Below is my 2nd experience had with fnp,
I have ordered saree which is supposed to be delivered on 21st June for the anniversary occasion. Whereas Fernsandpetals have not delivered on time and the same has been delivered on 23rd June that too happened after raising a complaint and continuous followup.
Below is their reply to my complaint,

However, we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned courier partner, your order will be delivered soon to the recipient.
