Ekart is fully supported by Flipkart delivery person do whatever they wants they cancelled delivery of product without contacting the customer and on that Flipkart say only one thing I sorry sir but what is done can't be fixed,wft service is this then why would I waste my time for this fcking stupid answer
From last 4 days the product is near my address only 1km and not delivering. My product id is FMPC*******090 And i visited near murad nagar flipkart hub asked to give me by physical pickup they denied. Its digusting flipkart facility is worst facility. I need today by 12am any how.
As per my experience flipkart sale scrap products. Take money advanced for just showing good product but delivered scrap (not usable) product and no response even. Support also no good at all.
They don't maintain good support with the customers. Try to inherit how to give good services to customers from AMAZON.

Flipkart started cheating everyone. No response on complaints, no return of products, and customer care executive are like goons, we have to hear what they're saying not ready to hear our complaints.
I Placed an order OD************** for study table. Original Delivery date is Jun 30th while on June 30th it is revised to 5th July. Next Revision is on July 4th and it is shifted to July 9th. When i call Customer care and asked for refund then they said sorry we cann't do it. When i asked them to transfer call to next escalation level they said we cann't connect with Senior. On The other hand Amazon take every escalation seriously while filpkart is not bothered about customer experience and they simply take money and not provide resolution.
Ordered Hisense 65 inch E7K on 14th October, 2023 which was supposed to be delivered by 24th October. The item arrived in Hyderabad warehouse by 19th October but even after regular followups with flipkart customer support item was not being delivered even after 5 days past due date. I was informed on 29th October that product will not be delivered and I have to cancel it. I had no choice but to cancel because my credit card cycle was near by and I dont wanna go through payment in this cycle for item I didn't receive. Pathetic service by flipkart, they just kept closing my service request every 2 days so that they can keep pushing the resolution.
I wish i could give you more then 5 stars, i have purchase lost of products from here. Perfect budget price less complicating website function and very user frenly thank you

I had ordered an electrical stove on Flipkart and it was defective when I had Ganpati at the house my food material got wasted they didn't even bother to give me a replacement I received msg one-day replacement and they sent it after a one-week festival never ordered any delivery person is also worst since the afternoon I am taking follow up they also useless they also making fool to client

I sold my phone to Flipkart on their Sell-Back policy on 11.08.2022. They took the phone on 12.08.2022. In exchange for that, the guy gave me a small coupon on which it's mentioned that "Now sit back and relax! The amount in the form of FlipKart Gift Card* will be credited to your Flipkart Account in 24 hours" till date 23rd Aug. 2022 02.48 am not yet received any credit.
I have complained FlipKart several times but there has been no resolution from the company's side. Their helpline are not cooperating with me and delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.
Every day I get a new message stating that your query is escalated to the concerned team they will call back and resolve the issue the next day between 09.00 am to 09.00 pm. Then the next day a new message comes with the date changed to the next day. This is repeated again and again for the past 11 days. (Dates told to me was 14, then 15, then 16 then 17, then 18, then 19, then 20, then 21, then 22, then 23, now also have the message for 24)
Also Daily I call Flipkart 3-4 times and speak to the customer service representative for more than 30 minutes at least every day. They give the same rebuttal stating that Escalation team will call back the next day
Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss and harassment.
Without information many times order was cancelled and not solving my issue. Many times discussed with customer care and many complaint had been filed.
Don't trust this Flipkart. They will promise one date to deliver the order. But they not. I have ordered one washing machine and fridge they kept postponing for 3 times. I was waiting and each time when I called customer service executive they kept giving me fake promises that it will come in next day. Each and every executives were on different statement.One person was giving promise on one thing and other person on other thing. They were giving wrong information.and after all those efforts, they themself cancelled stating that customer is not available at place, without my notification or confirmation. I was speaking to a executive and he was promising me to deliver the order after 3 min when I checked the app, it was showing as cancelled! I ordered refrigerator and have not delivered yet and when I call the contact number of delivery guy (team)which Flipkart has given, they are receiving or responding. I had called so many times when I had the experience of my previous order, but they received promising me that they will call back. But I guess they will call back after one year. After so many try, again one of the executive received and he told he will call back as the order has arrived in a wrong ekart team! Now they are not receiving as expected. I had some important plan for the next day but we have to postpone all our planes everyday and keep waiting for a order. Really very very bad *******@flipkart. Dont trust

Flipkart's service is very bad, the delivery is not done on time and we are waiting for the delivery date, but on the same day, the automatic date is changed and the date comes after a week.
I have got the treadmil and recived it is 4 days and use is very excellent and so such packing is very good. Diet plan I have got and very nice daywise. Today's training sesession was good and trainer guide me good.
