A little confusing as it went to a different airline that I am not familiar with and all the add Ons was ridiculous.
Never use to be this way. Back in the day everything was included in booking price.

Good! - You stuck to your original low quote on the price - after I had to click on "no" many times. But that's OK. So many of the others simply try to play the "shell game" and cheat.

Was very simple and easy to understand and select and prices and different flight options were available

My husband an I did this together, separate but at the same time. My cost is 1,517.80 USD and my husband is 1,317.39 USD. I think mine is more because of "Flexible Ticket" and I never said I wanted that. We tried to fix this 2 times but it did not work. Please change mine to the same has my husband 1.317.39 USD. Thank you. The rest is very good.

I was trying to book through American Airlines & got redirected to this site, which was incredibly confusing & wouldn't let me book any seats without paying extra & won't give me credit for a checked bag, which American Airlines would do, since I booked with my Frequent Flier number & their credit card. Horrible experience. Never again! Do not share my email or try to intercept my orders again.

Terrible! Was unable to check in or print boarding pass on your website. And your numbers don't work on the airline website. Had I known I wasn't on the airline website, I would never have purchased….

There are so many add on fees, it's not so cheap anymore. That's annoying
