Pathetic Service by FNP. I ordered the cake one day before the delivery date(at 3:04 PM, to be precise). No one bothered to check on that day if the order can be delivered or not on that day. The next day, someone called me that at around 8:40 AM, that the order is delayed and will be delivered by 8:00 PM. I said ok and then later asked them to make it by 5:00 PM at least. Then at 11:30, someone again called me and said that your chosen cake is not available and it cannot be delivered today and we can deliver it tomorrow. Are you kidding me?
FNP charges more than double the amount for everything listed on the site for this kind of shoddy and unreliable service. I spent so much time choosing a cake and then at the end, you simply say that it cannot be done and leaving me in the lurch at the last moment. Is this what FNP known for? And, the best part is that if something goes wrong, they will simply refund the money at the last moment leaving you with no other option. Seriously, I never expected this kind of pathetic service and these are the reasons we need companies like Amazon who excel in customer service at very competitive prices.

I ordered the so-called "Magic Of Love Floral Arrangement" from Fnp " for INR 1249. They didn't have the flowers as how it was displayed in the image. Customer care contacted and politely asked me if they can go with while flowers since the red/pink were not in stock. This was the only time customer care of FNP was polite. I agreed. The bokeh came with broken flowers. I took an image and raised the complaint. The response was it was delivered in good condition and they closed the ticket. These guys are cheaters and don't buy any product of theirs. Stay away from FNP

Product quantity is good, bit this company depends on other vendors for delivery and delivery company never make delivery on time even if you go with priority delivery option (you pay extra). In my case the FnP delivery team was in Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar. When raised complaint to FnP, it said delivery team called but noone responded which was not true.

Very bad. Not ever try this again. They dont deliver on time, they dont refund your money also. They will just keep irritating you. The motive is to take money thats it. They dont care about customer experience, quality & their services.
Delivery services are ridiculous. Customer service is horrible. Dont try this and spoil ur special day. Instead call n request your local vendors.

I ordered three plants from fnp as a gift.
All three plants were dirty and covered with dust all over them.
One of the plants were dead.
When contacted customer service, they advised that the receiver should clean the plants for dust, remove dead leaves and continue watering them. They'll be healthy again.

Such a waste of time, money and they'll definitely ruin your special day. I ordered from FNP online from australia. I ordered 5 products. Among those, 1 was not delivered whereas they say it is delivered. 1 was delivered with a completely different product and it looked so cheap. Probably would've costed them 50rs but charged 750rs. 1 is due to delivery tomorrow and it shows a on hold. When asked about the status they're saying it is out of stock. F*****g hell. Never order from these $#*!heads.

Me n my wife are working 400 km away. The year 2020 we couldn't celebrate because of lockdown. 2021 i ordered from this site. These guys professionalism shows they mean business. My Bf tried to send me Valentine's Day gift via FnP, and it is a HUGE MISTAKE, according to the tracking details, it has been delivered to me at around 12:33 pm Ph time, but they never did and I haven't even received a single text message or even a missed call if ever they have really tried delivering the gift/s to me. And upon complaining they said they ‘will look into it', until when are we going wait to hear from them?! They ruined Valentine's Day for us.
