I ordered a dree from Floryday. The dress received was nothing like I ordered down to the color. When contacted got the run around. I would like to return the dress. In the meantime I will contact the back and dispute the charges.

Never order off this company! They should be shut down. They had my money for 8 weeks before the tatty made clothes arrived. Numerous of emails to them, I have never come across a company as bad as this. The clothes arrived and I just laughed when I saw them. £110 and I wouldnt even give them to a charity shop, they went straight in the bin.

Cant call a phone number for customer service. Have to type in a gigantic order number to inquire about my status. You have to email everything. No physical person to talk to. Very shady!
I received my order over a month after ordering and realized why it took so long. They must make these when ordered and they are not professionally made clothes. They look like they were homemade by a very inexperienced seamstress. The fabric is nothing like the picture. They are really small. I don't even know if these are their pictures or if they've just taken them off the internet somewhere and then try to make the clothes. I'm going to see if I can dispute through my credit card since the return process looks like it will be unlikely that I'll get anything accomplished. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I spent £183 on clothes three months ago, that I have never received. They took the money out of my account immediately, on the day of the order. I've had no response to all my desperate emails to them & no refund. I can't believe I fell for the SCAM.
I am disabled and not able to go clothes shopping, for my daughters wedding. I ordered everything I needed from Floryday for the wedding weekend away, and was left with not enough money and no time to shop elsewhere. Gutted

FloryDay resolved my issue and my package finally arrived. Really cute dress but it ran small. The issue was with the mailing process.
I ordered 5 blouses and received them 4 weeks later. Even though I took note of their measurements when I made my choice of sizes all of them are a poor fit and the quality leaves a lot to desire. I would like to return them. I have read other reviews and have seen that there is little I can do as no return address is on offer. I feel very disillusioned and had. What a fool I will pass on my experience to others.
I ordered 3 pair of shoes for a wedding. I paid for expedited shipping. There is no phone number to call. I haven't received any info. Nor can I get a phone number to call. My products were due 12 days ago. I am issuing a complaint with the BBB
I ordered a dress. I was told 5-10 days but it took two months to receive. I was soooo disappointed with the quality of the fabric. The dress was not cheap so I expected a much better quality. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I just tucked the dress in my drawer and decided not return it. IF it took two months to receive I can't image them trying to refund the money. I probably won't hear from them at all But they took their money the same day i placed the order.
I recently ordered 3 tops a belt and necklace from this site. Firstly people should be aware that their sizes are tiny in comparison to British standards. When I contacted this company to return the useless items instead of a return address given I am now involved in a ludicrous to and fro debate. Not only have they tried to put me off from requesting a full refund they also told me they couldn't accept the belt back for hygiene reasons. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous? Not only does it state on their website that you can return belts within the 14 day period it's the only item that doesn't come into direct contact with your skin making it the most hygienic item I purchased. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE COMPLETE CON-ARTISTS AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE BELOW PARR. I will be taking my complaint to trading standards and urge everyone else that has been ripped off to do the same.
I eventually received a full refund after they tried to bribe me to remove my review. They actually offered me all the useless items I had purchased with a full refund if I removed my review. Which I let them know was an insult and that they'd missed the whole point. Which is that their sizes are inaccurate in comparison to British standards as is the quality and their customer service is utterly atrocious. They should provide free no quibble returns like they advertise. I did not write this review for freebies I wrote my experience to warn others what to expect. This company should be avoided!
I bought some handbags which I did not like and against my expectations, Floryday treated me very fairly and returned all my money immediately with no hassle and did not even ask for the return of the handbags so I have to be fair and say that they exceeded my expectations. With that experience in mind I would say give them a try!

Ridiculous amount of time spent on emails trying to get a return address. Live chat sends automated messages and then stops responding. No phone number and no way to return! Buyers beware!
