1)Only thing is if you can provide the delivery guy details or outlet details clearly that would be great, we can get in touch with them in case if they cannot find our address or guide them through that.
We ordered a simple pineapple cake fro new years and they delivered a terrible flavourless cake. On complaining and 2 weeks of following up for a response, they say they can take the cake back and give a replacement. The cake was obviously thrown away by then hence no replacement. As a 'courtesy' they handed over a gift certificate of half the amount the cake costed - which had to be redeemed within 15 days on their website itself. No refund or replacement. Absolutely pathetic resolutions.
Unfortunately after an year I hoped the site might have improved and decided to give it a second chance. Ordered a birthday cake for my mom to be delivered at the school she teaches at a week in advance so these guys get a week to sort out their delivery. No cake was delivered on the birthday till 7pm and no information was provided. On calling up at 9pm, the customer care guy asks me to hold, calls my mom in parallel (we are in different cities), asks her if they should deliver the cake that NIGHT to her SCHOOL, gets a "no please deliver tomorrow morning" from her, and then tells me that the recipient wants the cake next day. Brilliant. And then no cake delivery the next entire day either.
FnP team please stop offering services in smaller cities if you cannot fulfill them. It's a waste of time and money.

I live shopping at ferns n petals as they are reliable n quick. I have so positive experience from last two years that my family in India have also started to use same website to send Rakhi overseas.
I like their reasonable deals n love their quick service.
From placing online order to order delivery point, it was a challenge at every step. Extremely disappointed with the service and unfriendly website of Ferns n Petals. Despite paying top dollars, could not achieve the goal of getting to send a surprise gift to my dearest friends on their 25th wedding anniversary in time. Please do not believe the tall claims made by FnP of fast service, same day delivery etc. For one simple cake order, multiple calls will be required to be made to the call center and every call just gets you apologies without any resolution.
I would not even rate them 1 star if I had the option of submitting without a rating.

FNP is best in market, the only disappointment is their delivery system. Despite of mentioning for order to be deliver by evening but as usual they deliver in morning which in turn ruin the surprise.(Technically they do not work as they suppose to)

Delivery was on time, One thing I didn't like was the customer support chat that they have! I waited for 20 min to get to talk to someone and that guy did not know anything about the product i ordered and wasn't helpful at all... I did not have an option to choose the card and that's the reason I contacted the customer support but they were useless

Never order from here. The product delivered looks pathetic compared to the one displayed on the website. They totally ruined mother's day for me. The order was placed and the estimated time was 6 AM to 9 PM. Upon chatting with the representative, they said they will call and reach home before 4 pm. they called 3 times a day delaying the order by 3 hours -12,3 and 6... Its 7 pm in India and she(my mom) has not received it yet... She was waiting for for this the whole day on Sunday. Finally they sent an email that they tried delivering and recipient was not at home - which was not true! Really! So easy to shop but so difficult to get the service.
