I m so happy that one night before they took my order and. Delivered cake on time... Cake was super fresh and delicious. I would recommend this site to my friends and family members.
So I placed two orders for different location. One got cancelled due to CoVid restrictions which was totally acceptable. The second order was still being shown in progress at 8 in night, when I called up to inquire about it, the customer support executive then informs me the order cannot be delivered due to technical issues. No remorse, overall the day was wasted and plans went for toss.

Customer care wale to call hi nhi uthate bs paisa lene ne Aage Aage payment ho jata hai. Jo faltu sa cake Aya wo tak fresh nhi tha cake Rasgulla Sara utha k fekna para. Total payment 1727 rs ka kiya jo ki pura waste jo product Aya uska kimat
Cake 150rs + rasgulla 15 piece * 6rs =90
Yani 150+90=240 rs se jada ka saman nhi tha jitna inhone fraud krke liya... Mereko paise return Kriye bs. Humlog itna paisa achi service pane ke liye Dete hai sir na ki waste krne ke liye. I want my money back.

Hi,
I placed an order on fnp app and spoke to two different customer representatives and explained them the customisation that was required. They confirmed it with the vendor partner about the same but still ended up delivering wrong product.
Besides, I was really embarrassed to see that delivered product image too as it had nothing but just a piece of stale flowers.
Considering it was for my relative's wedding anniversary, I was so embarrassed that I had to literally send them another gift to overcome from this incident.
FNP sucks! Moreover, your vendor partners are absolute disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to book a product from fnp.

Worst service... They never deliver on time. And they are fraud. And the customer care does not pick p your call. Customer care is very rude
I ordered a cake to be delivered to my friend's place for the birthday 3 days prior and it was not delivered on the D-day. When i called the customer care a day later after the birthday, they said it can't be delivered even today.
We will try for tomorrow or day after tomorrow
So basically four days after the birthday

Horrible horrible service. Really upset. Parents ordered really expensive birthday cake in India for delivery in Berlin, couldn't leave the house on my birthday or the day before, or the days after as I was waiting for delivery. It was ordered over a week in advance but neither are they delivering it or cancelling the order for refund. Extremely annoyed by this behaviour. Once in a while they reply or answer with "Sorry for the inconvenience, will deliver it before XXX time" but never happens. Had never faced this issue with the Ferns and Petals India. Will never use their service again.

Update: The comments as expected are name sake and still replying to mails with the standard "looking into it".
Funnily enough, they are claiming wrong address while we have citizenship documents proof with the address. Besides if that was the issue, they had multiple phone numbers to call so we could come out of the building to guide them.
Upon all this, they have the audacity to mail parents back in India at odd timings like midnight that it is a perishable item and can only be delivered if you reply to this mail within 2 hours. Really unbelievable, the heights they will go to just to avoid giving you a refund for ruining your birthday.

I had booked a cake delivery for a colleague and left special instructions that the same should be delivered before 3.30pm. I called 4 times and they kept confirming the instructions have been passed. They got late without intimation by 90 min, my order was undelivered and now they refuse to refund too.
