I chose "expedited shipping" and i received the dress on time, and i loved it! And i also cancelled one order and received a refund for it within one week.
It does take a lot of time for the order to arrive from China, but the estimated time they said it would take to get here was very accurate. I ordered 3 dresses. My only problem was that one of the dresses that arrived was not one that I had ordered. The other 2 were great and looked just like the pictures. I have just emailed them about the mix up on getting the wrong dress, so I will see if they get back to me on that. The package just arrived yesterday so I will hope for a quick response.
I am desperately trying to get my refund back from this company and I realized today, 03/10/18, that I have been blocked from their customer service. Ordered in February am desperately trying to get my refund back from this company and now they blocked my connection with their customer service. Ordered on February 02,2018 - and canceled 02/15... so far I have gotten absolutely ZERO back.

CHINA FAKE STORE - STAY AWAY
I have ordered from and promptly cancelled my order after I read the REAL reviews. Please ignore all the "verified purchase" and notice how many "reviewers" have only written one review. This is a scam.
Can anyone give me the return address please as I have a dress to return to floryday I have never got anything before without a return address.
I placed an order with Floryday thinking they were in England on the 7th February for a dress and a pair of shoes for a wedding I attended last Saturday 3rd March. The order still hasn't arrived The money came out of my account on the 8th February. I just received a text to say it was being delivered today a month later!
And I would have to pay excise duty of 39 euro. This is not what I signed up for. How can I return the items or get Floryday to pay the excise?

I was scammed with an inferior product through false advertising, with no reply from returns. After seeing my negative review on sitejabber, I received an email from FloryDay asking me to delete my review to receive my money back. They gave me a four-step process to do this successfully with sitejabber. They said I could keep the horrible top... I wouldn't want it back either! Once the negative review against their company is removed, they would return my money if they could. If they couldn't I could once again deal with their return department, which is non-existent. Quite an operation. I can't even give this cheap polyester top away as a gift or donation. Going in the garbage... what a waste and a complete scam. Despicable! A BIG ZERO STAR FOR FLORYDAY.
Ordered a cotton top, and received a cheap polyester, poorly made product that was many sizes too small. Submitted a return request, and I have not been contacted as specified on the site. I've been scammed!
Ordered a dress and contrary to their shipping policy I waited weeks and still nothing had been shipped. It took several emails before I could even get a response from them. Also, don't bother calling, your call just goes to a voicemail. I finally managed to cancel my order after I was told it would take another 6 weeks before my item would ship. I did finally get a refund but none of it was worth the hassle. My advice is NEVER to order from these people.
Unfortunately, I did NOT read reviews of this website prior to ordering from them. I placed an order online on 2/10/2018, and within hours, I emailed the company to cancel my order. I did this via their website, but did not receive any return email saying that they would cancel. I have subsequently emailed them multiple times, and still have not heard from them. I am going to seek legal counsel if I do not receive confirmation that they have cancelled my order, and returned the purchase price to my account
I bought two dresses and the money went out of my account 10 days ago on 18 February. Had a confirmation email saying theyd let me know by email when they were shipped - Still no sign of any dresses and no shipping email. I emailed them to ask when theyd be delivered - nothing back so far. Im getting worried this is a scam company and really regretting buying from them now. Im wishing Id read these reviews before buying as I probably wouldnt have done.
I was extremely grateful and impressed on the quality of the dress that I have purchased considering that the dress was very affordable. The dress fits me perfectly. I bought 3 coats recently (January 2018). The quality of all 3 coats was substandard (tattered hems, not finished properly, flimsy material) and not at all like the website pictures. Based on the return policy - I tried to return the items and had to pay shipping back to China.
Shop elsewhere where you can return faulty and substandard clothing.
Took forever to receive, was the wrong size and was/looked cheaply made. Learn from my mistake don't lose your hard earn money.
