I had checked the official website for an arrangement and called my local FNP store to check if they had the cardboard box available (they confirmed they had it), so I went to take a look at it and they stated that the price quoted on the website cannot be matched to the one in store? Apparently, a cardboard box alone is worth Rs. 800, at this store. The manager literally said "It can't be made in that budget. You can order it online" in the most insulting and dismissive manner. They are clearly overcharging their customers.
How pathetically managed by the FNP brand. You have a case of fraudulence right under your nose. If one store is refusing to match the website prices, I'm fairly confident that stores all over the country are doing it too.
I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. I left the store before I could insult him because trust me, there was a lot I wanted to say. Nonetheless, I will be switching to a local florist henceforth. FNP just lost a customer for life and I'm sure they will lose more with their attitude.
