Flight network customer service insists that you will receive and acknowledge a notification that your flight price has changed, but that did NOT happen. The price I was shown when booking this flight, $371, turned into $566 after I clicked to purchase the fare. There was no pop-up or notification indicating that the fare price had changed. When you call customer service, they will offer to cancel the flight for you for a charge. Other fees also apply. Read reviews on other websites (like I should have done initially but found this fare through Google Flights) and you'll see the numerous negative customer experiences. The owners and operators of this company are grifters and they know it. Purchase airfare directly from the airline, not these scammers.

The app is not user friendly Two separate visits to the app were required and finally when I tried to pay, the app displays "the price has changed " then followed up oops, looks like something went wrong ". Finally able to get the app to work properly and accept my payment. Your patience will be tested. Bottom line I had to pay25% more than the original amount. This was very fast and easy! I was able to find a competitive price for what I'd seen searching on a regular google search and other travel sites. It was fast, I found exactly what I was looking for, and at a decent price.
I paid extra for the premium economy but then had to pay an extra 73 per person to choose my seats? Why not just include the 73 in the initial cost of premium economy? I also had to pay to have details about the flight sent via text. That's a standard free option with even the least expensive airlines at this point.

It was not clear what kind of ticket I need to reserve a seat ahead of time. I tried to call but was put on hold indefinitely. I just had to try different tickets until I found one where at the last step I could reserve a seat ahead of time. I think this should be listed on the perks of each ticket or that you can't do that if you do economy.
