Was so happy found F&P online as they can deliver in Qatar to surprise my sister, unfortunately when my sister receive the flower and cake i got so disappointed they deliver totally different from what i ordered and looks so cheap. No one even contact me and let me know till i msg them. Not recommended at all.

Yesterday on the occasion of my mother's birthday(she lives in a different city0, I decided to send a cake through Ferns n petals. But since I planned just late in the afternoon I was not sure if I will be able to select my desired cake and whether the cake will reach in time! But to my pleasant surprise not only I got to book the cake I planned to gift but also the cake was delivered even before scheduled time and was perfect in all respects just as shown on the website. Earlier also on two occasions I have good experience of gifting cakes to my relatives in different cities. Horrible service. They have zero sense of responsibility.
I have ordered a cake for a birthday occasion which was supposed to be delivered by 8 am to 2 pm the same day. They don't even have the courtesy to atleast inform early that they will not be able to deliver that. A lady called me at 6:30 pm the birthday night and said that they will not be able to deliver the cake today. And the nonsense act was that she was asking me to postpone the delivery to tomorrow as if the birthday can be shifted. Now they are not even refunding the money.

Absolutely substandard bouquet for the price that I was charged. The roses are tiny, almost buds. My local florist does a better job in half that price. FNP, you guys got to do some justice for the price that you charge... dissatisfied is an understatement.
