There support is quite bad. I have done one sales for more then 27 days, ask then to solve the issue with id versification there support team not even reply fore more then 15 days and not able to solve the issue due to which sale not able to complete ticket id:- *******, *******,*******

I try to contact all way but there team is not even checking the ticket for more then 15 days. Do thing after this any one will use it even after sale they not able to solve the problem i am facing due to which the sale not completed

Such unprofessional support. They allowed a seller to cancel a $10,000 transaction through their platform and I lost over $2,000 to get the money back.

To add insult to injury the seller reported my account and I got suspended and now banned for no apparent reason.

This is a warning to all of you wanting to try and purchase through flippa to DON'T go into it.

Use alternative services.

UPDATE:

Flippa is illegally refusing to remove my data from their website and services for over a year now. To add to unsult, somehow my data was leaked from Flippa and i'm getting scam sms to as "A Premium Flippa Buyer."

Stay away from Flippa!

Purchased a site that was already sold
March 18, 2021

I purchased a site on a Friday evening from a known company that builds affiliate sites. After not hearing from them through the weekend I emailed them directly and called their office in Texas. It wasn't until I reached someone at their office and they explained that the site was sold off of their website days earlier.
Now I get that these things happen but the lack of communication from this company and the lack of urgency on his part is a problem.
Also, what ever the procedure that Flippa has for sites to be brought down from a listing needs to be changed. If a company sells a site on their website they need to be able to have their site removed from public view on Flippa until it can be removed from the site completely.

Very poor customer service.

I made a purchase had issues asked Flippa what my options are, received very copy and paste replies
Money is in escrow spoke to them only Flippa can cancel sale

Supplier didn't disclose a lot of things and issues with site which wasn't known at time of agreement of price.

Opened a dispute still waiting... site has been returned to seller... asked Flippa for an update 2x now still no reply

Dispute opened last Sunday and we are 6 days later still waiting.

Made a 2nd purchase and has Flippa assistance seller not responding have funds ready to pay

Again no help from Flippa

I'm here to stand up as well against the injustice that Flippa did to a small seller.

The company Broozbirds by Fazekas Norbert (*******) was a trusted business and Norbert is my friend. It seems like without any sensible reason Flippa banned his company. This is wrong. If we let big companyes do what ever they want they will.

They banned him and gave no chance to reply. They took away a his business with a click of a button with a non sensible reason and no matter who hard he tries to contact them they made their mind up. They won't contact him.

Their reason for all this: Few buyers only showed interest in his products. This is suspicious so ban everybody. Oh and do not give them a opportunity to explain themselves.

Flippa.com is a house of scammers who are originaly from South Asia and they are professional scammers who sell copy right violated apps and websites and they sell the same copy to hundreds of victims and they provide the apps with no source code and keystore password and Google will suspend the app or the website eventually and when you try to Lodge a dispute flippa.com will till you sorry, deal with PayPal where they will also tell you sorry, your purchase is not covered under pay pal policy. Do not buy the apps or websites as these south Asian sellers stole a copy and illegally distribute it and Google will suspend it.

We have looked at the apps that you purchased and each seller did note that the apps were reskins and not original, we encourage buyers to ensure they do full due diligence on any goods they may be interested in to ensure they fully understand what is being sold and any risk associated with that. We do not see how you were scammed given the sellers noted the apps were reskins and not original and the actions of a third party site as the Play Store are out side of our control or the sellers and you took on any risk when purchasing the goods.
We appreciate that you have had a bad experience with goods purchased and we are sorry to hear that however we do provide a wealth of materials in our support area for buyers and sellers to make use of to understand how Flippa works as well as tip and help on staying safe to avoid issues etc.

While the site (design, functionality, etc.) are really good, BEWARE, the customer support is HORRIBLE. They will find any reason to ban an account, and will NOT refund you the ridiculous price you paid to get your site listed.)

Buying and selling sites is a great way to make some extra cash, and it's tempting to use their service, but contact site owners directly, avoid dealing with these people.

Flippa, as it turned out, checks all users through the Russian system (I checked everything myself, the owners of this system are three Russian founders). That is, all your data ends up in Russia. I did not like it and I decided to return the money through my bank. I didn't write anything in Flippa, nothing at all. Several times they wrote to me from Flippa to indicate the reason for the cancellation, but this is a trap, they cannot be answered, Flippa will provide your correspondence to the bank and the refund will be canceled. I wrote to the bank that I want to return the money due to the Russian identity verification. The money was returned to me after 62 days.

Terrible customer service. Flippa Escrow was not working and when I tried explainin this to them, they told me I was wrong. My response had swear words in it so they banned me lol. What a joke. All I wanted to do was give them my money lmao

If you happen to be lucky, you may get a good purchase from Flippa however most of the sellers on Flippa are selling bogus products. If you happen to purchase one of these products from dishonest sellers, Flippa will refuse to help and will always close the case in sellers favor as they have a vested interest in the fees.
*A tip - never use Flippa Escrow, you will never get your funds back if there is an issue. It's best to use the real Escrow service or PayPal. If there is an issue you may have a chance to claim chargeback.

This process ensures that you have time to fully review everything prior to your payment being released to a seller; and if there is a problem, you can raise a dispute directly with us whilst funds are still securely held in Escrow. Banned my account because i ask seller why this pr6 site has no Traffic and they Ban my Account without any explain or investigate the case
Worst company, no support nothing, they only care about fees from sellers. They will find any reason to ban an account, and will NOT refund you the ridiculous price you paid to get your site listed.

Flippa not deleting classified listings even those which arent listed in the first place. A domain wasnt even listed on flippa and was pending verification, they didnt publish it, but when you delete the domain, it creates a page saying, classified cancelled.
Its hypocrasy! They are not allowing to delete domains
If we can give negative rating, the better.

Bad experience

Other poor customer support may never reply to you or give you months response time.

Flippa is similar to the second type, but worse because they do it during crisis moment and even deleted my replies in the ticket causing the whole ticket to sound like I am at fault based on my behaviour.

Also, they are very slanderous which I have proof. They promised that they would reinstate account upon submitting legal documents but they refused and continued giving reason. In addiction, when my friend emailed them asking why, they said because I did not contact them but I contacted them so much no response from them.

Although I am also at fault for breaching their guidelines without knowing, I bided my friend's auction listing and vice versa in addiction in same location, but I explained that my friend had his difficulty needed me to do it on his behalf and my friend even submitted legal documents since Flippa promised to reinstate but at the end Flippa got held of the legal documents and sent us an email saying our account has been banned.

Customer support simply does not exists! I submitted the request to refund the money that THEY double-charged about a month ago. They marked it "solved" multiple times without the refund! When I re-opened it again and again, they asked me to send them picture of myself holding my ID close to my face so they "would know I am a real person" WHAT? You collected my money from PayPal without it but to get the refund to the same PayPal account I need to submit a picture? Thanks for PayPal ateam to get me my money back otherwise I would still be waiting for it!

I was linking to my website for sale on Flippa and asking people to go there to see the details and maybe make an offer. Then someone I sent there via a link told me he was not allowed to read much about my site unless he opened an account, which he was reluctant to do. I am sure a lot of visitors (likely the vast majority) don't want to open an account to simply look. I would not do it myself if it's required.

This is a huge negative in my opinion which I am sure a lot of sellers have not thought much about or considered to be a negative. If i am paying $65 a month to list there they have no valid justification to seriously restrict the number of visitors who can look at my listing in detail.

Without an account the Flippa.com site visitor can only view short and insufficient info about the listing. When I asked their (very slow) support why the restriction all they would say is that's their policy for many years and it will not be changed and refused to answer the question about the reason why.

What a horrible company! OMG.
I can't believe this company is still alive!
Have you ever forgot to pay a bill at any other company? What would happen? You get multiple reminders by email and after some time, if still not paid, you might get suspended. Totally fair, right? But what if this really did not happen on purpose? There is always a way to appeal a suspension by contacting the support team and explaining the situation. Pay whatever you're owed, and get your account active again. Well, this is how mature and respectful companies work. NOT THE CASE WITH FLIPPA. They are inhuman, uncaring, zero compassion, robots, they simply don't care whatsoever about their customers. I got banned for a $30 overdue bill 12 years ago that I sincerely forgot to pay, since I was on vacation in Cuba, where internet back then was very limited and expensive. When I got back, I noticed the account was banned. I have been trying to rectify the situation since then. Still without luck :) Out of desperation, I opened other accounts over the years, all got banned because of the first account. All this because of a $30 bill. STAY AWAY FROM FLIPPA
