There is nothing easy about returning product. They do not refund and it costs you to have product shipped and returned. I would not recommend doing business with this company. The products are ok and pricing good but not worth the time and energy.
I ordered from this company and it took 3 months to get my order! I asked for a refund and they would not refund. Will never order from them again. Very cheep material and service.
This is a joke. It's not even a real business. They dont respond back and your stuck with items. It's a computerized company. Please I beg you dont get caught up in this goat rodeo.
Please it's only faire to be just with what you advertise... your shoes i ordered arrived and it was a big Joke!. Don't take people for fools my money was too much to take five pairs in the dust bin. For heavens sake. What was wrong for a person trying a product of another country? From the price to quality was so horrible i regret my money and the time i stayed excited waiting to recieve five pairs of shoes which was nothing but a big joke for lack of a betterward! What was i even thinking when i read negative horrible comments and chose to give you a benefit of daubt?! Don't loose your money like me be aware and know those shoes they advertise sweetly are not worth what they charge i would have walked to a paris local market and won myself beautiful shoes other than the what they cahrged. Gosh i feel so horrible.
This company has never heard of consumer protection and appears to be violating a number of laws, including deceptive advertising. Their website is impossible to navigate and I am unable to get a refund, or chat or talk with a representative about a refund. I ordered a dress that appeared cute in the catalogue, but arrived in an absolutely ridiculous size - not sure it would fit anyone. Company mass produces clothing from another country and rips off American consumers.

I ordered a swim suit and blouse I did receive swim suit. However blouse did not come. They both have the same tracking number. I have sent several messages they sent tracking info.it does not work. I also got a new phone. I installed the app and used the same info to log in. I coud not find any of my informationn. I have also ask for help to fix this. No response. I never received a email telling me when. Items. Were are shipped. Looks like I'm out of the money. I will order from Wish from now on at least they are trust worthy. Warning. Do not order anything from Floraday
Buyer beware, garments poorly made. Trying to get a refund a joke sent 15 emails only to be told how costly it will be to send it back, need special return address which they have not send me. Two dresses from 2 different places in China. Wish I could post the emails from them. Giving up on a refund it's not worth it.
I tried buying clothes on line, for the first time with Floryday, during this period of the lock down.
It was a long wait but the company kept me informed and in this pandemic situation, it is understandable.
Finally my packet arrived and I was really excited to have some new clothes to wear.
I had bough 5 items. They were simply but nicely packed. As I opened the bags one by one, I could not have been more disappointed! They were nothing like what the pictures made me believe and expect.
It was a shock and for now, has put me off of online clothes shopping for the foreseeable future!
Too start with they were all huge, none of them fitted me. This might have been partially my fault because I chose by size number (12) and I realize now that this may be the American 12 which is actually Large and note Medium as I am used to.
The worst thing however were the fabrics. With one exception, all fabrics had a plastic texture and one of these, although a light coloured summer dress felt heavy and had the texture of gabardine/rain coat. Two others felt exactly like flimsy plastic shopping bags, completely transparent.
All really unpleasant to touch!
Another disappointment was the coloured motives on the fabric. While in the pictured they give the impression of being textured, in reality they are flat, block printed, adding to the overall plasticky feel of the cloth.
Only 3 of the pieces had clothes tags, one had just the small label on the neck line and another had absolutely no information! I did not think this was allowed.
Of course, I am trying to return all of them. It remains to be seen if I will get my money back!

Placed my order April 29,2020. Shows shipped May 19,2020. It is now June 17,2020. That's almost 2 months ago! I give them no stars. My order was delivered today, june 19th. Very poor service
The quality is extremely poor and the sizing is horrible. I cannot return my items because Floryday makes it impossible to navigate the online return maze. I've been trying for a long time with no success. Do not order from them!
I sent for a pair of shoes a couple of weeks ago.and after reading some reviews I didn't expect to see them but today I got my package and my shoes are perfect so thanks Floryday.
I ordred several items. They took my money, said that I received the items BUT in reality I never received the items despite several calls and messages.
Worst experience of my Life! Company took my order but would never respond to any email communications after that. My order status said PROCESSING forever so I finally cancelled my order. Instead of excepting my cancellation, however, they sent me a reply asking if I would please reconsider and not cancel. I had told them in my first cancellation email that I had intended to place a new order for different items after they issued me a refund but it has been well over a month and now no further reply or refund. If you look closely at the reviews a majority of them are 1 which is the lowest you can give. I tried to clarify the major discrepancies in their size chart as picture of long items have measurements of short items, short sleeve items with 24 inch sleeve length, etc. Their response was to just have me refer to the size chart again and again.
God knows I wish I would have read yalls reviews before orderingthis site I believe is untrustworthy lord knows they can swipe the money from your acct quickly but snail mail is what they should be called I ordered a blouse and a pair of shoes approx two mths ago haven't recieved them yet I'll call my bank to report fraud
Latest update - After weeks of frustrating chasing up and and absolute bull S%$£ excuses from these people and offered a discount if I removed my comments -which I will not! Customers need to know about these scam companies. I finally receive my refund for substandard customer care and ill fitting clothing. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes online on 3 April - received after 8 weeks. Only 1 pair fitted. 2 were too big, 1 was too small and 1 was damaged. Return policy impossible to understand, and no contact email or telephone number. Returned by recorded delivery to sender address on box. Received, but no acknowledgement.
They look good value, but customer service in extremely poor.
I ordered 2 dresses on may 1,2020. My payment received may 4,2020. It is now june 11,2020 and I have not received the dresses. I have reached out to them on June 4,2020 and was told only how to track my package. I can read! I then asked for a refund and have not heard back. Stating that it takes 5-10 business days is a lie. My shipment has been in Los Angeles since May 20 "delivered to a local courier".
