Yes, they are!
It's a robbed businesses model ( take fees => ban => wait for a nextone and so on...)
I notice some racism (they hate Ukrainians).
Doubled fees, fake people are bidding without payment need to relist ( it's take over 1 month, but domain renewal comes).
Don't use it!
Stay away!

I can concquer to this. I was a loyal customer, bought domains and websites through their website and they made me loose over $2000 when they allowed a seller to cancel a transaction even though I sent official proof of $10,000 sent by escrow.
Do not trust them.
Especially a customer care agent names Josh W who will do all he can to favour the platform and completely ignores any logical reasons behind your case.
