Waiting and waiting

Ordered 2 items 1 day apart on June 23rd, received one July 6th and now waiting for shipping address to return for a refund since July 7th.
Second item has been sitting in Memphis for over 8 business days now, called Fed Ex they told me it is LOST.
Wrote back to this company and all I get is their generic replies. Nobody is reading my messages.
I purchased their insurance for. 99 let's see what good that is.

EDITING TO ADD: Floryday contacted me almost within the day that I submitted this review for a full refund for both dresses ( one I have and have yet to return -no address sent yet -and the other which never arrived.) I feel I left an honest review and do not see why I would remove it. I do THANK Floryday for it's prompt refund but only because I posted in this forum does not erase their previous actions. Please be aware that you are ordering from Hong Kong and shipments do take longer than usual and in my case never arrived even though I still see in my account at the Memphis, TN facility.

The item I received was too large. No way to receive any help. Return policy doesn't work. After several months of sending complain letters they promised to refund 50% and they did not refund. They don't deliver what they promise. Dont follow their own policy.

Regarding to the refund, if you paid with card, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time.

If you paid with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, depending on the bank processing time.

Poor customer service

I am very disappointed in the quality of the items I ordered. Trying to get a refund is impossible as my pass word keeps getting rejected. The company is basically uncontactable.

Beware!

Stay away from this outfit... cheap all around. I ordered 5 items which took over 6 weeks to arrive. Tracking stopped after awhile and any attempt to reach the company was futile... what they call 'chat' is 3 more websites which tell you nothing. Email requests were answered with form emails which said the same thing each time. Poor quality! I returned all of the items and was charged $30 for the original shipping cost. I paid $20 to return the items so it cost me $50 learn this lesson... stay away from Floryday!

Refund policy

Horrible return policy! I will keep the items and give them away. Can't reach a customer rep. To answer questions I have to return items. I do not recommend this product, nor will I ever order again Definitely a scam company. Quick to receive your money! Same day once order is placed. The return policy is very difficult and almost impossible!

Sent wrong item.

Sent wrong item and wrong size. Would not accept return of item and offered only very small refund. In addition, by the time order was delivered, return window had closed.

It seems that if you want to contact Floryday, comment on here and they'll get straight back to you. It won't solve your problem as they'll still keep sending automated emails. All I want to do is exchange some sneakers, my account doesn't show any purchases so I can't go through their normal way of returning them. Now I'm left with emailing a computer in the hope that sooner or later a human might read it. Absolute joke of a company

To place the order took along time, the site itself is very cumbersome and definitely not user-friendly, especially if you want to make changes to a pending order. Their customer service can only be reached via an online form, the response I received was so poorly written and didn't even come close to addressing my issue. After that experience I felt very uneasy about continuing my $340 order with them, so I canceled it while it was still in the processing stage, however since my card had already been charged, I was directed to submit another online form to formally request the cancel and refund. I should've never placed an order with them in the first place without doing research about this company, I regret it. I am still waiting for a response to my request

The information and site given for tracking is incorrect. Tracking site in foreign language does not recognize order #, info from cust service says shipped two weeks ahead if inquiry!
Just bad bad service delivery!

Ordered shoes months ago, returned them weeks ago from Essen (Belgium) to Grace-Hollogne. It seems like the 150 kilometer distance between the two cities is too much for this organization. Again I want my money back and will never ever order anything again.

I have ordered on May 18 and still today July 4th I haven't received my shoes. I have open 3 tickets and I get the same reply to be patient because my shoes are in transit. I was also told to contact my local usps which to this day hasn't received my package. Nobody cares that I haven't received my order in 2 months. My last option is to dispute it with my bank as the item never received.

Cheap tat!
