During transfer of ownership I had a problem with the seller. Flippa support staff got involved and solved the problem between buyer and seller.
Great help. Without their help it could have ended badly.
Thinking of selling a domain on Flippa?
I would not if I were you...
First of all, you are to pay a $9 up-front fee, for which you really get nothing special other than a listing. You will NOT have ANY kind of exposure other than the "ending soon" auctions in the last few minutes of your sale.
You may have hopes of being featured in "editor's choice" but if you do not know who Kevin from Flippa is, you WON'T have either "editor's choice" OR "buyers also like" because these are reserved for Kevin's little domain racket. Trust me, you are better off selling a domain on Ebay.
Flippa has caused me to lose not one but two nights of sleep. As someone based in one the hardest hit Covid l9 areas who has sick loved ones suffering from it, the last thing I need is more stress heaped on me. We're suffering here in America.
I see that I can upload photo proof here which is great compared to trustpil0t.
After being a verified seller with 100% perfect feedback for over a year, I was banned by flippa.
The reason given was incorrect. When faced with this information, Flippa came up with new reason and tried to make me look shady INSTEAD of apologizing.
So in the midst of a very scary Pandemic where the whole world is incredibly stressed, Flippa creates strife instead of appreciating the FEW honest sellers like me on their platform.
Update more shortly.
I notice some racism (they hate Ukrainians).
Doubled fees, fake people are bidding without payment need to relist ( it's take over 1 month, but domain renewal comes).
Don't use it!
Stay away!
Flippa, you banned me twice and took time&money away and not only them, you took something much more. I wrote You over 6 months ago that I'm doing this for a living and it's a single source of income.
I have verified ID, create a good websites and sold them, all was fine. You can check reviews in both accounts. I bought a lot of domains(using my savings) to list them on Flippa but now I got banned(can't sell them) and Why? I was just wondering how Flippa's new interface works and how it changes ranking. ( check id ******* chat).
Today04/12/2022 rub salt in the wound / some me some spammy emails
Ian and that company, thanks for understanding, humanity and support...
I hope You are doing well. I'm not well at all, thanks for You.
* is the rudest, most condencending "support" agent at Flippa. Rather than helping me resolve a problem with a buyer who was sending me abusive comments through the Flippa message system, * proceeded to lecture me about how it was MY fault! This went on for days and I continued to get abusive comments and Flippa did nothing because the seller was one of Flippa's "pet" sellers (a famous marketing "guru). * defended the seller and did NOTHING. This man is so horrible. I've never received such foul and pathetic service online in my life! * takes the cake! So rude! Frankly he is ruining Flippa's reputation. A few searches for "* Flippa Support" shows many other complaints. WHY does this miserable person still have a job?"

You think you can find your new business there? Think twice and then think again. The majority of the sales made through flippa are pure garbage. Maybe 98% of the stuff being sold is not something you would like to invest to.
I tried to purchase a website, the seller was neglegent and untardy to say the least. Escrow.com your partners withheld my cash for 3 weeks, I still had to pay the transaction fee even though there was a huge lack of support. I ended up losing 38 usd and a 3 week headache.
Other than that I'm willing to try again anyways see if it goes better next time round.
Tyrone.
Subject: Urgent: Request for Action on Pending Tickets
Hello *
I hope this message finds you well.
I am Rutvik, and you can find my profile here: [Your Flippa Profile Link](https://flippa.com/users/*******). I am writing to inquire about the status of the following support tickets:
1. Ticket ID: [*******](http://support.flippa.com/hc/requests/*******)
2. Ticket ID: [*******](https://support.flippa.com/hc/requests/*******)
It has come to my attention that there are pending issues with Pakistani sellers on the platform. If necessary actions are not taken promptly, I feel compelled to share my feedback on platforms such as Trustpilot and Sitejabber by this evening.
As a trusted seller with a 100% rating, it is disheartening to witness potential scams from sellers in the community. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate the matter and take appropriate action against these individuals.
Your swift response and resolution of this matter will be highly appreciated. In the absence of a timely update, I may feel obligated to bring the issue to the attention of Flippa's investors.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Rutvik

Hi All,
Flippa does not protect their sellers. I am a blogger, someone named (Justin) read my comment on any blog where I usually post comments and that person (Justin) reach me via my email (he got from blog) in which he offered me that *If I pay him $250/month then he will help me to generate fake revenue to boost my sale on Flippa* I was not agreed with it. I reported Flippa 4rth August but until today they did not replied me + they did not took action against that guy Justin. This clearly shows that the Flippa does not protect their seller but only those post scam/spam comments.
Thank you
My experience with specific transactions has always been great. In addition, I find the platform has greatly improved in terms of reducing some of the spamming and low quality listings compared with one or two years ago.
I bought an app that the seller claimed was making $500/month on average. I followed the sellers marketing techniques as stated. 30 days later the app made less than $3! On the listing he had proof of revenue which was fraudulent/fake! Flippa doesnt care to verify income claims. Flippa hasnt responded to me. Paypal refuses to refund my money. Stay away from Flippa!
Yesterday I was scammed on Flippa. I was the one who bought a web site. I paid for it but then the seller decided not to pay the fee to Flippa. He just vanished and did not care about it at all. Ultimately I was the one who needed to pay Flippa. So additionally on the price I payed for the web site (a very bad one - just another scammer selling on Flippa) I also had to pay his fee. And this is happening all the time. Persons who just wants to quickly sell a web site, sells it under protection of Flippa and then disappears leaving you to pay HIS fee.
Not only you get a web site boosted by click banks but you will also end up paying additional fees for a scammers web site. STAY AWAY and get yourself a good valid business.
So true what i read from most buyers here. I had the same experience spent $10K to realise that all the sellers had fake revenue claims
I wont be surprised if Flippa is in on it as I find it very hard to believe that there are only positive reviews on their site and they have managed to dominate the page 1 search results relating to filppa reviews
They suspended me without any warning and I never got an explanation as to why I was suspended or why to do to get my account back.
I have practically been begging them for over 10 days now and they keep ignoring my message.
They have completely stopped responding to me since a week now. However, the funny thing is that they they have the time to close the new support tickets I create but don't have the time to respond.
They have taken my identity and money I paid to list the websites and now I am being ghosted.
Appalling!
Everything is fine and perfect, but there are two things that still need to improve.
1. There is a very little gateway, they need to include more.
2. There is no option for editing the list once it published, they need to include more options.
Thanks
I just recently sold my website on Flippa and the process was really smooth. The buyer and I got support immediately from the team and provided answers to our questions. Made the selling, due diligence and closing process easy.
STAY AWAY from this scam. They stole my money. Most of the "supper sellers" on flippa are scammers and flippa protects them. If you post a negative feedback on flippa about any
"supper sellers", flippa will remove it because they wants only positive feedback so they can misguides people to buy from "supper sellers". Flippa only cares about how to steal your money.
Sellers/Buyers Beware: After selling an internet business through the Flippa Escrow service all of the sudden the customer service stopped responding 5 days ago and I have not received the funds from the sale finished two weeks ago. Not sure if Flippa is short on cash and needs to dig into the proceeds from the escrow accounts or what? Beware... Beware... Beware... Beware... Beware... Beware... Beware...
Usually, the thing is that the people that are not happy with the service make an extended effort to write a negative review for the service and happy people don't really bother.
Anyway Flippa is a great service, Just made a clean transaction and the process was smooth through Flippa Escrow. Yes they deducted their 10% (Success fee is on the higher side) but overall really a good platform considering the alternatives.
Support is a bit slow and you have to be good at what you do so not don't get scammed, but this is the deal with the internet overall, you got to be smart enough with any sort of transaction over internet. Flippa is legit and a great service.
Buyers are invited to bid for an offer by means of several emails. You bid for an offer you are interested in until the end, i. E. until you are the sole highest bidder. In the end, you don't get the online store, website, etc. that you bid for. The seller can decide at this point whether or not to sell the store at all.
Answer: Flippa runs for super sellers, and most of the super sellers are flippa employees
Answer: Same here. Extremely rude person.
Answer: Yes, they are! It's a robbed businesses model ( take fees => ban => wait for a nextone and so on...) I notice some racism (they hate Ukrainians). Doubled fees, fake people are bidding without payment need to relist ( it's take over 1 month, but domain renewal comes). Don't use it! Stay away!
