They do not deliver complete order, and response team is not big of a help either. I still haven't received my order and it's been a week when it was supposed to be same day delivery. And they haven't refunded me. Very poor service.

I ordered a pineapple cake worth 900 rs believeing their reputation and brand but on the opposite side when I got the cake it was far away as the dispaly image on app and the taste was pathetic firstly I waited for whole day for receiving the cake and then spent rest of the day in requesting to return the cake and get refund but they did nothing. Their service was horrible I will never ever forget. It seems they have given franchise to the local shops which are selling anything on their name. This is disguesting they are doing fraud with innocent people. Shame on you fnp.

I had ordered something for a kid as a get well soon gift on 7th June, 2021. Ever since then I have just been following up with Ferns & petals team. They took my order for more than INR 2300/- and there is no sign of delivery or my raised queries. All I am doing is raising a query daily & FNP team keeps closing the tickets without a single call to me. The kid might be much better now and my gift and the sentiments might mean nothing because of the pathetic service by FNP. There has been absolutely no follow up & pathetic customer service, to add on - No delivery or even traces of delivery after 5 days of this fraud by FNP. ATLEAST REFUND THE MONEY YOU FRAUDSTERS. I will figure out a way to gift the kid something better in my own way which will be better in quality for sure.

I ordered on 5th June, order was placed successfully, expected deliver should be 11th June.
I was waiting for the delivery to be sent on 11th June, however, when I saw the status it says the order held and I raised 2 tickets to confirm the expected delivery date and it was reflected as 16th June which is useless. Due to so many follow-ups, we got the expected date on 11th June. I don't know what the employees in this company will do, as per my knowledge they are chilling and they don't understand our emotional feelings here and this company should know about the emotional feelings. We trusted this website and fooled us. I strongly say don't go to this website for orders and they will play with our emotional feels. This is my request to everyone!

Never buy any product from FnP. They are fraud and deliver you broken products and when you ask for replacement they don't deliver it. I have been chasing them for almost 15 days now but no luck. They have really bad customer service. They are spoiler for any event any occasion. I would never recommend. Zero/minus rating for FnP.

They sent my parents the wrong cake on mother's day and refused to acknowledge their mistake despite inmediate and repeated emails. When they finally admitted that they had sent the wrong item after many emails and photos, all they said was that it won't happen again - did not return my money or send the correct item! They will disappoint you at the very last moment. I placed an order and as they ask for a preferred delivery date I did so, I got a message from them around 1 week before the preferred delivery date that "Your ORDERNO for PERSON NAME will be delivered as per your chosen date by COURIER PARTNER". I called them in afternoon my chosen date and they said "Dont worry your order will be delivered". By evening they said we don't deliver order at given address. Just ruined everything for me. I ordered around 10 days before the preferred date because it was important to me but they left me in such a helpless situation. I am writing this review not as a revenge but because I don't want someone else to feel that way.

Recently I have ordered 4 plants in multicolored self watering pots (ref no: *******). During booking and payment, the delivery date is mentioned as 3rd June (for gifting occasion). But they have delivered on 5th June, gave their apology saying their delivery partner delayed. This is highly unprofessional. Secondly, the package was worst and pathetic for a live plants, out of 4 plants, two plants is almost half dead condition. I' m not sure, it will survive or not. The quality of soil used in the pot is very poor (it is full clay). For indoor plants, they should use loose soil with cocopit & vermicompost as a mixture. Over all the whole experience with FNP is highly disheartened.
