Pathetic Service by FNP. I ordered the cake one day before the delivery date(at 3:04 PM, to be precise). No one bothered to check on that day if the order can be delivered or not on that day. The next day, someone called me that at around 8:40 AM, that the order is delayed and will be delivered by 8:00 PM. I said ok and then later asked them to make it by 5:00 PM at least. Then at 11:30, someone again called me and said that your chosen cake is not available and it cannot be delivered today and we can deliver it tomorrow. Are you kidding me?

FNP charges more than double the amount for everything listed on the site for this kind of shoddy and unreliable service. I spent so much time choosing a cake and then at the end, you simply say that it cannot be done and leaving me in the lurch at the last moment. Is this what FNP known for? And, the best part is that if something goes wrong, they will simply refund the money at the last moment leaving you with no other option. Seriously, I never expected this kind of pathetic service and these are the reasons we need companies like Amazon who excel in customer service at very competitive prices.

FNP provides excellent products, excellent service and timely delivery. Highly recommended for floral deliveries.

I ordered the so-called "Magic Of Love Floral Arrangement" from Fnp " for INR 1249. They didn't have the flowers as how it was displayed in the image. Customer care contacted and politely asked me if they can go with while flowers since the red/pink were not in stock. This was the only time customer care of FNP was polite. I agreed. The bokeh came with broken flowers. I took an image and raised the complaint. The response was it was delivered in good condition and they closed the ticket. These guys are cheaters and don't buy any product of theirs. Stay away from FNP

Product quantity is good, bit this company depends on other vendors for delivery and delivery company never make delivery on time even if you go with priority delivery option (you pay extra). In my case the FnP delivery team was in Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar. When raised complaint to FnP, it said delivery team called but noone responded which was not true.

As this was my first experience for ordering the cake n flowers from online. But it was really superb nd they are best service providers as they delivered the order as per the time fram chosen by me. Thanxx ferns n petals

Very bad. Not ever try this again. They dont deliver on time, they dont refund your money also. They will just keep irritating you. The motive is to take money thats it. They dont care about customer experience, quality & their services.
Delivery services are ridiculous. Customer service is horrible. Dont try this and spoil ur special day. Instead call n request your local vendors.

Order number #*******. I know you dont provide any resolution. Both recepients are home. Even my security guard is at the gate. Their phones are working. I didnt received any call or mail alerts this is worst communication of yours. Even address is valid. You delivered same cake on jan 8th for the same address. I dont know but on feb 10th, this address became undeliverable. I dont know how. Do you think my house disappeared on feb10th?

I ordered three plants from fnp as a gift.
All three plants were dirty and covered with dust all over them.
One of the plants were dead.
When contacted customer service, they advised that the receiver should clean the plants for dust, remove dead leaves and continue watering them. They'll be healthy again.

Such a waste of time, money and they'll definitely ruin your special day. I ordered from FNP online from australia. I ordered 5 products. Among those, 1 was not delivered whereas they say it is delivered. 1 was delivered with a completely different product and it looked so cheap. Probably would've costed them 50rs but charged 750rs. 1 is due to delivery tomorrow and it shows a on hold. When asked about the status they're saying it is out of stock. F*****g hell. Never order from these $#*!heads.

Me n my wife are working 400 km away. The year 2020 we couldn't celebrate because of lockdown. 2021 i ordered from this site. These guys professionalism shows they mean business. My gifts were delivered in time as promised. Packaging was great. No complaints from my side at all. Best of luck FnP team. Your efforts are helping people stay together emotionally if not physically. God bless you guys.

I got an Valentine day gift for my wife. Supposed to be delivered on feb 14,2021 but not. I spoke with the customer service on Facebook they informed me it will be deliver next day. Next I check with them the status they gave me the tracking number. Which indicates it will be delivered feb 17. Now tell me everyone why do we do online order on special day for our love one. Why do we have to choose fnp.

Be careful of the order on fnp, the promptness and service level they show to get your order incase you are not able to close a purchase is diagonaly opposite when it comes to attending your complaint

Yesterday there was no response to queries on a order
Despite extra delivery charge taken it was not delivered in the chosen slot
No come back or refund given

The product did not match the catalog

Receiver n sender disappointed on a spl occasion

Further 1 order escaped ordering almost missed to see delivery charge greater than cost of product that too in town delivery

Moving to other more friendly sites

My Bf tried to send me Valentine's Day gift via FnP, and it is a HUGE MISTAKE, according to the tracking details, it has been delivered to me at around 12:33 pm Ph time, but they never did and I haven't even received a single text message or even a missed call if ever they have really tried delivering the gift/s to me. And upon complaining they said they ‘will look into it', until when are we going wait to hear from them?! They ruined Valentine's Day for us. UNRELIABLE, unworthy of our trust and FRAUDULENT as they declared i have already received it. They shouldn't advertise something they can't really deliver and lie about it. Absolute rip off, and yes! I am infuriated
