Since we are in a Lockdown phase I decided to try ferns and petals for the delivery of a cake. This is the first time I tried them. And I must say I was very very impressed. Cake was absolutely tasty. Well made and beyond my expectations. Will continue to use F&P more often

FIRST EXPERIENCE, BUT BEST EXPERIENCE. WILL SURE RECOMMEND FURTHER. I DID NOT HAVE TO KEEP CHECKING ON DELIEVRY STATUS AS IT WAS AVAILABLE EVERY FEW HOURS ON MSGS. CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL & PATIENT: HAPPY CUSTOMER ME. DO TRY THIS EVERYONE.

I placed an order for the Mother's Day, they delivered a partial order and the plant arrived was damaged too. Opened a ticket for a refund on the item that was not delivered but no response from the customer service. Disappointed and will not place any order in future from this website

Warning do not buy form this company they are tricksters, and cheating customers out of cash.

I purchased the "Glamorous White Flowers" large bouquet with vase as a Anniversary gift for my partner at a cost of $189.00. This should have contained 43 stems plus fillers including 20 premium stems such as roses. Including a free personalized greeting card.

What arrived was not what was ordered. I received just 20 stems, including only 9 roses not 15, the roses were wilted and brown, the carnations were brown also. The rest of the flowers were blue which had been sprayed with paint not natural. There were no fillers. Upon closer inspection the flowers had been cut to 10cm and the stalks were slimy and brown.

Only 4 stems were in the vase the rest had been pushed in to oasis which had a rotted flower smell.

The presentation was terrible and did not match the theme, picture or description.

Even though I had written a personalized card via their website, no card was included. Instead they included a pink piece of paper folded over which had a slanted edge as if it had been cut off. Very poor quality.

After contacting them to complain, and ask for a refund. I received an email stating that they would offer me 10% off my next order. I have since emailed them back and received no response, my emails are now bouncing back which means they blocked me I assume.

They miss-sold the product, miss-represented their quantity, quality, service and delivered a bunch of half rotted flowers.

Do not use this company, they clearly have no integrity and are cheating customers out of money.

I ordered a cake and some flowers for my mum on mother's day but they deliver It on wrong day and differ Product. After complaining they didn't response me properly and i asked them to change it but they just closed my ticket. It wasn't worth to pay a lot for this worst $#*!ty product and experience. Even if you try calling them or email them again and again they won't reply. This is worst site ever. Never ever order anything from them if you don't want to spoil your occasion because they will just take your money and doesn't care about anything else. This is a total scam. Don't trust this website ever.

It was my second experience with ferns and petals and as usual their services were upto the mark. I am very happy. Cake was very fresh and taste wise it was awesome.

Ferns and petals promised to deliver a complimentary gift of bunch of red roses and chocolates along with an apology letter to be delivered on 24.05.2021.

But, they didnt deliver the same and closed my complaint itself on 21.05.2021.

They have consequently failed to deliver on their promises and service delivery.

Ordered cake of mother's day. It did not reach same day. And I am not accepting cake for next day but I didnt get any refund.

I have been ordering from their site for many years now. I have used the site to send flowers and gifts to my parents and friends in India.
This Mother's Day they impressed me much more than usual. Given the pandemic and the lockdown in India, my mom received both the items on the delivery day. Thanks to them my mom had a smile on her face!

Don't order from FNP, they are a cheat. They modify your order with something cheap $#*! without even notifying you and then say you haven't notified before 24 hours. How could someone giving a surprise gift will do so? Bull$#*! people. Scammers. Don't waste your money here. Better go somewhere else or use Amazon.

No support at all. I mistakenly ordered same item twice in my cart, repeatedly contacted them just after 5 mins of order but response always ended with " We cannot modify an order". I was charged with unnecessary cost which could have been resolved by any customer service representative with good support,

Doesn't feel like recommending it to anyone

I am really happy with the purchase of indoor plants for my house and the packing of the product also was good.

I ordered a gift to be delivered in Chennai from US, as a gratitude to a gentleman who helped my parents at the time of most need (pandemic). I got to know the gift was damaged on delivery and I reached out to FNP. I was asked to provide proof of damage. First of all its embarrassing to give a damaged gift (especially one is not family and friends) and even more embarrassing to ask proof from someone you gift that it was damaged. Terrible experience. Please do not trust FNP to deliver gifts to anyone.

Customer service won't communicate with me or write back and my bouquet is 3 days late. They put a "hold" on my order, whatever that means. But I had to find that out myself on my account screen. Not even an email alert. They market their service in such a way that these flowers (extremely perishable, time sensitive gifts) can be there at a specified time. FnP, "you had ONE JOB to do". I could find that bouquet locally for 1/5 of the price but that doesn't do anything for my girl working around the world. You failed us

Excellent quality... very happy with the services. Moreover, in this situation they were able to provide order on proper time and with best quality. Thankyou FNP
