One of the worst services provided by F&P. They don't even bother whether it is reached to the customer or not. Please don't go by the reviews on the F&P website. It is all fake. I have ordered plant with ceramic pot(personalized photo in it) But photo came to out be blur and plant was dry. They have mentioned same day delivery. But believe me guys they just lying to us to get the business.

Bst website if you wanna give surprise to anybody.
No matter where you are they will surely meet ur xpectations.
I ordered from here in Canada without caring about money just a blind trust on ferns n petals and seriously at first they didn't get the address still they tried their bst and u know wht when I get up in morning I got photos n videos from my dad that they got the cake they are vry happy.
N it's all because of ferns n petals. Overall quality of cake was also vry good.

I booked Father's Day gifts for my grandfather and my father. It was supposed to be delivered today. As it was getting late in the day and I had received no news of the delivery, I called customer services; And they lied saying they they had attempted delivery yesterday (even though the delivery day is today) and no one was there at home, when the truth is that 4 people were at home the entire day. The gifts are still not delivered at 9pm. Now I have asked for a refund, and they are making up some rubbish excuse about refund! Rubbish service!
