I booked Father's Day gifts for my grandfather and my father. It was supposed to be delivered today. As it was getting late in the day and I had received no news of the delivery, I called customer services; And they lied saying they they had attempted delivery yesterday (even though the delivery day is today) and no one was there at home, when the truth is that 4 people were at home the entire day. The gifts are still not delivered at 9pm. Now I have asked for a refund, and they are making up some rubbish excuse about refund! Rubbish service!
