Don't fall for their slogan 'On time evertime'!
Charged 'Next Day' fee but not delivered on stated date. 5 orders placed 3/05/21, only 1 delivered on time on 6/05/21 as promised.
Have to wait 25 minutes to get through to call centre.
Sent complaint, told they can only get resolve matter in 24-48 hrs.
Mean time I missed Mothers Day gifts to mother.
NEVER EVER use this outfit again.

5 orders placed, 1 arrived on time, 3 arrived a day late and 1 still NOT delivered.
The 3 food hampers delivered have products missing and all other products substituted with mainly cheap products, not even close to what was promised on the web site.
This is downright fraudulent.
Never ever going to order any toys or anything else from FNP except the cakes. The cakes are good no doubt in this got delivered on time as well. But the toys OMG, I ordered toys for my nephew for the first time from FNP and I am regretting it till now. You name a defect, I have experienced it all in one single delivery. I ordered 3 toys. The first one got delivered but is not working, the second one, has not even delivered yet but according to the system my family has received it only God knows where that product is and the lucky third one is delivered (thankfully) but is completely different to what the image shows and I selected from. Horrible, horrible and horrible experience. Have been calling to FNP from last two weeks every agent namely, Akhilesh, Renu, Mandeep etc. apologizing and telling me the same thing again and again "we have arranged a call back from our international team and they will contact you" Ghanta! I haven't received a single call back or even an email from FNP. Never gonna order again never ever. I had it all. I am tired of emailing and calling and I am tired of Complaining.

Using fern n petals for more than couple of years - a very trust worthy business. The product will always be fresh and delivered on time. It's a great value for money.
I had ordered a cake with gift card.
Gift card was suppppperrrr horiible pathetic it was a piece of paper which print in old printer, name written with a sketchpen. Terrible experience never gonna order them again. Nor gonna recommend any1.

Overall terrible. My son sent me flowers and cake for my birthday.
1. They took money for delivery at a particular time slot, did not meet it. Many calls later, they agreed on another time, missed that too. Finally it arrived after 3 days. They did not even return or credit the extra money they took for a specific time delivery.
2. The flowers were mostly dead on arrival, and the buds never bloomed.
3. The cake was average at best.
Overall, will not use them or recommend them.

Ferns and petals the worst service ever. Doesnt deliver on time, very expensive and more over they dont deliver that's shown in their site,(cake). Which doesnt look like one actually.The delivered cake looked like a mud pack. I have uploaded the one they promised to send and what I actually got. Dont ever waste your money with these people.

I had placed an order for my friends birthday paid extra for same day delivery the pin code got accepted on their website but the parcel was not delivered when i enquired i got email saying they tried reaching out and my phone was unavailable (not true) asked for another day to deliver and yet again dint make it happen Stating they do not deliver to location mentioned... 5 then why take the order? When i asked for refund they said will be initiated in5-7 working days horrible service and customer care numbers no one answers
