2) Sent a wrong message card to my mother in law on her birthday which craeted issues

Had wanted to send flowers to my 80+ aged parents on their anniversary- due to lockdown was unable to physically meet. Had organized to reach the product 2 days before to be on the safer side Ferns n petals missed the delivery, did not even inform status and later on calling said it will take another 3 days beyond their Anniversary date. A biz like this with no regard to timeline plus no proactive communication should close down instead of building their fortunes.

I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered on 26 May to my mother in India. Order number *******.
They told me they attempted to deliver but that my mother refused the delivery and requested another date. My mother received no calls or messages, nor did they attend her home.
I asked them to check the number they were calling and the number they had given the deliver team was wrong! How could they have spoken to her?
I gave them correct numbers again and asked them to redeliver. They said they would. They did nothing. I have so far called them 18 times in 5 days. Spent more than 10 hours on hold, spoken to several of their representatives. Still no response. I asked for a refund. No response.
Officially the worst customer service I have ever experienced bar none. I will never purchase from this company again. I would recommend you find another supplier if you want your items to actually be delivered.

Then it started showing on hold and when i called customer care i got hell lot of sorry as resolution. If you wana to ruin your party go ahead and order. I had ordered a combo of cake, card and flowers with paying exta for express delivery between 8 am to 12 pm in the morning. First of all didn't receive the cake till 12pm and then tried to complain to customer care, which I had to wait for nearly 10 mins to talk to customer care executive. After that she is telling that cake will be delivered by 3 pm. so the money which I have paid for express delivery is totally wasted. Finally after a long wait my cake is delivered by 2 pm in a completely distorted manner. Whole cake was melted.( I have attached pic). Our day is totally spoilt.If anyone is planning to order from ferns and petals, my advise is don't waste your hard earned money and spoil your day. Ferns and petals are cheating their customers with their brand.

I ordered for a bouquet to be delivered for a colleagues birthday. Order was placed 2 days before. Whole day has gone and the bouquet is still not delivered. If you are ordering please keep in mind it will not be delivered in the morning as you expect them to but delivered just before 9 pm in the night, when the receiver is winding up for the day.

Although i was very disappointed initially as the product I ordered wasn't delivered nor i could get a refund as the customer service was very poor but after writing my review they contacted me very promptly and have initiated the process for refund.

I always make it a point to keep all the flowers that my husband gives me. Mind you; the roses were not that dry yet since it was just days long. Upon opening to dry them, I saw some caterpillars (10+) in every rose. There was even a big one! We raised our concern to them through email, but it was just useless. Never order from them because if you have concerning issues, they will never address them properly.

I wanted to surprise my wife on our wedding anniversary. I had never done this before since my wife was always with me here in Canada.
Unfortunately this year she is stuck in India since there is a flight ban from India to Canada.
I was not sure if I will be able to send some kind of gift to my wife who is in Lucknow these days.
A friend of mine recommended me to check ferns and petals.
I looked at the website and there were lots of options to choose from for different occasions.
I chose 1 kilo of cake and a flower bouquet for my wife to be sent on May 26th 2021.
Both the things were sent to the home address in the promised time window and the products were exactly the same as mentioned / displayed on the website.
I was notified about all the movements and delivery was done in a very professional manner.

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!

Answer: I can't say if they are fraud or not, but their service is terrible. Only 2/4 of my orders were delivered. Their customer service is non-existent. Just ignore the emails and mark it as spam. Don't order with them. Avoid!
