It's a worst experience. I ordered from UK for India. I told them the delivery time at afternoon, they served it early morning. No update after delivery. Once I told them the matter they simply overlooked. I not even order again in my life nor I suggest to enybody else. India is an unprofessional country.

I ordered an Eggless cake and a lucky bamboo to Mysore. The bamboo got delivered a day before which ruined the surprise. The bad part was, they updated the order online and sent me an Email saying they delivered at 11:30PM which got me worried if they disturbed my parents at that time! However, my parents liked the gift and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars.
The cake on the other hand never got delivered. I had even selected a particular time (8AM to 12PM).
When I contacted the help center (At 6PM!) all they said was "Gagan: I am coordinating with the delivery person directly. (2 minutes later) I am sorry I am not able to coordinate with them right now. I am raising the complaint regarding the non delivery of the product."
How could they not be able to get in touch with their own delivery people?
Will never use Ferns and Petals again. Really expected better.

Flower arrangement we received was completely different from what was shown on fnp website ( pictures attached). I am highly disappointed and feeling cheated. I went for an expensive option on their website. I f I knew I will receive a plain flower bouquet then I would have ordered something cheaper or had ordered from some other website. The cake reached the door of my loved one after placing the order just few hours beforehand. Keep up the good work!
I have ordered from ferns n petal before, the service was satisfactory. But this time around,
1. Flowers and cake not delivered on date and time, message stating recipient wasnt at home when they were very much at home.
2. Quality of flowers and cake is below standards for a 1100 INR order.
3. The order was followed up through the sender's contacts in India which is registered on the website (as it was placed from abroad, with no option to provide an international number), the complaint of not receiving the gifts was handled in a very rudimentary fashion.
So unless you order and receive it for yourself to test the authenticity, Id say stay away

I am happy with the service they provided. Everything worked flawlessly, except the payment part. I was irritated by the OTP system as I was traveling and did not have my phone with me. The claim made by fnp regarding midnight delivery is completely fake they don't deliver it even after 30 minutes of the scheduled time do not ever opt the midnight delivery option they charge high and don't deliver the product. Completely dissatisfied.

Selected a flower arrangement from my home in Pune at around 8:15 am and saw it was delivered at Bangalore location n just about two hours!
I have been a loyal customer for 2 years, but extremely disappointed with their services now. Ordered Purple Orchids Bouquet costing Rs. 749 for my mother's birthday. They delivered dried up, wilted flowers to her. The decorative leaves were also yellowing and their tops had started to rot. The flowers were crushed and had a dull-appearance as though they had been deprived of water for a long time. And the petals had already started falling off. Please don't order from FNP unless you want to ruin your loved one's day and be cheated of your money.
