The material says that it is cotton/polyester. It looks and feels a cheap nylon that would go up in flames if exposed to heat. Customer service, forget that! I sent a message the day I received package for return a return address and refund. No response after multiple text. After multiple weeks I finally got a response they would contact me in 48 hours. Finally after 2 months, I get a response they're located in CHINA, they offered me a 15% discount on a future order, this is not what there return policy states. This is a SCAM, do not order from this company.
This company is most definitely a scam. I advise EVERY-ONE/ANY-ONE to STAY AWAY. I decided to take my chances and order some of the very pretty blouses that i saw on the site for the summer they were gorgeous, How ever I had know clue it would take over 3 weeks to process my order when the money was taken from my credit card the same day and another 3 weeks before they ship it out and then from there another 1-- 2 weeks before i actually received my order, in which I still have not received yet. Im guessing by the time i do receive my order summer will be over, I will keep you updated. LAST NOTE, Yes I to read the horrible reviews, and decided i'd give them a try and spend under a certain amount I am so happy I did not spend a lot of money.

I ordered 3 swimsuits and a pair of shoes. I thought the price was decent until I got the shipping fee of 35 dollars. The quality of bathing suits is terrible. The fabric has no longevity and looks like it's falling apart, terrible bust/bra cover. Will be looking for another company. It's a shame.

Avoid... Recieved three tops. Two of poor quality and one with a hole in it. There was not a returns address or an invoice with tops. Trying to get a returns address has been stressful and a nightmare. Finally received one and am now waiting for a full refund plus postage costs for tracking parcel. So disappointed. Stick to big reputable companies...

Here's an update on my experience with Floryday. Guess what, still no refund! I recommend to everyone not to buy ANYTHING from this crooked, scumbag of a company. The quality of their clothing is shocking, their delivery time is months and they NEVER give refunds, even though they send you false bank transfer records. They're hoping you'll just go away and keep your

The dress I ordered and when I finally did receive it (3 weeks later) it did not look anything like the one online - it was 2 sizes too big and cheaply made - I have waited three days for them to respond to the return request. Their website completely breaks down when I try to fill out the return order online. I'm told to print "the picture below the page" and no picture has come up after a dozen times of trying. So I have no return address / label. I'm sending it back to the address on the package but I don't have any great expectations. They have not responded to a number of emails asking how to get this to them and, I'm reading on their website that they only allow 10 days for a return... so here I am waiting for them to respond while my time runs out. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Floryday has unique styles that you won't find at other stores. The only negative was shipping (but that was not Floryday's fault). Floryday shipped my order within 24 hours & it arrived in the USA in 3 days. The package remained in LA for over a month (due to Covid) before it was processed. Package arrived, each article of clothing was in a heavy, plastic zipped bag with no imperfections. Very satisfied customer and I'll definitely shop Floryday again.

Ordering and paying for my item was straightforward. My item arrived promptly and was as described. The fit was good.
Would mot recommend this company! RIP OFF, Purchased several items on line. Company had no issues billing/getting their money however unable to contact them to return some of the I items purchased. None of their links worked nor was I able to submit the online form as directed for returns/customer service. On-line chat is only for preorders and no other questions/concerns. Return inquiry requires order number which website doesn't accept if order already completed. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before buying from this company. Awful! HORRIBLE!

Ik bestel nooit meer bij Floriday. De kledingstukken kwamen veeeel te laat aan en toen ik ze wou terugsturen krijg ik maar geen bevestigingsmail met het juiste adres. Het terugsturen gebeurde nu een maand terug en tot op heden heb ik nog niets ontvangen of zie ik nergens op de website dat de kledingstukken aangekomen zijn. Ik heb via de post- een extra betaling gedaan zodat ze moeten aftekenen voor ontvangst. Maar dit heeft blijkbaar ook niet geholpen om de kledingstukken te registeren en mijn geld terug te storten
