Don't ever order via FNP. I had ordered a gift for valentines day which got delivered after that. On asking they tell it is couriers responsibility. Worst company. Spoils your day
I ordered a cake for my wife and I didn't write any messages on top of the cake. But in the and some damn ducker decided to write his own message like happy valentines ''babe'' in which I never/ever called my wife that name and I ordered as well a flower together with the cake but the flowers didn't arrive and they charge me extra 49qr for the flowers delivery and another 49qr for the cake. I especially message them in whatsup if the cake and the flowers will be delivered in the same time and they answer that it will arrive together. So for anyone wanting to order in this shop. Please be cautious

My order number is *******. I ordered a cake for my Son's Birthday on 8th feb. What I experienced was the Most incompetent service by Fnp.The delivery wasn't done and falsely claimed that the cake is delivered, though it was nowhere in sight. The delivery person's false excuses over a phone mislead us about the reaching time and made us wait for one extra hour beyond the time due to which we were stuck and couldn't leave for my prior appointment, still there was no sight of him. Despite telling him several times that we have to go out side so we chose the slot accordingly, he didn't deliver my order on time and beforehand at the customer care when we wanted to cancel it, they outright denied to do so. Now very conveniently they have washed off their hands, didn't refund the money and are not giving heeds to any of my query. The lack of professionalism, incompetent staff at customer care all this is a proof that these people are just sitting to fool around the customers either by hiring useless delivery people or most inefficient customer service staff.

I have placed an order to Germany. Suppose to get delivery on Feb 5th 2021. Till Evening there is no movement in the Track order. I have raised a query within a few mins there is change in Tracking status and received an email that "We attempted for delivery and Address was wrong" (I was wondering how all of sudden change in the status of delivery)
And additional information "within 2 hrs if you update an address, will place the delivery today".
I was checking with my friend, He said he hasn't received any call from delivery person.
Again I have recheck the address and I have added an ADDITIONAL contact no and updated. I called up the customer service and update in call too and they have acknowledged. They mentioned "We updated to the VENDOR". I was keep on reaching the customer service and mailed them finally they said "wait for 48 hours". Then I come to know they won't be delivering the product on the given day.
Past 2 days I was trying to get an update from FNP, Each time they giving the same story "We value to customer".
Today Feb 8th 2021, morning received an email "we are really sorry that redelivery and refund in this case will not be possible. Hope you can understand our constraints." and closed my ticket!
I don't know how come they closing the ticket without customer knowledge. Don't have a courtesy to call the customer and update the status. Past 3 days eaten customer's valuable time and finally looted hard earned money.
I trying to reach the customer care, immediate the executive asking me to waiting for another 24-48 hours for the update (He don't have patience to listen the whole story). Asked him to transfer the call to his manager "Reply was: It's not possible". Asked him raise a ticket and arrange a call "He put my call on hold for 15 mins… no reply"

It is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and the worst services rendered. Flowers were wilted, old and the arrangement definitely not worth the money paid.
On contacting customer service, no one bothers to do any service recovery. A total waste of time and money.
Please refrain from being misguided through the fancy pictures that one gets to see in their website. Reality is exactly opposite
