Alert! On June 30th, I placed an order for the flower delivery. They later reported that the residence was locked, however, it was a fake statement. After a day, they changed the status of the delivery, which was once again fake. I've had to spend hours on the phone with someone from the United States, and a few emails have gone unanswered. Is it a shame business?

Its necessary to give one star, otherwise this company does not deserve even a single star. They booked my order after checking pin code 5 days before date of delivery of cake. On the same day of delivery when I asked about delivery, they said that this is out of our service area. They charged 700 for cake. Which I don't know whether they will refund or not, they are not picking my phone. Bad experience.

I had placed 2 orders from this website as of date from which one order was not delivered on time and the second order was delivered with bad quality of dried flowers and broken glass. Both the orders were for loved ones and thanks to Ferns and Petals they ruined my surprise for them. Even their complain system is bad. They close the complaints without taking any validation say sorry and state customer satisfaction is a priority to them but their actions do not say so. Each time every order has costed me a good amount but their service is so poor even after paying a certain sum. Sad that I had to give them a star, if rating was not mandatory they deserve no stars for their service! Do not waste your money! They say they regret the inconvenience caused but ask for proof because they think our job is to fool others like them.

The gift quality, customer service and the website is very user friendly and one can deliver gifts even within a day's time!
On June 24th I placed a "Full of Hearts Shadow Box" order as a birthday gift to my niece with a delivery date June 26th(birthday date) from ferns and petals(Order#: *******). Without contacting me through email or phone call they changed the delivery date to June 25th.
I received a damaged item/product (electric adapter with wires disconnected) on June 25th evening, As ferns and petals were unable to deliver the birthday gift on time(The birthday is on June 26th), the next day morning(June 26th) itself I reached the customer care by sending an email with the damaged part photos and calling customer care help center to refund the money for the damaged item (Note: At this time ferns and petals didn't initiate replacement for the damaged part). The agents over the phone call also confirmed they initiated the refund process. But on June 27th evening Instead of a refund, I got an email notification regarding sending a replacement for the damaged product. On Monday, June 28th morning, as my niece's birthday(The birthday is on June 26th) is over I follow up with customer care by sending an email and also calling customer care agents to have a refund. Even customer care agents confirmed we initiated the refund process. But on Monday, June 28th evening instead of a refund, my ticket closed saying unable to refund. I called customer agents to discuss why you are not refunding, I literally waited over the phone call for more than 1 hour but no one showed to discuss the issue.
Is this my mistake placing an order from "ferns and petals"?. It is a 100% "ferns and petals" mistake to send a damaged item. For this damaged item Customer need to face consequences by paying the money from his pocket. You literally playing a game with customer emotions.
Your customer care agents especially "Charanjit Kalra" don't have any idea/knowledge including country code before calling abroad contact number.
Till now I contacted Ferns and Petals three times via email and 5 times over the phone, but still, my issue didn't resolve. I am totally frustrated and disappointed with customer service.

This is my 3rd bad experience with Ferns n Petals. Ruined the whole occasion. Not delivered even after 2 days. I placed the order from USA and gave them my phone number. Neither me or the Recepient receive any call. They have 2 phone numbers and an email I'd, and they still didn't contact me! I tried calling, but no response. When I raised a query they emailed me saying that they can't reach me and the ticket is closed. I emailed them back but didn't get any response. Doesn't look like they want to resolve the issue. I am seriously worried about getting my money refunded. They have no accountability, no commitment, no conscience (really, how else do u explain not trying to either deliver or refund).
My Sister in India also faced the same issue. My Brother in Law used 1800giftportal, and his cakes and flowers were delivered at the same address on the same day. Let me also tell you that I use online gifting a lot ( I love IGP), and I've only had issues with Ferns n Petals. I had to use them this time because they said they delivered in the pin code I needed it to be delivered. Why commit to something when you can not fulfill it. NEVER AGAIN with Ferns and Petals!
Update: They did refund my money after I called them, and Cancelled my Order.
I am a customer of FNP for more than a year. But this is really made me more upset. I ordered a personalized pillow and the package done is very worst. Even the cellotape is not properly pasted. Please consider in the upcoming packages. Thank you!

I have called them 4-5 times in this time period and they always said please have patience... now no gift to give to anyone...

The company claims to deliver gifts in India and 60 other countries. One would like to use their services for sending gifts to their friends/relatives or loved ones and of course this certainly will have a lots of emotions. Actually, they play with the emotions of people when they take the money and don't deliver. It happened with me very recently when I bought a birthday cake to be delivered in Kanpur. Before placing the order, I checked the site and it confirmed the delivery to the pin code. On the day of delivery, the delivery guy called and said to come and collect the cake as he can not deliver. The real struggle started after that when I tried to contact their customer service. I tried both by phone and by chat. Horrible experience with chat. Finally, someone could spoke to me and said we will certainly help you out but within 5 minutes I got a message that my order is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. Shameless guys, they even did not give me full refund, instead they deducted the convenience charge. Guys, with my experience, please please don't ever use this site for any gifts delivery because it does not only hurt you financially, mentally but most importantly emotionally because when someone think of sending any gift to anyone, it is not only the gift but the emotions. They really hurt me. Extremely disappointed with Ferns N Petals...

Order ID #******* Not delivered. The company writes blatantly incorrect status like attempted delivery and no one at home during COVID-19 Lockdown. When ticket raised online. They promptly reply to the ticket that we have dispatched the goods so the ticket closed. They do not take responsibility for orders delivered or not. They close your ticket if they replied to your email. Beware of pathetic customer service and stay away from this company if you can.

I had checked the official website for an arrangement and called my local FNP store to check if they had the cardboard box available (they confirmed they had it), so I went to take a look at it and they stated that the price quoted on the website cannot be matched to the one in store? Apparently, a cardboard box alone is worth Rs. 800, at this store. The manager literally said "It can't be made in that budget. You can order it online" in the most insulting and dismissive manner. They are clearly overcharging their customers.
How pathetically managed by the FNP brand. You have a case of fraudulence right under your nose. If one store is refusing to match the website prices, I'm fairly confident that stores all over the country are doing it too.
I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. I left the store before I could insult him because trust me, there was a lot I wanted to say. Nonetheless, I will be switching to a local florist henceforth. FNP just lost a customer for life and I'm sure they will lose more with their attitude.

Four days ago, I ordered a cake to be delivered to my father on Father's Day and received a confirmation for my order along with the assurance that it would be delivered on time. My parents waited all day for the delivery only to be told that it will now be arriving tomorrow instead. For a company that promotes its ability to celebrate special occasions with friends and family, they do not seem to appreciate that the whole point of a special occasion gift is for it to actually arrive on the day of the special occasion. Also, not only did my parents spend hours waiting on a delivery two days in a row, when the cake did arrive it wasn't even the cake I had ordered (I ordered a mango cake and they received a blueberry cheesecake — See pics below).

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
