I love their selections of day dresses! And they have a variety of colors and sizes to choose from. The website is easy to use.
I ordered a dress from Floryday on May 13th, paid 15.98 for expedited shipping, got a confirmation email, and a shipping email (6 days later!) still dont have the dress. When I type in my order number on the website it says it doesnt exist. When I follow the tracking link, the website doesnt exist!
Update: though the dress took a very long time to arrive and my expedited shipping money was wasted, the dress did eventually arrive and it was decent quality.
I can't give you an opinion on the clothing because I don't have the energy to get to that point. And you have to question the overall rating of the company, i. E., I see more complaints than praises. Do they actually have stock available? The supposed 7-day delivery suddenly became about 35+ days (busy, backorders, etc. as they put it) and that was too late. Why wasn't I told that upon ordering? It took almost 3 weeks to get a refund; it took a week simply to get a confirmation of my cancellation. You will indeed "talk" to boilerplate, canned responses from a computer on the "online chat" function; you will not get a person to talk to; you will be exhausted in the process and I'm simply happy I got a refund and got no further into the process. This is simply, completely, not the way to do business, and that ship has sailed in terms of my ever trusting this vendor again.
After posting a bad review and several emails back and forth, FloryDay finally refunded my money. I will say their customer service was way better than other overseas merchants I have dealt with in the past.
I tried to cancel an order before the order was ever processed. Upon contacting them before the money ever left my account, they went right in that day and pulled the money out and charged me an additional fee, for what I don't know! They would not refund my money. I was offered a 5% discount on my next order, which I will not be making. FloryDay does not stand behind their own refund policy. Which clearly states: 6. Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at service@floryday.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached.
My order was never processed so why am I being forced to buy something I don't want. FloryDay is a rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Fighting with this company now over my items never being delivered. Checked tracking provided and it says items made it all the way to my state and then was returned to sender due to an incomplete address! My address was complete upon ordering! I have requested an update multiple times and they will not respond. Based on other reviews here, even if I ever receive the items they will be crap anyways. Thank goodness my bank says with documentation of the responses and tracking saying items were never delivered they will help fight to get me a full refund!
Just received my goods from FloryDay & they are awful.
Terrible quality, wrongly sized, not the fabric as described on their website and no tags of the fabric description or washing instructions.
Can't find a return address either on the website, or on the invoice that came with the package.
Does anyone have a return address for me?
This was my first time ordering clothes online & between express shipping and customers tax, the whole thing has cost me a fortune.

Great shopping from them and no regrets. I loved the sale offers and the quality products delivered same to the dresses i ordered and lived up to the expectations.
I did receive my order, in fact three days after I posted this. The items I bought were decent, although one shirt was very, very small. Since returning things is extremely difficult with this vendor it's simply money poorly spent.
Fraudulent, I believe. Apparently I'm another person who's been taken by Floryday. I placed an order April 8 and have not received it. Of course my checking account was debited immediately. I've written twice trying to get information about its delivery, but have not been answered.
I had the best time in your shop! The dress I bought for my wife was perfect! Considering the quality of the fabric and its price its incomparable to other online shops. Thank you FloryDay, will surely buy more in the future.
I ordered clothing on April 28 and paid extra for expedited delivery. They have gone into my account and got paid immediately. To date, I have not received any clothing/package. Each time I enquire, I receive a robotic response, that is very elementary, no professional action. They tell untruth, and lead you along with lies that your package was sent. They provide a FedEx number that is non-existent. FloryDay must be closed down immediately, so they cannot defraud innocent people out of their hard earned cash. HELP IS NEEDED TO CLOSE THEM DOWN!

Purchased some shoes for a wedding that seemed to look like the perfect shoe! (images on website look nothing like the real thing).
Firstly the shoes arrived late even though it was guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days. When the box arrived it had no branded packing just arrived tapped up in a small box with a customs sticker on. Shoes inside were wrapped up in a bag! No returns slip, invoice anything to say that the shoe has come from them.
Secondly I am usually always a UK size 3 so when checking the size guides on their website the shoe sizes were not coming up how I expected them to. There was a whole size difference between the UK and EU match ups. So, I decided to order what would be a UK size 4 just to be safe. The shoe did not even fit on my foot! It was more like a UK size 2.
Thirdly the shoe looked nothing like the images in on the website. It was the wrong colour, cheaply made and the worst looking shoe I had ever seen!
I then went online to find a returns address and what to do - I struggled to find any information for ages until searching via Google. I emailed the company stating that I wanted a refund and requested the address to which I got a reply back saying "Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our UK warehouse and then we will initiate the refund GBP 31.60 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instruction.
Option2: We can send you a GBP 22.12 coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. Meanwhile you can keep the item(s).
Option3: We can refund you GBP 15.80 (50% of the product value) and you can still keep the item(s)."
I thought ok great, they have replied quite promptly offering different things but still no instructions on how to return or a delivery address!
I sent the package back to the warehouse return address I found on the outside of the packing with a hand written note asking for a refund. Maybe I shouldnt have done this but I was afraid it would go past the return date which is 14 days from receiving the item and as I now know its a company based in China I can see it wont get back in time.
I am still awaiting an answer and just want my money back on my paypal.
Generally really disappointed with the service and returns policy and quality of goods.

Just received my order yesterday. I was disgusted... this is the worst quality of clothing i have ever seen! These dresses are made with the cheapest fabric ever... no designer tags of any sort... so it was probably made at someones' home. Just disgusted that this sham is allowed to happen. Never again... won't buy anything else from overseas!

Ordered Item ******* Order NO. ************** on 4/24/18. Rcvd dress wrinkled and stuffed in plastic bag delivered by DHL 5/1/18. No zipper and had to pull over head and difficult to take off. Would not recommend.
This is ridiculous. I returned my item as directed. Photo copied the Postal receipt and tracked the dress. This company now has my dress return AND my refund. I cannot get any satisfaction. Im ready to seek legal advice. Never will I order from here ever again. No one responds!
I ordered some items in February, every time I contacted them they would give me another excuse. I now want a refund, they said I have to wait 7-14 days. They took payment from my card immediately! Horrendous service
I purchased two dresses that looked like they would be for summer very bad material. I returned the items. Floryday did not want the product they wanted to give me 50% of my purchase, I agreed. I never received the refund, so I then returned the dresses at my cost. Since February 2nd I have been trying to get a refund, they said they have not received the items, so I am not getting a return and that the problem is with my bank. I am now in the process of having my bank charge back the purchase. This is the worst service. They have no process in place to even have a return policy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
