Please can anyone tell me how to contact floryday?. I've been trying for weeks to return clothing items back to them I have followed there return procedure but they choose to ignore my emails. What a nightmare company floryday is. Please can anyone advise me what to do? Thank you Marie

Never received order

I ordered in March of this year. My money was taken never received a email or my order. Can't get ahold of them tried for months. Don't order from them they steal money and you get nothing.

Not worth it

It's a legit place but I am very very very disappointed in the product I ordered a purse and it was a set of four the very cheaply made... Looks a lot nicer in the picture then it does in person also looks a lot bigger and a picture than it does in person it's small will not order from them again

Return policy so tedious

Your return policy has resulted in 10 emails between me n Floryday. In addition I'm 5feet 4 inches size 6. The dress I ordered was so long it had to be hemmed professionally (size small). In addition the bathing suits both medium were to small to fit my 115 lb frame. I won't be ordering from Floryday again ever.

Cheap rubbish

Poor quality rags not as represented in advertising photos. They offer you a very small refund as cost of returning to China is high. However I paid through PayPal and insisted on returning. The address they provided for return is non-existent. I was lucky as PayPal returned my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT iS A CHINESE SCAM.

First problem: I ordered two dresses on 5/17 and received 7/23/20! I needed the dresses by 6/25. I never got an email stating the date of delivery. My card was charged on 5/18.

Second problem: Their website LIES about returns to warehouses all over the world. They only have one in CHINA! You will have to pay international mailing charges to return any items. The cost to return it to China was more than the cost of the two dresses.

Third problem: material is cheap and flimsy.

I ordered five dresses in the same size. One fit, too I could not pull over my body, one was huge, and one was slightly small but poorly made. I contacted Floryday requesting that they pay my return postage since their product is so inconsistent. They ignored my request but asked that I list items to be returned after which they will give me. A return fee. Other options were 70% off within the next year or keep the items and pay 50%. I replied with the items I would like to return and once again ask that they pay the return postage. Have not heard back yet, even though I was promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm thinking the positive reviews online were made by friends and employees of this company.

Do not use this company

I ordered 4 items from Floryday at the end of May.
They took a month to be delivered. I kept 2, which were fine for the price. I returned 2 on 3rd July and have still not received my money back.
It would appear that Floryday deliberately makes it difficult to return items and I am still waiting for MY money originally paid on May 25th. I will never buy from Floryday again.

Sizes are much too big!

I ordered two pretty tops, size S, UK 8/10, which is always my size. Delivery was fine, but both tops were MUCH too big, more like a UK 14/16. Based on these sizes, I would have had to order a UK size 4!
Returns, which you have to pay for yourself, are not easy at all. The instructions are in bad English, complicated and not very clear. I have yet to receive my refund and I won't be ordering from Floryday again.

Very dissatisfied

I will not buy another product through this site. When I received the clothing I tried on an item, it did fit right but I was optimistic. Over the next few days I tried on the others and all of them looked and fit very different from what they appeared to be on-line. Bulges in the material there shouldn't be and the sizes were too big. According to Floryday website there are 14 days to return and exchange items once received. I am screwed out of over $100.00. Hopefully I have helped prevent another dissatisfied customer

Save your money

I ordered 2 dresses received them in a reasonable time. When I open the package did notice the material was very thin( need slip). Tried them on one was to small the other to big. So can not use either one. Decided to wash the one that was to small to give to a friend and low and behold it shrunk and the one to big did not. Put up a review and Floryday contracted me and offered me a refund to take down my review. I agreed it been 18 business days and no refund. This is how they get good reviews for a while trick people in taking down the bad reviews. Not a good company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I would not risk buying again from this company. Why do I have to write at least 100 charachters. My blouse was not cotton as was. I will not bother to send it back as it has obviously come from China or America and the reviews are bad.

They do not refund me 40.99 - the cost of return. Also quality of fabric is very low. Very cheap fabric.

Ordered dress... it came 7 inches too long. Tried to return... forget it. They make it impossible to return.
It should be called ANTI-RETURN policy.
Dress was $23 with $10 shipping. If you do get a refund they don't refund shipping. It costs you another $10 to ship it back to then... so it costs you $43 to maybe (a BIG maybe) get back $23.
This website should be banned!

Absolute Crap

I ordered 6 items from this company. One item arrived with a stain on the front, three items had sleeves of different lengths, one item was so large two people could have fit in it, one item was so poorly made it wouldn't have made it through one washing and all of the items were of horrendous material. When I asked to return the merchandise I had to pay for that it cost me 65.00 USD to do so. Or You're given the option to keep the junk And only be charged for half your money. I received correspondence in languages I didn't speak, and when I finally did get reimbursed for the purchase they shortchanged me by a few dollars. This website is affiliated with AIRY and many other companies that advertise on Facebook and other places. The websites all look the same and are based in China. They are a complete rip off. The return address I was told to send the merchandise back to was to a Mr. Lee which should give you a clue that you are not dealing with a legit company. Before you receive reimbursement you will be asked to please remove your negative review. These five star reviews are with paid or fraud. This company is a fraud. Do not buy!

The worst company

Worst products ever

The shoes I ordered smelled disgusting. The quality was the worst I've ever seen! I can't be worse, I promise. The sad part is, that you even have to PAY to SEND THE garbage back.
