The company's reputation reflects a mix of efficiency and frustration among customers. Many users appreciate the quick booking process and ease of navigation on the website, highlighting a generally positive experience with flight confirmations. However, significant concerns arise regarding hidden fees, misleading pricing, and inadequate customer service, particularly in resolving issues and providing support. Customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency in additional charges and the challenge of connecting with knowledgeable representatives. Overall, while the booking experience is often efficient, the company's customer service and pricing practices require substantial improvement to enhance overall satisfaction.

Purposefully misleading, horrible customer service.
I had the worst experience ever with this company. The agent doesn't know anything. I asked if I need a visa, he said no, but at the end I realized I do need a Visa (I had called the embassy). So I had to return the tickets and lost a lot of money. I don't recommend anyone buying flight tickets from this company.
Tried to make changes to booking three times as no agent seemed to know what they were talking about. Was told charge would be $125 cad plus tax. After 50 minutes on hold was told total was $280, and then on another attempt $250.
They don't know what they are doing, most can't communicate well in english.
Beware, they are a supplier for agents like iTravel2000. If your agent needs to make a change or get in touch with FlightNetwork (FN) expect, virtually be assured, that FN will not respond in a timely fashion. In my case, I needed a correction which has to occur within 24 hours (which is what most airlines expect). They never contacted iTravel2000 back, in fact, they said there was no record of the request only to find it later. Then they refused to do any changes and said we need a new ticket and no refunds on the old one. They have serious customer service issues. Every conversation with them is as if dealing with the soup-nazi and they don't take responsibility for their part of the problem.
Note: If you live in the Toronto area do not expect any better treatment for being local
We bought through Flight Network online. All good. We get tickets, realise that my first name was misspelt by one letter. We immediately call, and get told by barely understandable man we need to email. We email, wait a week, no reply. We call again. Then we email again. Then call, and call, and call. Every time they have no - or sporadic - records of previous calls or emails. Two months later (we booked the tickets four months in advance) and after hounding them we get an answer - pay $800 to cancel the ticket, on top of paying the difference of the price of the old ticket vs a new one at today's price which works out to about $1000. We have called the two airlines involved already for their policies, which are either free change or $100 admin fee, so quite obviously this all goes to flight network. I am pissed off, mainly because if they hadn't screwed us around two months ago we may not be charged so much for doing this.
This is more stress than the entire holiday is worth. These guys don't even deserve the one star.
Make yourself a favor and don't even try to book through this company plane ticket because they don't care about their customers. I booked a ticket earlier with them and I cancelled it and I had a credit that I am trying to use it and to use that credit cost me more than to buy a new airplane ticket. Two times I already tried to use credit and the flight specialist on the phone both times unprofessional and I wish they could speak English and to explain me properly the rules, they never did. I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor never got an answer about that. Very poor service and unprofessional people who trying to get your money.
No such thing as customer service. All I wanted was to talk to a supervisor after they told me that the price i say online charge then up the price to $300. Stay away. All you you are going get is a yelling match back and forth.
Today I had one of the worst experiences with air travel of my entire life. I bough a promotion ticket for me and my wife from a website that I already know (not the horrible flight network) and the purchase went through. I managed to buy 30min before the end of the sale flight and, at the same time, was looking for other companies to help me buy the tickets for my parents and finally make it happen our long dreamed family trip. I looked online and came across Flight Network advertising the sale that I wanted to buy. I checked the fight, typed my parents contacts and 2 minutes after buying it I received a confirmation email from this fraud company and I STOPPED looking for other possible flights. Half an hour later, after the sale (from Avianca) ended, I received an email telling me this: "we are unable to proceed with your Flight Network reservation" and "We regret for the inconvenience that this may have caused.". Inconvenience? I stopped looking the flight for my parents because of this confirmation email from Flight Network, and I actually bought for me and my wife with no trouble from other company, really? And this regretful company takes 30min to tell you that it did not work? Thanks a lot! With this canadian company never again!
Read the fine print! Complete Con job. Needless to say flights are non refundable... but $300 to CHANGE a reservation?!?!?!?
Buyer beware, I learned my lesson... the hard way
Love flightnetwork for the site... the ease of making choices of airlines and bookings and the price protection really works
Getting a flight for my son through flight network. I have saved $70 on one of his flight, and the second time $20. Well worth booking with Flight network... website is just as easy as the airline site with more choices all on one page. The only difference is 24 hr rule with airline (where you can change your mind) does not apply with Flight network. What happened with me was I booked a flight for my son, leaving on Friday morning because he was sure he could get Friday off... he couldn't so within 24 hours, I called flight network and requested they cancel the booking (air Canada has 24 hr rule) they wanted to charge me $50 for cancelling. But I was re-booking for the Saturday and finally agreed to not charge me the $50 fee. But this has been the only glitch since I started using Flight network. LOVE the flight protection.
The flight prices at FlightNetwork were so good that I decided to look further at the flights and the arrangements. Within a few minutes I had a flight confirmation and I'm as happy as can be. All flight reservations should be this easy to make and get confirmed. You really got it right, FlightNetwork! Thank you.
Very happy with our flights, the price, and the fact that we got our seats confirmed and get to sit together!
Joshua helped me and answered my inquiries seamlessly. Also gave his personal insight which was helpful and made it more personal and valuable.
Everything went smoothly and the gentleman was personable and professional. I am hoping all continues to be as it should be as we count down to lift off.
Booked it, got it, and the e tickets arrived a few hours later.
I hope that the check in and the flights go as smoothly.
Flight network is awesome when it comes to flights and deals :) they always have the cheapest flights and they offer price drop protection! Amazing! And if your lucky you can usually get a coupon too! $10-15 bucks is money in my pocket :)
Great price and helped with getting better dates but staying on budget.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
