I have ordered a cake on 17-07-18, but I got a wrong product. And I complaint regarding the same to the delivered boy, and to the customer service too. From customer care I got a call and then a mail. In the mail they offered a "Cadbury Celebration box" along with an apology note. So I contact them directly on yesterday (18-07-18) to confirm whether its a fake or not., and they offered me that its not fake and Cadbury Celebration box" will be arrived on the same day. But i didnt get any box or apology note. Its fine if you not ready to deliver but don't make promises to anybody...
Again and again you people proved that your service is totally waste and fake one

The Jade Terrarium received today was not at all decent. It was a gift to my grand father on his 86th birthday thinking about prosperity and purity. However the image showed round flask whilst what was received was horrible shape. The image shows at least 8 stems while what we received was hardly three stems. Hen asked to the delivery boy he said water the plant and it will grow. I always go for this site for the delivery to show my love as i stay away from home. I am very well disappointed and will not recommend again.

The web site showed that the product is available but after placing the order a day before the representative called to say it is not available. The order was supposed to be delivered between 8:0 am and 12:00 noon but it was delivered in the night at 09:00 pm.

The product quality was good, but the way they deliver i didnt liked it because basically this website is used to surprise a person on his/her special occasion. During delivery they are directly saying that mam ur cake is ready for delivery like that. What i would suggest is instead of that they can say, u have a surprise or something like dat so the person to whom we are sending would be exicted to see what is that and the sender details should be said only at the delivery not at the call itself. Would definitely order with FnP again coz they are extremely professional. Ordered flowers and cake for delivering in Goa and they were really good quality. The cake I believe tasted awesome as per the receivers and the flowers were fresh unlike some sites which show more than they deliver.

I have ordered a birthday cake for my brother while I was in overseas and requested to send to his house at certain time. Time frame was given from 11am to 12 noon.
But arrive at 1pm.
Moreover, Instead of writing the wishing words and name on the cake, they wrote Eid Mubarak
The sentences on the card is printed improper way and unaligned.
When I complaint about it, they took ages to find the solution. They said they will bring the new one, but actually they meant to change the wording written on the cake (sugar icing only not the whole new cake). I dont know how are they going to change it in front of everybody? How awakward moment that would be? Such a shame! So unprofessional! Theres no proper way and no empathetic way for the customer to do service recovery. I had to gave up and took the shame on myself.
I hope anyone of you wont have similar or same case ever! I have lost my trust and faith in them.

I have ordered saree which is supposed to be delivered on 21st June for the anniversary occasion. Whereas Fernsandpetals have not delivered on time and the same has been delivered on 23rd June that too happened after raising a complaint and continuous followup.

What was received looked nothing like the picture shown! Strings replaced the ribbons and the entire arrangement looked like a cluster! I was forgiven cos the recipient was none other than my hubby.
