Having ordered several items and waited excitedly for delivery it soon turned to disappointment as I opened the box. Out of the 9 items ordered 8 of them were recognisable as the images on the website but sadly a cheap and tatty copy. One dress did appear to be as the image and description but at £38 I still didn't see that the quality was there... it would probably have sold at around £15 in Primark. I quickly packed them up again to begin the returns process.
This is where I add the extra star.
Based on the goods received I had now put this company down as a scam and was fully expecting that I would have to accept the loss of my money however, not so. The communication was good and today I have received my full refund just 17 days after starting the process.
My opinion still remains the same... something of a scam and one to stay away from but I can't fault the delivery time or communication.
My lesson learned but luckily this time I came out unscathed!
I ordered a dress in early April. Received confirmation that my payment was received and would take 7-10 days to ship. It has now been nearly 3 weeks and still no product. What makes it worse, is that they don't respond to your requests. Totally dishonest company. Should have read all the negative reviews first before ordering.
I reported an issue with my order, and Floryday responded with a very satisfactory solution really quick. Thanks a lot.

Ridiculous time to wait for your purchase.
It says 7 - 10 days for delivery but there was a 2 1/2 week processing time!
I have deleted my previous negative reviews at FloryDay's request because my issues with the company have been resolved satisfactorily. A refund has been returned to my PayPal account 48 hrs after posting reviews on this and 2 other sites. I also informed PayPal of my problems with the company. I informed Floryday that I had photoshopped all my correspondence as proof of all action taken.
It's taken patience and tolerance to get closure. Reviews that are honest and non-aggressive probably work best... and also having people like sitejabber to go to. I'm positive I wouldn't have managed as quickly without review sites.

JUST A MONEY STEALING COMPANY POSING AS AN ONLINE CLOTHING STORE! DONT TRUST!
I found a beautiful white dress I wanted to use for an important event that is time crunched. There was one month to go so I was thinking even with the delays i will still get my dress on time! Everything on their site seems fine. According to their online store, my dress will arrive in 5-7 days. As I was used to reliable sites, I was wondering at day 4-5 they still didn't deliver my dress so I tried to contact their customer service first by calling their UK number. No one ANSWERS! It's when I read the fine print that they are actually an HK site. So I sent them an e-mail asking them when they would send my dress because it's been 5 days already. And they replied to me days later saying they will follow up. Then days later to tell me they are already preparing it but it will be delayed. I still followed have because I was beginning to be doubtful when they replied FINALLY they didnt have the dress to make the materials so they will refund me. Its now weeks later and I still don't have news of my money being refunded. No replies! I am being snob! Essentially they just got me interest, took my money and bye bye! Lesson LEARNED!
BTW you can't even reply to their messages because their link doesn't work. You have to start a new complain everytime! I mean seriously! It's complete bull$#*!!
I bought a dress and it is beautiful, it is true to size and material. It's very soft and comfy. I just love it

Since I posted my disappointment with this company on this site and on Trustpilot, they asked me twice to remove my negative rating. They offered to refund my payment in full and even let me keep the goods. We have been corresponding regularly. For proof, I will post the screen shots if I have to.
I told them to keep the money, I didn't trust that I would get any money back from them. I decided I would just deal with my mistake of ordering from them and move on. I also told them I no longer want to spend any time on this and they should drop it.
Now, they claim they "can't find my oder because the number is invalid".
Lies again.
Floryday: If I were you, I would stop your deception in general and just take responsibility for what has happened. The only way to get a good review is to deliver exactly what you promise. If you know anything about marketing, it is more meaningful to make mistakes, admit it, absorb the drop in revenue and do much better in the future. Your target audience will discover how much better you have become, when you actually become better. This process is MUCH more effective than what you are trying to achieve now: cover-ups - which only anger your audience more.
I have given them 3 stars for customer service because they reached out to me, but not 5 because they repeatedly lie. The rest of 1 star is for poor quality goods.
Placed order on Feb 13th. Products received today April 5th.
They lied about the time it took to deliver.
On this order, one jacket is described as Shearling and Faux Shearling long Sleeve Embroidery Coat.
There is not one stitch of Shearling on either of these coats, natural or Faux.
Lies again.
The only thig that is true is the size; both coats fit perfectly.
I will never order anything from them again in the future and I will tell every connection I have about my experience, on social media.
They need to be more transparent. They have many competitors - all priced cheaply. People do not only buy because of cheap prices.

I was mislead with shipping dates, have not received my order. I have requested a refund twice and am still waiting. They do not respond back as promised. I will never order from them again.
After 5 weeks my order had not been shipped. After several emails over 5 days ( including attempts to cancel) there was no reply so I contacted Paypal for help. Within hours Floryday replied saying my order was ready to ship and offering me a small discount if I did not cancel. I still canceled because I could no longer trust them, They then refunded my Paypal account. If you order from Floryday at least pay by Paypal.!
I have now waited 2 months for my refund, i have emailed this company at least 30 times and they promise to refund but have never sent me 1 cent. PLEASE PEOPLE THIS WEB SITE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY NEVER SEND CLOTHES OR REFUND MONEY, IT IS DISGUSTING, I AM SURE THEY ARE BASED IN NIGERIA
I ordered a dress for an event. It never came. I put a negative review on this website last month. FloryDay contacted me and apologized for the delay of delivery of the dress. I finally received the dress and contacted FloryDay to get a return label. They said that they would go ahead and issue me a credit for the dress and I would not have to return the dress. I thought that was good customer care however I have never received a credit. This company seems wishy washy to me. I will not do business with this company again.
