The worst flower delivery service

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent flower delivery I received from your esteemed flower shop. The purpose of sending flowers to my dear friend was to bring joy and happiness into her day, but unfortunately, the delivery has caused nothing but sadness and frustration.

First and foremost, upon opening the package, we discovered that the flower arrangement was covered in an excessive amount of dust from the earth. The flowers, which should have been vibrant and fresh, were tarnished and unattractive due to the layers of dust that covered them. This not only compromised the visual appeal of the flowers but also created an unhygienic and unpleasant experience.

Furthermore, to my astonishment, I found that the box containing the flowers was filled with garbage, which became mixed with the dust, further diminishing the overall presentation of the bouquet. This lack of care and attention to detail is simply unacceptable, considering the premium price I paid for the delivery.

Additionally, I had specifically requested a potted arrangement, as advertised and included in the price I paid. However, there was no pot included with the delivery, leaving me with just a bare bouquet of flowers that lacked the intended elegance and longevity. Moreover, the accompanying card, which was supposed to convey a heartfelt message, was missing entirely, leaving the gesture incomplete and impersonal.

To compound the issue, the flower delivery was egregiously late, arriving long after the intended surprise factor had dissipated. The flowers were simply left unattended at the recipient's doorstep, without any consideration for the delicate nature of the product or the potential for theft or damage.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience, as it was the worst flower delivery service I have ever encountered. I had expected a professional and timely service that would convey my affection and appreciation, but instead, I am left with a shoddy and disappointing delivery.

To resolve this matter, I kindly request that you take the following actions:

Compensate for the emotional distress caused by the tarnished surprise and the disappointment experienced by both the recipient and myself.
Take immediate steps to rectify the issues within your delivery service, ensuring that future customers do not encounter similar problems.
Offer an apology for the subpar delivery and the inconveniences caused.
To support my complaint, I have attached a photograph clearly depicting the deplorable condition in which the flowers were delivered. This visual evidence serves to illustrate the extent of the problem and highlights the failure of your delivery service.

Hi,

I had a bad experience with this company. It was a first to order flowers from a website. My friend was working in Portugal and it was her birthday, as I could not come visit, I wanted to send her a bouquet and even added a bottle of wine they suggested since she was with another friend of mine (I wanted them to enjoy it together). I ordered for a delivery on the same day.

Consequence: I received an email saying they were unable to deliver at the address given and they told me to contact Customer Service to change the information. So, I was like "ok, let's give another one then".
- I sent them new info and received a response from some M*nica who told me she gave the information to their florist
- In the meantime, I received no information on when it would be delivered etc. so with no news, I sent another message asking when it would be delivered as the birthday was already a bit far and she wasn't with my friend anymore> M*nica answers that she sent the information to the florist
- I sent another message saying that if they didn't deliver soon, I might as well get a refund and buy her something else > no response
- Sent another message to ask for a refund cause at this point what was the gift even for and the flowers might as well be dead and my friend had left Portugal > M*nica makes me understand that I can't get a refund and says that I didn't give the right info so it was not possible to deliver... I received no message of the sort
- I ask if she can give me more details on the delivery so I can understand
- Some Gi*nc*rlo comes in and says - with a very automatized message - that I didn't give "the name of the recipient" and that if I give incorrect information, I can't get a refund
- I screenshot my message with every information I have given which includes the name of the recipient - I highlighted everything so I was sure they could see > no response
- I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a response from them and another one the next day
- I receive the EXACT same answer saying that I did not give the recipient's name and I am not untitled to a refund as this is incorrect information > at this point I am just thinking "they are playing me"
- I'm from France so I ask them if they can redirect it to France so I can try to get an order here at least cause I didn't want to have paid for nothing > no response
- I sent another message asking for a response > Some Esth*r comes in and dare yes DARE to talk to me about the current health crisis blablabla - note that my request was prior ANY big measures were taken in Europe so this was none of my concern in this matter unless they told me that they would deliver and that it would take a bit of time > I would have been ok with it as long as I get something since I have paid
- At this point, I am highly annoyed at how disrespectful they are as none of the things she said in her message responded to everything I asked about so I will make a ticket a day if necessary until they refund me. If they are playing, I am NOT.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received and the flowers that were eventually delivered to my Nan for her Birthday were a week late and the state in which the flowers arrive was disgraceful and defiantly not worth the money I had spent.

The flowers were half dead with the other half dying, the flowers were the same flowers that were cut over a week ago and were not fresh despite several email requests and my Nan's request when she finally got hold of the courier.

Please note that while this arrangement may not have been you most expensive flower arrangement, however when you convert the Euro to Australian dollars it is almost double the cost. Normally the cost wouldn't bother me as these were for my Nan, however when the flowers arrived in the state in which these did I should demand a refund as these were not up to supermarket quality let alone the cost I had paid.

The contact information for the courier used was all in Spanish with no english option - this was for both the website link and the call centre. When I emailed FloraQueen customer service centre I was brushed aside and my concern over my order was not given the attention or the compassion as I would expect from a supplier who deals mostly with overseas and online orders.

I was told to that my Nan had to call the courier as FloraQueen would not to arrange for another delivery. I would like to stress I did not pay the courier but I paid FloraQueen, therefore I would expect (as per any other online delivery) that FloraQueen would contact the courier and chase up what had happened to my delivery instead of having to do the leg work myself.

After I received the first email response from Pam, I then followed up my email four times. These emails were unanswered and I did not even receive an email stating that my claim was being looked into. After receiving no response I proceeded to contact FloraQueen contact centre three more times. The final response I received form Martyna, whose email was snarky and unsympathetic and had the distinct tone that I was becoming a nuisance and repeated to tell me to contact the courier myself to either arrange a pick up or a new delivery.

When my Nan finally got in contact with the courier she was informed that the original courier on the 7th May went to the wrong address. Therefore the flowers that didn't arrive until the 14th May had been held up at some depo with no care to keep them in presentable condition nor with any attempt to try and contact me or my Nan.

This whole experience has been deeply upsetting and the treatment I have received has been disgraceful and unacceptable. I will not be using your services any longer.

My wife just called me just now 25-10-2018 at 01:45AM Australia time in Bosnia will be 24-10-2018 04:45PM, She advised me that she refused the flowers as it wasn't as descripted and there was no gift card or vase and the flower wasn't as the description we requested. When my wife told the lady florist who was delivering the flowers that the order I ordered is not what I requested and the flowers nearly dead (not the premier quality I ordered 12 roses) and it was in a very small box from carton (Not the Vase I paid for it) and there was no card or the message I write for her.
The Lady answered my wife in a very very rude way that she received a message from flora queen to deliver this and they pay her 46,00 only. My wife refused to receive this scam and the lady continuo to be rude to my wife and told my wife that she give it to my wife for free. My wife refused to receive this garbage.
I contact Flora Queen (No Answer at all)

Don't order from them you waisting your money and the moment you want to share it with other. Extremely disappointed.
