I placed an order for my husband's birthday, and haven't got delivered. I received a message "Attempted to deliver due to wrong address". Though the recipient's phone number was given while I placed the order, they didn't call, and haven't taken any initiative to deliver. I have been notified to contact within 2 hours for redelivery, but no contact number provided rather, it just opened up feedback page, still I raised, but of no use. No point in calling the customer care, just to say "We can't do anything". I was asking for refund, such a shame to say, the service agent was just muting my speech, just not to get recorded. She said can't refund, can redeliver it, for that I have to pay more than half of my cake's amount. If it's genuine should have refunded or redelivered of no cost, but this is only for trapping people. So disgusted to afford of no use. Please don't think about placing order in fnp, only for cheating not for service.

I ordered rakhi from FnP since they promised it to be delivered the same day. As promised the status was updated but it wasn't received at home. I contacted customer care but the response is slow and they finally closed the ticket without any update. I didn't get Rakhi delivered nor got my money back.

Notification that product was delivered even through product
Didn't reach the recipient. I dont know like this how many people they are deceiving daily.
Please dont fall into their trap. Because of this trap I lost money (1000), time.
Daily I need to call them and they open a ticket and close the ticket without resolution.
If we call they ask us about order and then they make us to wait until we dissconnect.
1. No delivery done.
2. No re-delivery attempt made.
3. Very rude on the call (wait time more than 30 min)
4. No full/partial refund given.
5. No ownership taken by anyone.

I ordered an birthday cake for my gf 4days before the delivery date. They called me on delivery date and told me it couldnt be delivered due to water locking in Kolkata amd requested me to accept the order to take the delivery on next day. Now its a silly staff to send bday cake after 1day. Then they cancelled the order at their own and promised me to refund my money. But believe me guys, there were no such rain happened which could cause them not to deliver the product. It was a well planned cheating and they havent refunded my money yet.
The guy talking to me over phone was rude and dont know how to behave with customers. This way they spoiled my plan to surprise my gf. So never ever choose fnp.

Till 3 years back their service was good but now they are cheating people. Following series of incidents describe how they cheat people -
1. I was trying to place an order since August 11th where shipping fee was free, there payment system had issues and finally payment was processed on August 14th and later I got email of shipping fee added to it as Priority fee. I have both emails with me
2.15th Morning the guy called my sister and updated her that the delivery would be delayed. My sister provided him alternate number also but he did not like to take the pain to writing down - FNP customer service doesn't believe that this happened
3. Evening 7.00 PM I get an email that delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to recipient mobile was off
4. I immediately called customer support, sent email to FNP to provide an alternate though both numbers were working and ON and my parents were at home. That was rakhi and gift for my parents for raksabandhan. I called FNP thrice for 30 minutes each time to know status.
5. Finally at 10PM IST they said we will deliver tomorrow morning ensuring the flowers are fresh
6. Next day 16th Night I got email that they would not be able to reattempt mentioning their terms ad condition nor will be able to refund my money.
This is an online loot and I don't want to be victim of this fraud company in future

I ordered from them for USA delivery. They delayed the delivery with 2 days after charging me high for 3 days delivery. And after 5 days they are saying me recipient was not available. They neither called the recipient nor they tried to reach me out and mailed me that its their policy that they can't re-deliver and they will not refund the amount also. Plus their customer care service is also so slow and bad. After charging so high to the customers atleast company should hire good people for delivery and customer service.
