The company's reputation reflects a mix of efficiency and frustration among customers. Many users appreciate the quick booking process and ease of navigation on the website, highlighting a generally positive experience with flight confirmations. However, significant concerns arise regarding hidden fees, misleading pricing, and inadequate customer service, particularly in resolving issues and providing support. Customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency in additional charges and the challenge of connecting with knowledgeable representatives. Overall, while the booking experience is often efficient, the company's customer service and pricing practices require substantial improvement to enhance overall satisfaction.

Too many questions; I realize everyone pays for luggage, but this plan vs that plan. It seems there were 6-8 extra questions. Flight network is obviously doing the job foe AA; I realize I am old, but it is too much
Too many separate options. There are too many separate things to add that cost extra. And once I decided not to upgrade my ticket I still had to decline 6-7 different options. This is not an easy ticket to purchase.
For unknown reasons, it was very difficult to make my payment. I don't know who or what is "Flight network," but I would prefer to deal directly in all matters with Aeromexico
I was trying to read the fine print of the booking before purchase and was kicked out of the booking screen which required re-entering all information again. Additionally, there were countless items to check... insurance for, "if the world is hit by a meteor and the plane isn't damaged, but a screw falls out as a result..."
Trying to complete the passenger information page was ridiculously difficult. Whenever it went back to something I had left out, it deleted something else and I had to go back and put that in again. Also, your prices for baggage and seats are outrageous. Makes an inexpensive flight cost triple, so it's NOT inexpensive.
I had difficulty using the credit card of my choice and do not understand what the issue was. When I changed to another card it worked. SAS must not allow bookings direct with them? Nor can one get them on the phone.
I *thought* I was booking through Icelandair, because I had clicked one the airline's website, or so I thought. It appears now that Flight Network was using Icelandair's logo to lure people in. They did advertise a good fare, but there was a whole list of add-ons, including $2.99 if I wanted them too send me my booking number via SMS, something that airlines do for free as a service. Flight Network also made me pay for my seats. When I later checked with Icelandair, I learned that seats were included in the ticket price. I'm just crossing my fingers that all goes well with my trip. But I've learned my lesson and will be sure in the future that I'm dealing directly with the airline.
This is my first time to use this service. It was frustrating to pay for everything individually including my seat. I prefer to have these items priced out in the ticket.
Unfortunately, you do not say up front how many extra costs are going to be involved. I never would have bought a flexible ticket if I knew of all the added costs. I am on a strict budget, so adding money for everything except walking on the plane is rather discouraging. You ought to list all the possible costs up front.

It was fast and easy to book the trip. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family. I hope the don't cancel my trip because don't pay extra or insurance. Last time I lost more than $650.00. I had to cancel the trip because I had a death in the family.
My rating is written more on my past experiences with Allegiant Airlines. One of my last flights was cancelled and the woman that helped me was amazing and booked me a great seat on two flights.
I made an error in my flight from Istanbul to Crete. I wanted to fly into Chania but chose Heraklion by mistake. Paid for tickets and realized 10 mins later that I made a mistake. I called and tried to cancel so i could rebook. They told me they could not cancel as it was not same day. Literally 30 mins had passed since i made my booking. They said they had to escalate. I got a response via email some 18 hours later telling me that it would cost me $200 to cancel.
This site sucks! I thought I was booking directly with the airline. They offer a host of totally unnecessary things for a fee that come either any other booking.
Stay away from this company like fire. When you need them for a small repair, forget about help. I had a letter mixed up on my ticket, I contacted them a week before the flight, how complicated can it be? Bottom line, they ruined my vacation, they just made me nervous between opaque representatives who recited texts from a computer to me, sent me more and more links for additional payment, promised and swore to me that it would be taken care of and I had nothing to worry about and... they didn't take care of it. I was on the phone with them for a whole week, stressed, nervous and anxious. They lied to my face, they couldn't provide such a simple service response and tried to take advantage of my situation and extort more and more money. See their brilliance
My Norton antivirus would not allow me to enter my credit card number. I after a significant time I found out how to bypass it. We need better info on how to handle that in the future.
I recently booked a trip through Flight Network, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They were the cheapest option on the day I booked, which initially made me a little hesitant since I hadn't heard of them before. However, their website turned out to be very professional and easy to navigate. The filters and sliders made it simple to customize my search by destination, preferred travel times, and exact dates for departure and return. I appreciated how clearly the information was laid out—especially details like luggage allowance and the different types of insurance available. It was also straightforward to accept or decline these extras. One of the standout features for me was the payment process. I liked that they didn't tack on any extra fees for using Apple Pay or a debit card, which is becoming rare these days. All in all, a smooth and efficient booking experience. They were the cheapest on the day, and I would definitely use them again.
Overall I had a good experience, however, I couldn't understand the billing part! It was also frustrating to get so many other offers costing extra money.!
I like that I can be at the airport in Vero Beach, Fl in 10 min. I would like it if you continued summer hours to Stewart Newburgh. It is easy to make my arrangements on line.
It was the fastest and easiest way to get my tickets. The information required was the regular one, and it was nothing complicated; moreover, it was available as soon as your itinerary was available on the airline.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
