My goods arrived this morning and I'm delighted to have received them. The tracking isn't great and standard delivery took 6 weeks. I did get an offer of a full refund and to keep the goods too but my conscience wouldn't allow it, I simply wanted the goods so very happy they arrived. I would order from Floryday again.
Please be aware, there is an online company out there called Flory Look. When you go online to see the reviews for Floryday, Flory Look reviews come up as an option too. I wrote a review on this site thinking it was for Flory Look, which I have been having ongoing issues with. Floryday was quick to respond to my complaint and that is when I realized they weren't the company I was complaining about. Don't get the two companies confused. Flory Look is a terrible company to deal with. This is not Flory Look!
Floryday make it very easy to order and I have had several items from them I have been very pleased with. However the last item I ordered was a terrible fit and I have been trying to contact them to receive a return request'. This is proving very difficult as I can't log into their website to find my order. I have tried different ways to contact them but it seems they are only interested in orders and not returns. They should make returns as simple as ordering, I can't understand why they don't send a returns label in the parcel as most companies do. If I'm unable to return this item I won't be using this company again.
I ordered shoes they arrived eventually but were poorly made & wrong size so I wanted to return them-that's when the fun started(NOT) after WEEKS of pleading grovelling begging imploring they would NOT GIVE UP A RETURNS ADDRESS! After waiting DAYS in between emails & offering me stupid "discounts" that I wasn't interested in because as I had stated several times I WANT MY REFUND & RETURNS ADDRESS they will not let me have it! WHY? What is wrong with these INCOMPETETENT ROBOTS? It's not as if I'm asking for the CEO's personal address! The frustration I feel is palpable talk about wanting to bang your head against a brick wall! I sincerely applaud those reviewers who managed to get a returns address PLEASE POST IT ONLINE & I feel most happy for anyone that has been able to get a refund all I can say It must have taken so much dedication & perseverance such a pity FLORYDAY robots don't operate in the same humane way.
I placed my order and was charged immediately. However, nothing was shipped for two weeks. I finally contacted them to ask why and got no answer. So, since I hadn't heard from them and they had charged my card without shipping, I cancelled my order. They finally did refund the amount charged for the clothing, but they did not refund the amount charged (without notifying me before hand) for a "foreign transfer fee". Again, I sent 2 requests asking for a refund of the total amount, only to get their response:
"We are sorry for any inconvenience to you. Normally, we will refund the whole money that we have recived for the order to our customer. For extra fee for the order, you may contact the related bank to have a check. We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to refund more than what you paid for the products according to the rules of the payment platform." This is a joke because the bank didn't charge me, Floryday did! I have it on my credit card statement and even sent them proof in a screen shot.
UPDATE: after posting this review, I get an email from customer service informing me that they will refund the amount they charged for the foreign transfer fee if I give them my paypal account info and update my review on SiteJabber. At this point, I"m fed up with spending more time to correct their mistake, that I decide to eat the cost and give up. But I'm definitely NOT going to change my review because they are unprofessional and other shoppers need to know that. A week passes and I get another email asking if I am "ok" and reminding me to revise my review. I ignore it. Another week passes and I get an email from SiteJabber asking me to confirm my order number because apparently Floryday has "reported my review". (see attached email).
If by some miracle the forces that be at SiteJabber are strong and ethical enough to resist Floryday's strongman tactics, I hope my review spares shoppers the headache I've had with this company.
I have no idea of the quality of the goods as I have now been waiting over a month for my delivery. When I tracked it yesterday it says it has not even been shipped yet! This is, even with todays problems, an appalling service.
I wish I had read the reviews and I now fear when/if the order arrives that it may not be satisfactory and retuning it, if necessary, will be very difficult. At this present moment I would not recommend anyone to use this company and may in fact go out of my way to actively discourage anyone from using your company, It is now June 8th watch this space for any developments.
I ordered a swimsuit on 4/20/2020. Money was taken out of my account immediately. I waited 3 weeks and sent them an email. Responded with sorry COVID bs. After 6 weeks I requested a refund and was told no. Today is 6/6/2020 and now I can't even track my order. Totally unacceptable! How many people's money have they taken? My order was 27.98.
I ordered clothes from the. 4 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Furthermore, I have tried to contact them with NO response. What a let down!
Just trying to get them to acknowledge I've sent a return request, (6th time lucky maybe), is time consuming and very frustrating. They are happy to take your money but so slow (if ever) to process a return request. Heavens only knows how the money will ever be returned to me. My advice, if you like a project, buy through Floryday. It's a full-time job to get a response, head-alone a refund.
This website kept popping up so I finally decided to try. Before you read further please know I have worked in retail a good portion of my life. I took measurements precisely according to their sizing chart. Purchased $200 . The order came timely and received in good condition. Each item in its own bag. One item FIT ironically because mistakenly I marked SMALL. ALL Medium shirts , blouses were HUGE. Pants were Huge. It seems their factory just sews everything in a block form. Nothing is flattering fitted. Models you see have been pinned to look good. Deceiving. Patterns are cheap and do not look like photo. Material feels creepy. (Only word I know to describe) The website to return is not at all user friendly. You cannot call to talk to human. Apparently you cannot return until you contact them because there are certain items to be sent back to different locations since supposedly they manufacture all over world. For American women I found it timely and frustrating. Even writing this review is timely but I want other women to know what I did not like. The MOST aggravating issue is you pay shipping. You also have to pay to return! Shipping and return fees I could have purchased more items from a more reputable company. Also jewelry is cheap like buying from bubble gum machine. AND they will NOT take returns on any accessories. My mistake , I should have seen that supposedly when I ordered.
Bottom line. Caution. I did finally get an email response stating they received my return request..
Now I wait 24 hours for someone to contact me to tell me what to do and where to send back items. Hassel hassel. For me I shall stay with my American reputable online stores that I know my size, easy return and they don't penalize me for their sizing being wrong . Good luck y'all!!!
Horrible! Won't even respond to emails regarding refunds let alone get a refund on product they never shipped!
I have contacted the company twice and asked about the shipping date and have gotten no response... its been nearly a month and it's still in the processing stage.
I placed an order and its been 5 weeks and still haven't received it yet, thinking about reporting it to Better Bureau or chamber of commerce
I'm writing to update my precious negative review. Since my last post, Floryday finally refunded my money on 6/11 and I received my item on 6/8. They did finally correct and make good on their poor service, however, considering I purchased the bathing suit on 4/21, it took 2 months to receive my item and over to to resolve via refund. The bathing suit was average quality and although it looked like the pic, the material was not what I expected. My advice, it's not worth purchasing anything that has to come from over seas, particularly China unless you have the patience of a saint or you don't need for a special occasion. Buy local or within the US during this time. Save yourself the aggravation.
I ordered a couple shirts today and a couple hours later had to cancel. Only then did I see these reviews. So we will see if the money gets promptly returned to my account. If it does I'll change my rating and place my order again. Will follow up.
I placed my order a month ago and I realize it's the pandemic but when I try to contact somebody to cancel my order or find out where it is I don't get any answers all I get asked to do is create a ticket which I've done so many times now I can't count and then I just get an automated reply that doesn't answer any of my questions they've already charged my visa so today I am calling visa and having them reversed the charges
I placed an order for items on March 27,2020. As of April 24,2020 I have not received my order. I contacted Floryday via email and within 24 hours I had a response. They apologize for the delay in receiving my order and offered me a full refund for the order. The refund was posted to my credit card within 48 hours. I will give them another chance.
I ordered several items on March 30, 2020 and have not received the items. When I checked the order number I'm told that the order number is incorrect. (227826808729) order number. There is no way to direct contact this company. Buyer beware. The only thing the website shows that these items have been in transit since April 1, 2020. And I am given two different order number. 227826808729 is on the shipping email and 026786283986 is on the Congratulations your order has been received email.
This company is absolutely ridiculous. Find a different site. I was charged $108.36 two times when I only authorized one charge. I called into the company was told I would get a call within 48 hours from the billing department. I was never called back. I called back was hung up on. I filled out an online form, I still have not been refunded the money. Do not risk giving this company your account information. They are hackers.
I ordered this dress and am very happy with it. It's very true to the photos.
