Refund policy akin to outright Theft
October 7, 2022

Orderde flowers to be sent to friend in Paris. As I clicked out of PAY page, a splash showed quickly that the PARIS address was changed to my address in LOS ANGELES. Trying to get a hold of any Support was BY FloraQueen design IMPOSSIBLE! No phones, no direct link e-mails came back as mailer daemons. As a result, the 'TIME'allowed for a refund was well past, amnd the flowers 'SHIPPED' before I heard back. Once shipped, their policy is NO REFUND. So they waited to reply until AFTER SHIPPED so NO refund. Then they CANCELLED the shipment and gave me a VOUCHER for the COST. Then, everytime I accessed the site, all the flowers that were in the $34'to $80 range were in $100 -$! 40 range. I waited a few weeks until a new add came to my inbox. I clicked that link and saw the $34-$80 range flowers. Tried to rebuy my originals, NOT AVAILABLE in THE US. OK, so I put in another selection for about the same amount, maybe a little less. NO PLACE TO ENTER the VOUCHER, only credit card or PAYPAL. I read a review of someone who had a similar issue, and FLoraQueen CHARGED their CREDIT CARD the FULL AMOUNT, and never honored the VOUCHER! THEY ARE NOTHING LESS THAN CROOKS! DON'T USE THEM! IF you do, USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother in Hong Kong and I paid 100 for this service to surprise her on the morning of her 70th birthday. I specified the time of delivery to be before 2pm. By 2.30pm, my father, who was the contact for the delivery, had heard nothing and he messaged me to ask what was going on.

I looked on the website and they do not give updates on the status of delivery so I tried to call the "customer service" phone number and got through to an automated message in Spanish after which it hung up on me. I tried again and the same thing happened so I emailed them. I received an email message back saying they were sorry and they would try to do everything to sort it out, but if nothing happened they would give me a refund!
A few hours later, there was still no further contact or update. I asked for them to try to deliver the flowers the next day rather than give me a refund and I still did not get a reply.
My parents waited the next day just in case and then my father was called by the local flower shop saying they could not deliver before late afternoon. He was quite angry by this point and asked me to cancel the order. I emailed to cancel the order - and I still had had no reply email from "customer service" for my previous emails.
Then suddenly the flowers arrived.
The lack of communication and the confusion which arose from this, causing my parents having to delay my mum's 70th birthday celebration because they had been waiting for the flowers to arrive is completely unacceptable. Through this whole process, I received one email from Flora Queen which didn't confirm anything at all and was totally unhelpful.

To have paid 100 for this absolutely ridiculous farce of a delivery is beyond comprehension. I will never be using Flora Queen again and I would highly recommend that anyone considering it should think about using someone else.

Flowers were ordered for the openingsnight of my daughter's new business. All was well until 13h11 when I suddenly got a mail saying that I had to give a Spanish telephone number instead of the one I gave on the order form. On the order form I gave a Belgian mobile number and a mail confirming our order said everything was ok. No mention of the Spanish number
Then we got a mail with a dead link and confusing information that the address and/or contact details were incorrect. My daughter has ordered several items for her new shop and none of the involved companies have "lost" their way. So the address is correct.
An extremely unhelpful "Monica" told us, to tell our daughter, to go and pick up her flowers herself in the warehouse of the transport company
Because the transport company MRW Spain can only call local numbers the contact details were considered incorrect!
We are almost 2020 and this is Europe!
On top of that she said it was delivery policy and that they could do nothing about it and that we wouldn't get a refund, ending the mail with "sorry"!
So on the opening night no flowers were delivered, instead they are laying somewhere in a warehouse from the transport company MRW Spain because the given phone number is not a local one.
Why was this not mentioned in the beginning. Why was our order accepted if the "details" were incorrect!
We are utterly disappointed in the apparent lack of service. We paid 65,90 for flowers, it is not only about the money but about the way they hide behind this "policy" and simply don't give a damn!
After an initial complaint, we got a reply that they were going to take up the issue with the florist. They gave us a dead link and asked us to confirm the delivery address and give them again the mobile number of my daughter.
A very transparent way of saying that the case is closed and a blatant display of their inefficiency.
Do not use this company!

My boyfriend tried to get me nice flowers that were supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago. To this day, nothing happened. I wasn't home the first time they tried to deliver, but the website still told my boyfriend that everything was delivered just fine. Only when he let them know, that I didn't get anything (not even a call, even though they said they would call me if I wasn't home), they admitted that they were unable to get them to me. The second time, I made sure to stay home (on a beautiful Saturday) to wait for the flowers. And again, nothing happened (again, no phone call either), but my boyfriend was again told that they had been delivered. When he told them that the flowers did't make it to me, they said the person dropped them at someone else's apartment, The only problem is that the name they gave is nowhere to be found in my building, and again: I was home the entire time with my phone right next to me! We emailed them dozens of times and they even tried to make it our fault, saying that they did offer a 20% discout (for NO flowers!) and that the flowers were delivered to a different person (who doesn't exist and even if that person existed, that's not a reason for giving them the flowers instead of me, who was home the entire day). We also tried to call them, but the costumer service hotline in Spain is a joke and the worst I've ever seen. Even though I called several time, I never made it through. They're answers to emails were short, completely false ans always late. They failed to answer the simplest of questions, for example who their partner company in Germany was, so I couId directly call them.
I would never ever buy there again. Stay away from this!

It is now the 16th of February and FloraQueen has still failed to deliver the flowers and chocolates I ordered for my mother for Valentine's Day. Their customer service is a useless, obfuscatory mess. I strongly caution against using this fraudulent service.

UPDATE: FloraQueen did indeed respond as they indicate below. But the response was in keeping with their bad faith: They refused to give me a full refund and instead presented me with a laughable, 10 Euro credit for a $150 order. The gift, btw, STILL hasn't come (I type this at 1:00 p.m on 2/16; the latest I was promised was 2/15, and their own records say it's still in preparation.)

I told FloraQueen that their response was unacceptable and insulting and that I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They will need to take me to court if they want me to pay for a service they manifestly did not deliver.

UPDATE 2: FloraQueen CLAIMED that the order was delivered on February 17th at 8:15 a.m. Not only would this have been 2 days after the order was promised but it was FALSE. The order was never delivered.

Now, they are asking me for more information. I would hope this review would be sufficient, along with sending them the order number.

UPDATE 3: I just received what looks to be a botmail from FloraQueen. My response: Hi Veronica,

Thanks for the email. But I would note: a) it comes THREE WEEKS after my last contact, and b) does not include the link referred to.

This, I'm sorry to say, is in keeping with the sub-sub-subpar level of service I have experienced from FloraQueen, and it underscores why I have contested the charge and have demanded a full refund. The bank that issues my credit card is looking into the situation. I will continue to spread the word about FloraQueen's woeful performance in response to the order I placed in hopes that my mom would receive roses and chocolate on Valentine's Day, an order that NEVER arrived, even after being told that it was arriving two days late after it was promised. An immediate, full refund would go some way toward repairing the breach. I advise you to do that.

I ordered flowers for my wife at FloraQueen in November this year on her birthday. As a result, they did not deliver flowers; they did not return the money. On the day of delivery, no one from this company even tried to call me or my wife. I do not recommend anyone to make any orders at this company. Here are my last posts for this company.

I don't understand why you are asking to confirm the delivery address and phone number of the recipient. What will it change? The recipient was at the place at the address indicated in the order, he had on his hands the phone turned on, the number of which I correctly indicated in the order. Many friends congratulated my wife on the phone.
I indicated the address of the house in the address according to the reservation of apartments in Lisbon. I did not indicate the apartment number because I did not know it. I was sure that professionals work in FloraQueen and, having the name of the recipient and his phone, they will be able to deliver flowers and make a surprise.
For some reason, in other cases, it was easy for other suppliers to do this. This is not the first time I have ordered flower delivery this way and such a bad situation for the first time.
On his wife's birthday, no one from Flora Queen even tried to call her or me. Modern communications make this easy to do.
I understand that the FloraQueen employees don't give a damn that my wife didn't receive flowers from me on her birthday. And I lost my money. Now you can easily find a thousand reasons why I'm wrong, and FloraQueen is right. You can easily find thousands of rules that I violated when ordering, but which were not specified when placing the order. There was not even the opportunity to leave comments on the order, so I sent a clarifying letter on the same day.
Why can't you see the delivery address in my order, but ask me for it?
In conclusion, I once again want to express my extreme indignation at the FloraQueen service!
I really regretted that I came across this service on the Internet.
I understand that no one will return the money to me, so do not write me more!
I promise that I will no longer order at Flora Queen (give them money). And I'll tell all my friends so that they don't decide to order anything in this company, where the client is always to blame for any misunderstanding.
