Flight numberr and airline?

In many of the screens where I can view my booking, the flight number and airline are missing. I'd call this important information which has never been missing in every other booking system I've used for the past 50 years! Is there something to hide? Order 072-406-421

Flight network customer service insists that you will receive and acknowledge a notification that your flight price has changed, but that did NOT happen. The price I was shown when booking this flight, $371, turned into $566 after I clicked to purchase the fare. There was no pop-up or notification indicating that the fare price had changed. When you call customer service, they will offer to cancel the flight for you for a charge. Other fees also apply. Read reviews on other websites (like I should have done initially but found this fare through Google Flights) and you'll see the numerous negative customer experiences. The owners and operators of this company are grifters and they know it. Purchase airfare directly from the airline, not these scammers.

In just 5 minutes while I was getting my Amex card number, you increased the price by over $300. I had everything booked and spent well over an hour choosing my flights. This is bait and switch and I am very disappointed

I would prefer Flight Network to emulate what i get from other airlines when I book, which is the 6 digit confirmation code front and center, and the mechanism for checking in for my flight. Instead, i get all sorts of data that are not as useful

You made your website the same blue as the El Al website to TRICK people into buying tickets for more money with you. Taking advantage of situation and then claiming you are owed a $88 USD "handling fee." Pretty awful. Thank you.

Lots of patience needed

The app is not user friendly Two separate visits to the app were required and finally when I tried to pay, the app displays "the price has changed " then followed up oops, looks like something went wrong ". Finally able to get the app to work properly and accept my payment. Your patience will be tested. Bottom line I had to pay25% more than the original amount. The add ons were too many and too pricey. $7.00 to get text messages about flight times? Preposterous

I liked everything except or pushing / offering many services for extra charges. Fine. BUT after I checked "no promo emails", I received email about hotels in Riga right away after I booked. I hate spam. And I hate when my choice was ignored. You still keep pushing YOUR WAY!
Also, I never been asked my DOB& phone number, I believe. So, I assume you will sell my phone number to marketing companies, and I will get even more spam.
I didn't see where I can enter my miles for points.
Other than that site made very convenient.

"price has increased due to demand" is such a horrible gimmick! You really expect me to believe yall didn't know about that price hike until right after I put I my card info? Be transparent with your consumers the only reason why I came back to this website is because of the price but that $ increase pop up at the end is such a slap I the face. I paid extra for the premium economy but then had to pay an extra 73 per person to choose my seats? Why not just include the 73 in the initial cost of premium economy? I also had to pay to have details about the flight sent via text. That's a standard free option with even the least expensive airlines at this point.

I was intrigued that I could find a better flight than advertised for a similar price, but I found the website offered too many ways to nickel & dime the customer. Buuuuuut, I guess it's better to have options. Overall the website and experience was quite good. I apologize for giving it 4 Stars. I feel like there could have been a better overall polish to the site but maybe I'm nitpicking. "You're beautiful! Don't go changing."

It was not clear what kind of ticket I need to reserve a seat ahead of time. I tried to call but was put on hold indefinitely. I just had to try different tickets until I found one where at the last step I could reserve a seat ahead of time. I think this should be listed on the perks of each ticket or that you can't do that if you do economy.
