it was not just a piece of cake it was for make someone day more special. You should understand the meaning of wishes/gift/surprise and and before delivery just think you can spoil someone name, reputation and lots
Most of the time the people not delivering your cake or flowers that's their feelings so you guys have to understand what's meaning of thats words.

First you guys need to learn how to talk with clients and customer. Talking like customer always wrong they are right. They are the boss.its enough now

And the customer service is Very disaster.the guys was so rude theye even can't understand what's the problem.
And worst thing after spoiling all celebration no body even contact and lastly i just wanna to say as a sender they spoil my surprise to someone and my name too and my receiver whom i sent my surprise through fnp was feeling too bad and unhappy upset in his/her day due to fnp. And after all that mess fnp even doing nothing on my concern.so bad.and nobody has contacted me so far even they made full mess instead special. Nobody has courtesy to reply back.

Ordered a cake after confirmation with winni team. But got fooled they delivered totally wrong product and that was surprised for someone on his birthday after complaint they just telling that is right product like we never seen that and arguing. First they fooled to customer and and later arguing.
Product was ferorro rochor chocolate cake but they just delivered only chocolate cake.
They destroy celebration and later once you complaint need to listen like fooled bcs once you paid they doesn't care anymore.
