Washing machine problem under guarantee period
We bought marq(Flipkart brand) washing machine on Feb 2023. Within 6 months got prob. Technician said drain motor gone have to replace and same he replaced in a week. Again within 2 months in November month got prob and complaint this time they said washing motor gone. That is November 15th, technician visited 16th nov and said within a week will replace the motor but 25 days over no one has come. Whenever I cald customer care they said wait for 24-72hrs. Finally they came on 12th December. They changed the washing motor and additional they said capacitor got damaged and we have to replace that too with charge. So please don't waste money in Flipkart product and also extended warranty company name jeeves. Waste of money. Service is very worst in Flipkart. Flipkart and Jeeves is not worth even for a single star. This single star is only for the technician who visited and did serviced
Guys, who ever reading this review, please don't buy products from flip cart, no guarantee, they deliver on time, and you don't find any reason, nobody tells you reasons, and contact numbers, worst tracking system

Big Companies like Flipkart are playing with Indian Consumer very smartly and making us fool and the best part in doing all that is most of the consumer does not even know it.
When you buy a mobile in exchange for someone in your family or for yourself as in everything we Indians do Emotions are involved. And that on what Flipkart cash on they increase sale majorly by offering exchange you have already paid more than half of the amount your family member knows they are going to have a new mobile.
Doorbell ring the gentleman comes from Flipkart to check the mobile that you want to give in exchange for new. This person has no device anything like a kit that can test hardware he just sees your mobile and to your shock, he says your mobile has an issue that what happened with me the phone is like in new condition never been repaired nothing in writing is given as a report they cant as they are just doing to increase the sales.
You have only 2 option get a refund second you pay rest of money which most of the people do as they have bought the mobile for someone in the family and don't want them to feel bad.
So big Applause to Flipkart for this Organised Loot a better word then Fraud.
But we the consumer should stop buying online better to buy from a shop support middle-class businessman save Indian Small Busines.
Very poor experience this time. I ordered poco mobile on 21 Aug 2020 and they delayed too much, I was making calls for delivery. At last I cancelled the product on 30th August. But till today 5 September 2020 they have not given me my money.
When I asked them to provide seller name, address and contact details, they said it is not available. How ridiculous and stupid reply.
Means anyone can come and sell on Flipkart without disclosing his identity.
I asked to provide refund policy then they said there is no refund policy, refund policy is of RBI. What a joke it is.
I will chase them at every forum to expose the drama and cheating.
I also demand refund with interest and compensation for painful experience.
Now I need money but they have kept my ******* with them.
Why don't they clearly mention on product selling segment that payment is taken in advance and it get processed in a second but refund is processed in many days after many follow ups because of RBI guidelines. They are cheating people.

I am fed up with flipkart. They are giving flipkart pay later option to us and when we use pay leter option they generate wrong bill. I am a flipkart user since 6 years and every month i do shopping from flipkart 6 to 7k, last 1 year ago they give me pay leter option i use this option and time to time i gave the payment. But last 4 month they generate wrong bill to me when i call to them they correct my bill and i pay actual amount to them but now it's been 45 days i continually following up to them they didn't response me properly. Flipkart block my all services( cash on delivery, order issue). It is not my fault, i am not responsible for any extra charges... I try to contact with IDFC BANK( pay leter) Mr. Sudhir, Ms. Sugarna & Ms. Ruchi i mailed all the proofs to them they give me a link and said you can pay here. I raise my complain in flipkart & IDFC bank both, both are not responding me. 0 rating to flipkart & IDFC
I did order butterflu arrow 500 mixer. I reciveed damage products. I did return order. And products issue retrun by company person. But i am not received my money till now. 10 -15 time i did cl to customer care... Bakwas company service during this period... Plz don't buy in online products...

A friend told me recently to check doubly before buying any high end electronic product on Flipkart- the reason being that all the features/claims it makes about its products on sites are false and exaggerated.
Experienced this when I brought the Oppo A53s in Flipkart Diwali sale after getting carried away by its false reviews. On receiving it I was shocked that the screen display and brightness was so poor that I could barely see it in the sun and daylight. Also the phone kept hanging every 2 minutes. When I called Flipkart, I was told the problem was with the model and they could not do anything. I told them the model did not match with their description. After endless calls, they agreed to pick uo the phone for return. But instead sent a technician who maintained that the phone was still alright. Finally received a mail recently that the phone would be picked up for return. However the wait is indefinite. They are now not even accessible on their customer care. Now learnt from friends that Flipkart has taken several people for a ride in its Diwali sale. Am stranded with this useless phone. Can anything be done about it?
I have purchased a Commode chair from these stupid Flipkart.com on May month on 24th May and the Return date was 2nd June and so I have put a return request on 1st June by stating that it was not proper and so they accepted my return and said it will be done before 5 th June and then they said before 8th but surprisingly they canceled by return by saying it is canceled as in the policy it is specified that only it will be returned if it is damaged and for so many days they just played with me.
I strongly oppose such type of Fraud online Flipkart.com site and suggest everyone to try not to purchase from such fraud platforms.

Worst online purchase site. They are faking people. There is no proper return procedure, delivery persons are irresposible and unmannered. If there is any problem in items delivered customer care donot respond. They tell that there is no policy of lodging a complain. If you raise a request, then alos you will get anwer that there is no such procedure.
Purchasing an item from flipkart means taking a risk and pudding your hard earned money into vain. Please anoid the site. They are cheating.

I have ordered Nokia 6.1 plus. It got delivered on 8th September 2018 but the device i got was faulty. Mobile speaker was not working. So i raised replacement request it got approved post Flipcart tech person's visit on 11th September, 2018. On 12 th September 2018 new mobile got shipped but till now i haven't received the new mobile. Expected delivery date changed thrice. Earlier it was 15th sept then 17th and not got changed to 20th sept.
When we call at customer support they also don't have any proper status of the order they just blamed courier service stating they have some issue.
As well on flipcart website status changed frequently means sometime it shows almost delivery got completed and some time it start again from mother hub delivery.

I ordered a phone which was supposed to have made in india as per their product page information which I have a screen shot, but what I received was a product made in china as per the box, and they also accept in the call that it's their mistake, worst thing all these customer care representative are just zombies and dumbos, they dosent know any information more than what it's available with us already, i dont know why they should exist.
What flipkart has done is unethical, fraud, cheating and dealing with me without any humanity.
For the last 23 days and with 55 repeated messages and with 10 phone calls, I have been fighting with flipkart for an issue for which till date no updates, no resolution or not even a courtesy call, but cheap attitude, they keep closing down the issue without any updates.
So what happens, if you don't reopen the issue in 24 hrs they gets resolved and lost, so they have been cheating me like this by keep closing the issue without any resolution for more than 30 times in 20 days, so every time they close it I'll have to check randomly to see if my complaint is live, and as anticipated these frauds would mark by issue as resolved without resolving.
Moreover every time you call, your resolution date will be extended by 3 more days.
In short no resolution, no updates, no clarity, and response altogether.
But this unethical and fraud acts of them are continuing big time and they haven't been banned yet.
They are cheaters..
