I placed an order for my husband's birthday, and haven't got delivered. I received a message "Attempted to deliver due to wrong address". Though the recipient's phone number was given while I placed the order, they didn't call, and haven't taken any initiative to deliver. I have been notified to contact within 2 hours for redelivery, but no contact number provided rather, it just opened up feedback page, still I raised, but of no use. No point in calling the customer care, just to say "We can't do anything". I was asking for refund, such a shame to say, the service agent was just muting my speech, just not to get recorded. She said can't refund, can redeliver it, for that I have to pay more than half of my cake's amount. If it's genuine should have refunded or redelivered of no cost, but this is only for trapping people. So disgusted to afford of no use. Please don't think about placing order in fnp, only for cheating not for service.
