Now a days Flipkart services is very bad service, the customer care all complaint will take they will say wait for 48 hrs, after three days also same will repeeting. Solution is not happening
I ordered a headphone of JBL which was delivered on time but was not working properly. They listened to my query and solved it and provided me with a new headphone within 2 days.
Now a days flipcart doing a fraud I booked an order when I book the orders the delivery time show 2 days but when the delivery days come they cancel my order and reason listed that product delivery is not available when I booked flipcart took my order and now they do not delivery my friend told me that kind of online fraud but I took experience this on flipcart big name and fraud work pls do not make online payment first on flipcart booked only cod when you book any order
I have ordered Iphone on 24 th SEP 2022, the delivery date is 25th SEP 2022, but they said you have to wait for 2 more days and finally today(30-SEP-2022) they cancelled the order and saying our logistic team cancelled it, so we cant get the product delivered.
Involved in fraudulent activities. Selling faulty and defective products and not ready to replace/refund it. By purchasing from Flipkart one should be ready to bear losses.

Most horrible experience with flipkart.Not even a single product delivered. Flipkart cancels the order after making you wait for 10 to 15 days. Very unprofessional.
The main reason we shop on Flipkart (or Amazon, etc) is so that, if there's a problem, we have an unbiased party that can mediate. After all, most sellers do have their own websites.
Unfortunately, Flipkart is quite useless when it comes to resolving problems. Any idiot can sell; the quality of a vendor is revealed when there's an issue with the sale, right?
In my case, a 53K treadmill proved defective (and fraudulent); I highlighted the issue to Flipkart within 3 days, but Flipkart couldn't/didn't help; now, I am stuck with the product.
Equally bad, or possibly worse, is the customer service on Flipkart that one has to navigate in such cases. I don't think the reps are dumb. More likely, either management directives are confused, or software the reps are provided with is poor -- one keeps getting repeated requests for information already provided. In my case, I have probably received over 25 emails, all quite meaningless ("We realize the importance of the issue... blah, blah, blah." We would like to thank you for your patience... blah, blah, blah."). Calling on the telephone is even worse; I, normally a very polite person :), usually end up losing my temper with the idiocy that I encounter.
I really wanted to encourage an Indian operation, but it must be worth encouraging. I've switched back to Amazon.
I have ordered a phone few dates before.it was showung the delivery as 21 august. Then again 27th august.now no updates. Today is 30th august. No update nothing. Very worst service.

Customer support will only offer a replacement when the product description is wrong and buyer is losing money. Brought this bag and found that this is not as described. Only a 3 year baby can use this product with its toys of few grams not for Kilo holdings.
Poor customer support said sorry I can only replace same peice but not refund. Our policy. Quite understandable as even theives jsutify there own policy. Poor flipkart burning cash and not turning single rupee profit is a no match for Amazon or snap deal polciy and with such oor losses they tend to have policies cheating poor customers.
