I placed an order for my SIL birthday. The flowers were never delivered and no one even called or emailed me regarding the issue that they didn't have a florist to fill the order. They deducted the money from my account. When I spoke to them they offered to send the next day but then came back and said they didn't have a florist to do that either. I would not refer this place to anyone. Call a florist yourself, I'm sure it will be easier and cheaper. I would rate this place a zero
They deserve negative rating, but it is not here to select. I placed birthday order for my daughter 2 days in advance they confirmed the order and delivery in the area. On the birthday date, late afternoon service representative left me a voice mail saying unfortunately florist in the area is not available and they can't deliver, and it will be next day without regret anything. I called back saying not acceptable then they lied to me saying they reached out other florists, and it will be delivered at the end of the day. I got an email saying we tried to deliver but couldn't another big lie.
Next day morning another person left voice mail saying they don't deliver in the area at all! These are bunch of liars and can't be trusted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO RELIABILITY AND FULL OF LIES.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a dear friend of mine to be delivered on 8/23/ 24. They were never delivered however florists.com did call local florist of the town that the lady lived in to set up a delivery. Florists.com said I ordered a dozen roses however was a lie I ordered a bouquet with sunflowers and only offered the local florist $39 of $60.45 that they charged me. I will say every florist in the local town rejected the order. The website I ordered from never called me and told me anything I still have not received my money back on my card yet. I have filed a report of being scammed from this website. I called one of the local florists in the town my dear friend lives in and ordered my bouquet of flowers and she said you are the one I rejected, never order from florist.com it is a scam. The local florists delivered a beautiful arrangement to my dear friend that is with me paying what was charged online but I gave it all to the local florist be careful what you order online.
We ordered what it was looking like a beautiful heart of white flowers with the stand for a funeral and never arrived. When checking the order it said "Delivered" but it was a lie, it never arrived to the funeral home. The customer service returned call person didn't know what happened or how to check where it was delivered to as they work with local vendors to do so and were not opened. The refund was requested and an email received with the refund process confirmation, but it was not the original intention. We didn't look good at the funeral because no flowers. I immediately checked the reviews and multiple postings are referring to the same issues. I should have checked the reviews before buying from them. My mistake. I am not ordering from them anymore and will advise to others about this if possible.
My order never showed. I contacted them on 5/14 looking for it, and was told the florist was too busy the day before, which was 5/13 and that they could be delivered the following day, which would have been 5/15. When I ordered the flowers, the delivery date was 5/8-5/12 as they were intended for Mother's Day. I told her that, and I also told her I did not want the flowers that I ordered for Mother's Day, to be delivered the Wednesday after, the damage and disappointment has already been done. AFTER she cancels the order, she then informs me it will be 30-45 BUSINESS days for my money to be refunded, which I find to be ludacris considering it's 2024 and everything is digital! Had I not called looking for my delivery, I truly believe those flowers wouldn't have been delivered, or my money refunded (IF I even receive a refund). I especially think this after reading other reviews about this company, which I should have done before ordering from them. Lesson learned. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because you have to. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company and buy local.
BUYERS BEWARE! Not only did florist.com cancel my order 2 DAYS before Mother's Day, but they also told me that it's going to take them 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS to return the $20 I spent on a bouquet for my mom. How is it possible that any business can justify taking so long to return $20+ a shipping charge? Where has my money gone? It's beyond ridiculous. I placed my order two weeks ago and now I have to pay double the price to get flowers elsewhere and they won't even arrive on time because it's so last minute. I will never use this site again and I caution everyone else to not repeat my mistakes!
I ordered flowers for a friend undergoing surgery 5 days in advance. Florists.com NEVER DELIVERED the flowers and they acted like this was normal! I demanded a refund and they did do that, but why is this company even in business if they are not doing what they say they will? I see tons of negative reviews now, which I wish I had seen before ordering with them. They had a special and I tried it. Never again. If you care about the loved one receiving flowers, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND WILL NOT DELIVER!
Mad for not looking/reading reviews before ordering! Ordered flowers 4/17/24 - (4) arrangements delivered to same address for delivery on 4/24/24 for Admin Professionals day. What a joke at 4pm still NO flowers - I've contacted so called customer service twice and all they tell me is the local shop is not answering so they don't know anything. Really!?!? I know a few things - I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN. I also know that the flowers are not going to arrive and I will never get a refund from these SCAM ARTISTS!

Back in 2020 I ordered a funeral spray which was never delivered. Had to fight for a refund. Forgot this was the place I used before and ordered a funeral spray on Marcg 2nd to be delivered March 7th. Nothing was delivered March 7th (for the viewing), so I called customer service the morning of March 8th (date of actual funeral). They call the florist and no answer. They tell me to try later. One hour before the funeral, after confirming with the funeral director that nothing had been delivered, I called again. Still no answer from florist. Once again requested a refund. Use these people only if you want to have your time wasted. Otherwise, RUN!
They cancelled my order the day of delivery because the driver left the store without it (what an idiot!). Was a special occasion, and was left with no flowers.
I ordered a flower basket to my mom's house for her birthday. I paid extra money for quicker delivery to arrive on the day of her birthday. Firstly, it arrived a few days after the special delivery I had paid for, which I was not refunded for. Secondly, it did not come with the card that I had paid for, which was disappointing. The flowers themselves were SQUISHED. The plant was supposed to be living, not cut, so that she could water them daily, but all of the flowers were already dead and mangled upon arrival. I had emailed them with photos that my mom had sent me of the product (photos were taken directly after arrival), so I sent these photos to their email within one day (their refund/replacement policy is 3 days). Their "customer service" replied to me a week later and told me that because it had been a week and their policy was three days. This obviously was a bit frustrating because it was not my fault that these people took an entire week to reply to me. Anyways, I hassled them to death. Literally had harassed them with probably around 30+ emails (which took around two months) and I FINALLY got my replacement! The replacement flowers were only slightly better than the last, but my mom had managed to fix up the first basket of flowers and intended to do the same with the second. A year later and both baskets of flowers look very nice in her home (no thanks to the company), but I will never ever order again from these people.
Tldr: Company sent a really bad basket of flowers late, took me months to get a replacement, they were very rude over email and uncooperative, but the flowers look nice after a year
I would give minus 5 stars if possible. I found out that you can not reach this company when my flowers were late. Tried calling recording said "we do not except phone order, good bye". Tried emailing 6 times and received an error message that said to try later, 2 days later I still
Get the message. Tried the chat, asks for order number then email then phone then it appears they are going to respond and 25 min later no further response. The flowers did come. Not anything like what I ordered. Paid 75.00 for a dozen red/pink roses 6 gerber daisies and 6 green things. Came with a cheap vase. They were not arranged which was a shock to me. They came in a box. I could have bought flowers/vase and stick them in a vase for 25.00. So I paid 50.00 for a lot of frustration and so embarrassed to have sent my dtr flowers she had to arrange. They did notify me of the delivery and I responded to the email to get no response. I purchased thru Rakuten who also does not back their sponsors. I would avoid the company!

A family member was in the hospital. Ordered Poinsettia to be delivered. It wasn't delivered and I had to call Florist to find out what happened. They ran out of Poinsettias and didn't bother to inform us.
Ordered Flowers to be delivered for funeral service. I. I got the confirmation and was charged but they never actually processed the order or delivered the flowers.
There is no way to get hold of them. Any of the online forms that I've tried to use to contact them either tell me my order number is not valid, which it is. Or as soon as I fill in the data and click send I get an air sending. If I call there's an automated voice system that says they're not accepting orders via phone which disconnects right away. I have been sitting on chat for over an hour trying to get a life person and apparently they don't exist. Do not use this company.
Very upset that I ordered this in time for my godchild's 7th birthday, Oct 20th, and it arrived LATE, 21st! I ordered it on Oct 16th. Why was it not shipped in time for delivery on Oct 20th? Their error not mine! Not dependable shipping! I hope it is satisfactory when she opens the box! Not happy at all!
I placed an order on a Thursday that was supposed to be delivered Friday the item was never delivered I called them on Sunday they guaranteed that would be delivered first thing Monday morning still was not delivered I called Monday afternoon they guarantee it would be delivered by 4 PM it is now 6 PM on Monday and it has not delivered and they are not excepting phone calls. This place is a scam
Reading these reviews made me nervous, but my experience was positive. I ordered my flowers one day in advance and they were delivered by 3 PM. The vase was different than pictured (though similar) but the flowers were fresh and beautiful. My recipient was delighted.
I ordered a bouquet for $60 that was full and colorful and gorgeous to be delivered for my sisters birthday and they were delivered a day late and looked like a bouquet you could get at a grocery store for $9.99. It was horrible. They have no way to call and when I try to email them it errors out. I hope people. Unlike me, read reviews before giving this place their money
