The company's reputation reflects a mix of efficiency and frustration among customers. Many users appreciate the quick booking process and ease of navigation on the website, highlighting a generally positive experience with flight confirmations. However, significant concerns arise regarding hidden fees, misleading pricing, and inadequate customer service, particularly in resolving issues and providing support. Customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency in additional charges and the challenge of connecting with knowledgeable representatives. Overall, while the booking experience is often efficient, the company's customer service and pricing practices require substantial improvement to enhance overall satisfaction.

Will never book with Flight Network again! Horrible customer service. Charged very high price to change flight due to death in the family. No compassion.
So happy every time with my bookings with Flight Network!
Excellent service! Great prices! Everything is under control, you must to call them and you will have the best service, a positive answer for all your questions and requests.
Would definitively recommend.
Beware of fake reviews. This website is a scam. After working your way through the 24/7 support, you'll get someone from India. After checking that I did not want flexible tickets, I was charged for it regardless. The person on the phone told me the website says I clicked it and he could send me the data. I'm still waiting for it!
Terrible service
I booked a flight on Flight Network, and they changed the flights completely, where it was literally impossible to catch the second leg of the flight, as it departed 15 hours before I landed in that airport. I called for a refund and they ignored / didn't respond for weeks. I finally gave up and submitted a charge back, which Flight Network is fighting back on. Truly terrible people who try to scam you.
Hidden fees everywhere do not use. They don't show up until after you booked it. The won't remove the seats fee and charge to cancel the reservation.
Had very disappointing experience. Booked flights to Australia for myself and my husband and was given option to choose free cancellation fro like 20HKD. The total amount to be paid was never shown clearly so i simply booked the tickets. After the booking received a confirmation that i have paid for flights tickets and like 1000 HKD for cancellation! Contacted customer service and apparently 20 HKD price is per passenger per day, which they do state but in small letters on the bottom of the page. Feel this was such an excellent sneak of overcharges into the final bill without disclosing it, and feel so stupid for taking FlightNetwork as a trustworthy service provider. Any decent company would simply refund you for services you did not intend to book- so this is just a note proof that FlightNetwork is trying to sneak overcharges on you and then no refund can be requested.
The booking of flight tickets works of course but be extremely careful with all the tick marks you have to fill if you decide to use them.
We booked a flight thru Flight Network in Dec 2018 for a Lufthansa Airline flight from Orlando to Marseilles France via Frankfurt. The e-ticket and receipt we received from FN clearly stated Economy class. I checked the baggage allowance on their own site and it clearly stated 1 checked bag free on Inter-continental flights. But when we got to the airport we were informed that we had been booked as an ECO LIGHT fare, and therefore were only allowed 1 free CARRY-ON bag. It cost us 122 EUROS to check our bags. I contacted them after the flight and they told me it was my responsibility to check the baggage policies - which I had.
Avoid using this site. We booked "economy" tickets from US to Europe and Flight Network booked "basic economy." We specifically choose economy because we wanted our baggage to be included in the price. We knew booking that the flight was going to be with United Airlines and know that United economy class includes 1 checked bag per person.
I logged into the United app to confirm our flights and found that Flight Network booked basic economy. No where did it say I was booking basic economy and customer service keeps telling me I am wrong and it's in the "terms and conditions" - it's a bad policy to hide those details during checkout and then turning it on the customer when they reach out. Also, I called to speak with someone who pretty much yelled at me during our conversation. I asked to speak to a manager but was unavailable - said they would call back with 24 hours. They emailed 4 days later with a link to their terms and conditions.
I choose economy (and my flight confirmation from Flight Network says "economy" not basic economy) because I didn't want to pay $120 per ticket for baggage fees. Choose this site to save money and that was a total fail. Purchase your tickets elsewhere. Customer service is terrible.
I had always trust in flightnetwork and used them couple of times before. I am trying to invite my sister to come visit us along with my father so last night I bought 2 tickets, extra plan of cancellation ( cause I am not sure if she will get the visa) and their premium support package which includes:
Expedited Email Replies: Email Responses within 3-6 hours.
Expedited Refunds: We will immediately escalate any refunds in the event of cancellation. The repayment time is 3 business days after the money has been received by the airline.
Immediate VIP Phone Support Line: Dedicated and expedited phone service with 24/7 coverage (TF North America 1 *******404 - Int'l +001 *******005) Email vipsupport at flightnetwork.com
Priority Schedule Change Support: Immediate actioning if a schedule change has been sent to us from the airline.
By mistake I typed her second name missing only one letter (A), I realized that once I received their email ( the booking confirmation, not the actual e-tickets), right away I contacted them by email asking to add this letter. Kept waiting until the morning, no reply. I called, the representative told me ( you have to cancel the ticket and buy it again for 200$ extra!, I said oh may be he's new. I googled online what should you do in case of name misspelling and all the answers were like contact the booking company asap and usually up to 3 letters no charge, more than that it depends.
I called once again and another representative repeated the same thing, I was sooooo upset about this abuse and decided to cancel the 2 tickets and not deal with them. He said even though you have purchased your cancel protection plan, it won't cover you cause it's a willing cancel ( i said yes, cause i don"t accept blackmailing. And obviously she will get denied because of this missing letter that they still can fix it but no, I have to complicate your life until you accept to pay extra). Finally I canceled the 2 tickets and they charged me 148$ fees
Shady business.
Also dba as FlyFar. (Same people. Equally bad.).
They charged me $58.95 for seat booking but I didn't book any seats. Not was this additional
Charge apparent when they charged my credit card. I got unpleasant surprise when I got my payment confirmation for the higher amount.
After waiting on hold for lengthy times twice to talk to 2 different people, they won't refund or actually do anything.
BEWARE: once they have your money they will keep it.
I will follow up with a complaint through my credit card company.
Worst customer service ever, 2 employees would not make a 2 hour from booking cancellation and forced me to report them to Better Business Burea. Every person who picked up the phone was supposedly named William so no way to report employees direct.
I booked a flight, selected some nice seats and paid extra for them. When it came time to check into my flight I discovered that the seats were significantly different. I talked to the airline and they said that this "booking agent aka FlightNetwork" never reserved the seats. Thanks a lot for a super $#*!ty 11 hour flight. If I could give zero stars I would. Also, good luck getting ahold of anyone let alone getting an email response.
This company is the worst to book a flight through. Don't ever book through them. We booked the flight for our daughter going to see her friend. Somehow the flight got changed and we were not notified about the change. The counter person looked it up and said we had no email in there bit they emailed me the original paperwork so they did have it. The other thing was that my ticket was cheap but there was and Unaccompanied minor fee that i was not told about. So now my ticket is over 700 dollars. This company did not disclose any information. They suck $#*!...
I paid originally for direct flight on their website since I was travelling with baby and later they changed the timing and split the flight with layover, saying it's the airline who changed their route and it isn't their fault! Will NOT recommend it if travelling with baby, no empathy whatsoever and didn't adjust the price either.
They posted a cheap rate to get my attention, by the time I checked out the flight was not was was initially quoted, they added on a ton of fees that were not presented on the confirmation page. Flight ended up being twice as much then originally quoted, took me 3 weeks to get a response from customer service. Asked for a supervisor, one never reached out. This company is a joke.
I booked a flight online and then was told it was no longer available, even thought it still showed up, so I booked a more expensive flight and then when hours later the cheaper one was still online, I called and was told that seats had opened up but that they couldnt help me. I asked for a supervisor and one called a day later he called but said he could not help me because it was more than 24 hours after I had booked.
HIDDEN charges that dont show up even at the confirmation screen -- you approve one amount then the next screen with the conf. # shows a higher amount -- all of which is NON REFUNDABLE! CROOKED OUTFIT
Booked a flight by mistake on 29 jul instead of 29 jun throgh flightnetwork, i called straightaway to cancel the flight, i was told that 100 $ fee would apply. They offered me to change the date but i was not comfortable to give my credit card number on the phone and again if something happen i would pay more. I chose to cancel and pay 100$ and save myself the drama. Other website offer free cancelling within 24hrs. I will suggest to avoid booking through them
Due to an error, we had to correct a name on a Norvegian Air Line ticket purchased on this site. We must then pay $ 300 to Flightnetwork instead of $ 230 if we had bought the ticket directly from Norvegian. A pure scam.
I spent 2 hours to choose my flight and on the moment I was ready to pay, a message dump up "This flight is not available any more". But all charges for insurance were taken right away from my credit card.
I called customer support and the guy tried to persuade me for 30 min to buy more expensive flight. After 30 min he finally made refund for insurance. Such wasting time! Still waiting when it will be on my account.
Why are you taking payments for insurance if you cannot guarantee a flight posted on your website?
If you cannot guarantee please do not make any charges, I buy insurance only when I am sure that my flight is booked and paid.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
