Recently I have requested for "Guitarist on Video Call 10-15 Mins", and heard there were multiple attempts made but no calls were made. Raised a ticket too and got to know that number is non contactable and money is non refundable.
I have placed orders a couple of times from FNP and have been very happy. This time when I ordered I was actually not expecting but the cake was exactly as mentioned and the taste was simply amazing. In fact we had to postpone having the cake by a day but no regrets and it was still very soft tasty

Very bad experience. I had ordered a cake https://m.fnp.com/gift/mixed-dates-walnuts-dry-cake#/product-page which was supposed to contain plenty dates and walnuts but we ended up getting a sponge cake with hardly 6 pieces of cashews and dates. Not at all happy with the order. They charged me for a greeting that was not delivered. They printed my greeting message on a piece of used paper and charged me for it. They did not include the complete names on the message either. Very bad first experience. Wouldn't recommend. See attached what we got vs what we thought we bought from their website. Also the greeting!

I gave an order for balloons for home decoration under price 12k on thursday morning. I told them the work to complete by same day 8 in night. 3/4th of the payment was already done as per their policy and They came for decoration just half an hour before 8 pm. Such a nonsense, fraud, cheater, unreliable company. I will never ever recommend it to anyone. They were pain in head. TOTALLY.
Also as I post my review for this company, an automated reply from FNP generated showing a sorry note so guys be attentive! Just read only my review and don't go by that autogenerated review. I am just making you all aware about this fraud.

The cake I ordered for one sister in Dubai and another sister in Kochi was delivered on time and the cake was awesome. During the Pandemic it wouldn't have happened for me sitting in Abudhabi to send my love across in a piece of cake which I value a lot for the ease Ferns and Petals handled everything.
