I have face issue since one month but my refund gift card is not received till now,
Again and again all commitment is fail. I am very harassments from flipkart services.
I purchased a mobile from flipkart & though the brand issued a DoA certificate flipkart simply were negligent & wanted to avoid this issue & kept giving ready made answers so as I should get frustrated & forget the whole issue.
FLIPKART will not honor even brand DoA then what type of service & value add we get as consumers? In local store we can touch & feel the product & they take Ownership of after sales NOT DEFINITELY PATHETIC LIKE FLIPKART.

I recently purchased Samsung F62 from flipkart and had opted to give away my Redmi Note7 as offered by flipkart' buyback policy. The value for my old phone after IMEI verification was INR 5400/-, and I paid rest of the amount online while placing the order. However, when my new phone arrived and I handed the old one to the delivery guy, he started looking for any possible scratch or damage which he could not find. In the beginning the delivery agent alleged that there is chipping in my phone near charging port, when I asked him to show the chipping he alleged that the chipping was a mistake rather my phone is bent, however he was unable to show the bend too. He asked me to pay another INR 2800/- in cash if I wanted to give my old phone, which I refused.
The whole event seemed like the delivery agent wanted to find any defect in the old phone, on failing to do so, he alleged about something which, again, he could not prove.
Hi i ordered a laptop dell ******* on 26th received on 29th, paying cash as there credit card machine was spoiled, But it was waste of money as new laptop came with spoiled battery, They dont check there products or are selling spoiled items fooling people have on the same day put for redund which futher has no productivity responce by both from dell also and frm flipkart also, Never will i order from flipkart is these way is there customer service

As requested by Flipkart agent (Mr. Sujith B) on 18th August 2020 via both email and phone, I had cancelled my old order (order # OD**************) and placed a new order for the same product at a higher price. My new Order ID is OD**************, and it has been delivered to me. Intimated Flipkart immediately. After a week of no response, Now they bluntly REFUSE TO REFUND the price difference! Cheats to the core.
I had subscribed for FLIPKART FIRST thinking I would get privileged access to Flipkart services. My first few orders were fine, but since the last 10 days I'm not even able to avail 'In-a-day Delivery' service even though my pin code ******* is showing serviceable on their web-site.
Is it Flipkart First or Flipkart Fuss?
It seems to me that they give you services till Rs. 500 are exhausted and then stop giving you the service altogether. Also their Customer Support gives glib replies that serviceability varies from product to product, even though I am not able to purchase it on the same (WS Retail) product I had purchased earlier.

This is very bad experience with Flipkart I purchase mobile phone from Flipkart on 06/09/20 and still on 28/09/20 today my product is not shipped I pay money in advance for this I want to cancel my order but they don't have any option for this and they don't refund my money also I continuesly calling to customer care but they also nothing do for this this is very bad costomer care service. They take money within a minute but for refund they required no of days so be careful if you paid money in advance.
I m not satisfied with flipcart service very bad experience of mine last 7 months my pay later service is block.

Recently I have ordered a music system from Flipkart... it got cancelled by seller and I ordered again so again I ordered again it got cancelled... I notified to customer care this is happening with me. And they said will solve your prob after 3 days 19th of may 2019 after sale is over... so I tght to go for some other company music system I order and again cancelled... after one day my my I'd brocked and I got a mail... I am ordering in bulk... rather to solve my prob they started blaming me now my 40k is stucked and don't no what to do... that much they are irresponsible for customer... I was a prime customer for Flipkart...

Return policy is pathetic. One of the item was missing in my order. They neither gave me my money back nor return that product. After so many tries I finally uninstalled this app..

Really man the reason they have provided they logistics and shipment department not taken kare of such products get damaged and they cancelled order their own and not informed to his resp customer...reply the support executive sitten tonl call customer ar only puppet...useless and failed to connect with his superior senior person... And not providing detailed incident on mail after a humble request.but no straight away they denied
I have been taking follow-up for my query since saturday but still they are not responding...
And issue gets resolved by themselves without solving / notifying the issue to the customer...
