Customer service quality is degrading day by day!
I have had 3 really bad experiences with FNP in the last 6 months, and no resolution:-
1. I had gifted a relative plants with a pooja box. When the relative received it, the pooja box was open, and the 'tika', 'rice' etc had all fallen on the plant and completely ruined it. When I contacted FNP, they said they are not responsible for it since their delivery is outsourced, and no resolution was received except a 20% discount offer if I purchased more from them!
2. They had promised a specific day delivery for my brother's birthday flowers in Toronto, and charged Rs. 1,000 extra for it! The flowers reached 3 days late! I was neither able to track the order, nor got any assistance from FNP at all in the process!
3. The latest incident occurred 3 days ago, wherein I sent my mom a hibiscus plant to Hyderabad. The plant did not have a single flower (This was a gift, so u do expect the plant to have atleast one flower!), and was eaten by pests! After sharing the images with FNP Customercare, exchange of 2 mails and 1 phone call, the resolution offered was - Water your plants!
FNP's after sales service / customer grievance cell is a joke! I still havent received any redressal from them after these 3 blunders! Max that they do is ask you to buy more from them and give a petty 20% off on it.
There is no regard for the gifting experience or customer sensitivity.
No one's available to answer your questions and my order was placed 3 days ago to be able to get it delivered on time and paid additional money to guarantee the delivery date! Flowers still haven't been delivered! It hasn't even been processed yet!

Pathetic service. I ordered one photo cushion 2 days before the delivery date and they kept it on hold until the delivery date was over and the worse part they didn't even informed. I had to literally chase after them to track my order. Upon asking for refund they are not even replying.

FernsnPetals provided excellent service in terms of their overall service... from Order placement (two bouquets this time; had previously ordered a bouquet together with a cake) at their App to payment, Customer Service (our email enquiry was promptly answered), and finally, Delivery of the Order as per instructions given. The recipient was delighted and sent photos as proof.
This may be only the second time we have ordered from them but, despite the time gap of a year, we found they have not lowered their standards/quality in any way.
Bottom line? Still good value for money!

I had booked cake for my daughter's birthday 2 days earlier and they committed for delivery at 6 pm on birthday date. I had organized accordingly, everything was ready but all of us were waiting for the cake. After lot of conversations with customer support, they finally delivered at 8.30 PM. It was embarrassing to keep waiting for the cake. Better to avoid ordering cake from here. Cake quality was ok/ not that bad.

Delivery timeslot promised as 8am to 2 pm. Cake not delivered till 7pm. We relied on them. That was the biggest mistake. All guests waiting, cant even purchase another one since we have already ordered in FNP. 0% recommendation. Customer care always responses - "Delivery Partners are unreachable". Function got spoilt. When I ordered for bouquet it reached the place very late even after paying extra charges for the preferred time slot and no information why it was late. And on top of it I am yet to get my refund as my transaction got failed (but my money went) it's been more than four months and even after so many complaints I am yet to receive my money back. Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!

Answer: I can't say if they are fraud or not, but their service is terrible. Only 2/4 of my orders were delivered. Their customer service is non-existent. Just ignore the emails and mark it as spam. Don't order with them. Avoid!
