DON't USE THIS HORRIBLE WEBSITE! I have purchased a ticket and a cancellation protection together. I only received my cancellation protection. But the payment for the ticket was declined! I have tried many times to purchase the ticket again, but the payment always gets declined. This is ridiculous! I am sure I have enough fund and I have never faced this with other 3rd-party sites! How on earth I receive my cancellation protection before the ticket! Not to mention the cancellation protection fee part is very shady. THIS IS A WEBSITE THAT YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST!
Horrible horrible horrible company and customer service. Norwegian changed the time of my flight so it arrives at 11:10PM which is too late to check in to my hotel. Since I booked through Flyfar, Norwegian can't do anything about it. However, since flyfar is absolutely terrible they won't do anything about it either. The best they can do is cancel that part of my trip and let me rebook it myself at a different time (more expensive by the way) AND I won't be refunded for the canceled part until after I have taken my trip! AND they can't tell me what my refund will be! It's honestly comical how absurd that is. I guess I'm eating the 150 euro I paid for the hotel and sleeping in the airport. Thanks flyfar for being THE WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE.

SCAM_ When I called to get a refund on 113.73 USD added to my account AFTER check out, the person on the phone told me, Did you notice that on your layover you land in one airport and depart from another and that you won't have time to travel in between those airports? I said OBVIOUSLY i did not add a layover that includes changing airports when traveling with 2 small kids, why would your site come up with this itinerary? The answer you as a customer have to review all the details - How? How am I suppose to GUESS that the stock in UK includes not a place change but an Airport Change? And the Trip Cancellation Protection - added after check out? I'm calling the bank to issue me a refund and also leave a complaint with better business Bureau. SCAM and RUDE customer service!
The book was fast and easy! The price was fantastic. But what i loved the most was that they only changed you 11 dollars which was a great price compared to paying 30 dollars at airline.

Worst customer service ever! Gentleman's name was Matt, he was not nice or helpful in anyway. I booked a trip for our daughters spring break with another group who booked the same flight leaving on March 22 and returning April 01,2019. The departures flight on my phone said March 22,2019 when I booked it however when I opened my itenerary the flight in my email it said leaving on February 22,2019 return flight was correct. I tried to call flyfar customer service and it was a complete nightmare. The man was so rude and condescending; then told me that it was going to be another $800 on top of what I spent. I then said just to cancel my flight and refund our money? He said nope no refund! I then ask if I could speak to a manager? Nope he's the only one there, he could however offer me a call back in 48 hours! Are you kidding me! I then called Allegiant Airline directly, she was so kind so so helpful made everything right thank goodness! I will only book directly from now on she said, we are not affiliated with these third party companies and they give us a bad name. Please DO NOT book with Flyfar they are a horrible scam and if something happens they will not help and the customer service is absolutely hands down horrible. If I owned this company I would fire Matt, he had no business being in customer service, period!

Attempted to book the flight but was shown that the transaction failed by the end of the transaction. Tried to rebook again which turned out to be a success. I then check my email to find that the booking was pending, then minutes later another email was received stating that "there was a problem". I check my bank statements and it shows two payments being made at the same time as the failed and the successful transaction. I then email flyfar asap for a return for both transactions. They quickly resolved the second transaction and made a return but not for the first transaction.
I ended up chasing the sales executive Nicole and attached bank statements and my bank contact details as instructed but Nicole seemed to be confused with the amounts going in and out. Even though I've made 2 attempts to make it easier to understand basic maths, that the credit and debit does not add up in the end. After a month of series of emails explaining the amount going in and out, I had to put a dispute the transaction with my bank and got my money back successfully from them. Flyfar has got to be the worst travel agency I've ever dealt with.

2- 10 min later... "TRIP CANCELL insurance -$80. Seem to unintentionally charged-A VERY aggressive agent in your office REFUSED TO CANCELL THAT INSURANCE AND THE CHARGE... it took firm demand to have it removed to get it done.
3- there is no way to add 'BLOBAL ENTRY #" on to the reservation!-this is very important for security passage at airport
4- couldn't get two (2) passengers on the reservation -I had to book my wife separately AT HIGHER PRICE.

I rang them a couple of times, told me no fee will occur by 3 AGENTS on changes I want to make because they said I called them as soon as I hit Book in their site and notified them straight away. Then they asked me to wait for 45 mins only to be told that I need to ring them in the morning while they fix it. When I rang them, NOTHING has been changed and NO ONE is fixing our request. When I requested you guys to change it this morning, you're gonna tell me I have to give you $350 fee pp to change it? Are you telling me I wasted 3 phone calls with you, been awake upto 1am while waiting for your call only to be told that you don't have any record of the agentSSSS I spoke to? GEEZ. IT'S OKAY TO INCUR A FEE BUT TO BE TOLD A DIFFERENT SIDE AND EXPECT IT TO HAPPEN? It's really unprofessional. Should've seen the review of other people first before booking with them. Do Not Book with these guys please.
